本发明公开了一种水性杀菌防污防锈漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸乳液32-35、氧化锌3-4、活性白土2-3、多异氰酸酯2-3、氢氧化镁钛酸钾晶须3-4、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3-0.4、聚丙烯酸钠1-2、十二醇丁醚2-3、纳米有机硅乳液25-28、陶瓷渣粉末3-6、磷酸三丁酯1-2、壳聚糖磷酸酯2-3、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺0.7-1、有机硅消泡剂0.1-0.3、硅溶胶3-5、去离子水16-22、助剂4-7;本发明的油漆的原料来源简单,制作方法简单,操作方便,性能优异,装饰性好,并且附着力高,具有杀菌、防污、防锈、降噪等作用,应用广泛,解决了城市美化的难题,并且降低了噪音对人体的危害,值得推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆及其制备方法,特别是一种水性杀菌防污防锈漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
    由于目前户外配电箱有很多放置在人流密集和显眼的位置,因此许多小商小贩为自己的商品做宣传,就会在这些配电箱的表面粘贴不干胶贴纸小广告(俗称“牛皮癣”)或者喷涂广告,这种小广告不但严重影响了户外配电箱的美观,甚至严重影响了城市的整洁外貌,同时清理起来难度高,要投入很大的人力、财力进行清洁,现有在户外配电箱上喷涂的油漆,不能防治小广告的随意粘连和喷涂。本发明针对这一情况制备了易清洁、防污性较好的涂料,它能够使户外配电箱表面光滑平整、不粘、光泽度好,美化了产品的外观之余,并且使其具有杀菌、防锈的功能,能够延长户外配电箱的使用寿命,并且添加的助剂还具有减震降噪的功能,减少了噪音对人们生活的危害和困扰,有益人们的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水性杀菌防污防锈漆及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种水性杀菌防污防锈漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸乳液32-35、氧化锌3-4、活性白土2-3、多异氰酸酯2-3、氢氧化镁钛酸钾晶须3-4、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3-0.4、聚丙烯酸钠1-2、十二醇丁醚2-3、纳米有机硅乳液25-28、陶瓷渣粉末3-6、磷酸三丁酯1-2、壳聚糖磷酸酯2-3、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺0.7-1、有机硅消泡剂0.1-0.3、硅溶胶3-5、去离子水16-22、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:三聚磷酸钠2-4、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、聚乙烯醇2-3、尿素6-8、纳米银4-5、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-15、丙烯酸乙酯3-5、过硫酸钾1-2、水8-11、空心玻璃微珠6-8、粉煤灰微珠4-6、海泡石粉3-5、1.2%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液3-5、钼酸铵2-4、聚乙酸乙烯乳液5-8;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、聚乙酸乙烯乳液和水混合,通入流化床使其流化;(2)将空心玻璃微珠、粉煤灰微珠、海泡石粉和过硫酸钾混合,通入流化床呈沸腾状态;(3)将步骤(1)的混合物喷涂在步骤(2)的混合物表面上,于60-80°C下反应1-2小时,反应结束后再加入钛酸酯偶联剂及其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,再加入胶磨机研磨分散均匀即可。
本发明所述一种水性杀菌防污防锈漆,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将有机硅消泡剂、聚丙烯酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺和去离子水混合,400-600转/分下搅拌7-9分钟,再加入氧化锌、氢氧化镁钛酸钾晶须、陶瓷渣粉末、助剂超声分散15-25分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将丙烯酸乳液、多异氰酸酯、十二醇丁醚、纳米有机硅乳液加到分散釜中,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌20-40分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A加到混合物B中,再加入其余剩余物质,在800-1000转/分的转速下分散10-20分钟后,转到研磨机中,得20-40μm的物料,即得。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明的油漆的原料来源简单,制作方法简单,操作方便,性能优异,装饰性好,并且附着力高,具有杀菌、防污、防锈、降噪等作用,应用广泛,解决了城市美化的难题,并且降低了噪音对人体的危害,值得推广。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
 一种水性杀菌防污防锈漆,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:丙烯酸乳液34、氧化锌3、活性白土2、多异氰酸酯2、氢氧化镁钛酸钾晶须4、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3、聚丙烯酸钠1、十二醇丁醚3、纳米有机硅乳液27、陶瓷渣粉末5、磷酸三丁酯2、壳聚糖磷酸酯2、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺0.8、有机硅消泡剂0.3、硅溶胶4、去离子水21、助剂5;
