Abstract

本发明涉及车辆轮胎，具体地说，涉及一种拖车专用轮胎。
背景技术
目前，市场上出售的拖车用轮胎，仅能满足车辆对轮胎的最基本需求，即轮胎负荷能力、轮胎尺寸等性能的要求，而对于轮胎的其他性能则非常欠缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种拖车专用轮胎，以解决上述的技术问题。
为解决上述问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种拖车专用轮胎，包括胎冠和胎肩；所述胎冠为轮胎与地面相接触的部位，所述胎肩包括位于胎冠左侧的左侧胎肩和位于胎冠右侧的右侧胎肩，其特征在于：所述左侧胎肩的中部设有纵向的左侧胎肩花纹沟，所述左侧胎肩花纹沟的外侧设有左侧胎肩外花纹块；相邻的左侧胎肩外花纹块之间设有横向的左侧胎肩花纹宽沟；所述右侧胎肩的中部设有纵向的右侧胎肩花纹沟，所述右侧胎肩花纹沟的外侧设有右侧胎肩外花纹块；相邻的右侧胎肩外花纹块之间设有横向的右侧胎肩花纹宽沟；所述胎冠上从左至右设置有四条纵向的花纹主沟，分别是：第一花纹主沟、第二花纹主沟、第三花纹主沟和第四花纹主沟；所述第一花纹主沟与左侧胎肩之间为第一花纹块区域，在第一花纹块区域内均匀设置有横向的7字形花纹块，所述7字形花纹块的尾部向外延伸到左侧胎肩花纹沟；所述第四花纹主沟与右侧胎肩之间为第五花纹块区域，在第五花纹块区域内均匀设置有横向的倒7字形花纹块，所述倒7字形花纹块的尾部向外延伸到右侧胎肩花纹沟；所述第一花纹主沟与第二花纹主沟之间为第二花纹块区域，在第二花纹块区域内设有由纵向的S形花纹块首尾相接组成的左侧花纹带；所述第三花纹主沟与第四花纹主沟之间为第四花纹块区域，在第四花纹块区域内设有由纵向的S形花纹块首尾相接组成的右侧花纹带；所述第二花纹主沟与第三花纹主沟之间为第三花纹块区域，在第三花纹块内设有纵向条状的中间花纹带，所述中间花纹带的两侧边上均匀分布有锯齿状凸起。

所述左侧胎肩外花纹块的中部设有横向的左侧胎肩花纹细沟；所述右侧胎肩外花纹块的中部设有横向的右侧胎肩花纹细沟。
所述7字形花纹块靠近第一花纹主沟的一侧设有V字形花纹块钢片；所述倒7字形花纹块靠近第四花纹主沟的一侧设有倒V字形花纹块钢片。

所述胎冠上从左至右设置有四条纵向的花纹主沟，分别是：第一花纹主沟1、第二花纹主沟2、第三花纹主沟3和第四花纹主沟4；所述第一花纹主沟1与左侧胎肩之间为第一花纹块区域，在第一花纹块区域内均匀设置有横向的7字形花纹块71，所述7字形花纹块71的尾部向外延伸到左侧胎肩花纹沟54；所述第四花纹主沟4与右侧胎肩之间为第五花纹块区域，在第五花纹块区域内均匀设置有横向的倒7字形花纹块75，所述倒7字形花纹块75的尾部向外延伸到右侧胎肩花纹沟64；所述第一花纹主沟1与第二花纹主沟2之间为第二花纹块区域，在第二花纹块区域内设有由纵向的S形花纹块首尾相接组成的左侧花纹带72；所述第三花纹主沟3与第四花纹主沟4之间为第四花纹块区域，在第四花纹块区域内设有由纵向的S形花纹块首尾相接组成的右侧花纹带74；所述第二花纹主沟2与第三花纹主沟3之间为第三花纹块区域，在第三花纹块内设有纵向条状的中间花纹带73，所述中间花纹带73的两侧边上均匀分布有锯齿状凸起。