所述助剂是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:三聚磷酸钠3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1、聚乙烯醇3、尿素6、纳米银4、钛酸酯偶联剂2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯13、丙烯酸乙酯4、过硫酸钾2、水8、空心玻璃微珠6、粉煤灰微珠5、海泡石粉3、1.2%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液4、钼酸铵3、聚乙酸乙烯乳液7;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、聚乙酸乙烯乳液和水混合,通入流化床使其流化;(2)将空心玻璃微珠、粉煤灰微珠、海泡石粉和过硫酸钾混合,通入流化床呈沸腾状态;(3)将步骤(1)的混合物喷涂在步骤(2)的混合物表面上,于60-80°C下反应1-2小时,反应结束后再加入钛酸酯偶联剂及其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,再加入胶磨机研磨分散均匀即可。
本发明所述一种水性杀菌防污防锈漆,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将有机硅消泡剂、聚丙烯酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺和去离子水混合,400-600转/分下搅拌7-9分钟,再加入氧化锌、氢氧化镁钛酸钾晶须、陶瓷渣粉末、助剂超声分散15-25分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将丙烯酸乳液、多异氰酸酯、十二醇丁醚、纳米有机硅乳液加到分散釜中,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌20-40分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A加到混合物B中,再加入其余剩余物质,在800-1000转/分的转速下分散10-20分钟后,转到研磨机中,得20-40μm的物料,即得。
本发明的油漆外观平整光滑,无硬块,柔韧性mm≤2,硬度:4H,耐冲击性:50,耐水性实验(29±1°C,40h):不起泡,不脱落,耐热性实验(100±2℃,5h):不起泡起皱,无开裂,耐人工气候老化实验:通过500小时,耐冷热交替实验(5周期):无起泡,无开裂,无脱落,复合损耗因素实验:10°C:0.122,30°C:0.109。

Claims (2)

1.一种水性杀菌防污防锈漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸乳液32-35、氧化锌3-4、活性白土2-3、多异氰酸酯2-3、氢氧化镁钛酸钾晶须3-4、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3-0.4、聚丙烯酸钠1-2、十二醇丁醚2-3、纳米有机硅乳液25-28、陶瓷渣粉末3-6、磷酸三丁酯1-2、壳聚糖磷酸酯2-3、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺0.7-1、有机硅消泡剂0.1-0.3、硅溶胶3-5、去离子水16-22、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:三聚磷酸钠2-4、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、聚乙烯醇2-3、尿素6-8、纳米银4-5、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-15、丙烯酸乙酯3-5、过硫酸钾1-2、水8-11、空心玻璃微珠6-8、粉煤灰微珠4-6、海泡石粉3-5、1.2%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液3-5、钼酸铵2-4、聚乙酸乙烯乳液5-8;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、聚乙酸乙烯乳液和水混合,通入流化床使其流化;(2)将空心玻璃微珠、粉煤灰微珠、海泡石粉和过硫酸钾混合,通入流化床呈沸腾状态;(3)将步骤(1)的混合物喷涂在步骤(2)的混合物表面上,于60-80°C下反应1-2小时,反应结束后再加入钛酸酯偶联剂及其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,再加入胶磨机研磨分散均匀即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种水性杀菌防污防锈漆,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将有机硅消泡剂、聚丙烯酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺和去离子水混合,400-600转/分下搅拌7-9分钟,再加入氧化锌、氢氧化镁钛酸钾晶须、陶瓷渣粉末、助剂超声分散15-25分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将丙烯酸乳液、多异氰酸酯、十二醇丁醚、纳米有机硅乳液加到分散釜中,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌20-40分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A加到混合物B中,再加入其余剩余物质,在800-1000转/分的转速下分散10-20分钟后,转到研磨机中,得20-40μm的物料,即得。
