本发明公开了一种螺母嵌件及其注塑方法,所述螺母嵌件包括具有内螺纹孔的嵌件本体,嵌件本体的外周为由中部向两端分别倾斜的锥面,使该嵌件本体的外径由中部向轴向两端逐渐减小。本发明能够有效解决产品表面缩痕问题。

技术领域
本发明属于注塑领域,具体为一种螺母嵌件及其注塑方法。
背景技术
根据新交规要求,汽车牌照将由原来的2颗螺钉固定变为4颗螺钉固定。现在大多数汽车厂采用两种方式,一种是在保险杠上设计两个安装位,再在下格栅上设计两个安装位。另一种方式是将四个安装位全部设计在下格栅上。如图1、2、3所示,在这两种方式中,下格栅3上的安装点是通过嵌件铜螺母2的方式实现的。但是采用现有的铜螺母嵌件在注塑时经常会产生塑料工件表面出现缩痕的问题,严重影响产品外观。针对这种问题,现有常规的解决方法是将铜螺母嵌件的外径加大,以减小嵌件周围塑料件的厚度,从而避免表面缩痕的产生,但是该种方案无疑会增加铜螺母嵌件的制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种螺母嵌件及其注塑方法,以解决注塑产品表面缩痕的问题。
本发明所述的螺母嵌件,包括具有内螺纹孔的嵌件本体,所述嵌件本体的外周为由中部向两端分别倾斜的锥面,使该嵌件本体的外径由中部向轴向两端逐渐减小。
进一步的,在所述嵌件本体的中部设有环槽。
进一步的,在所述嵌件本体的外周面设有滚花纹。
本发明所述的注塑方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)开模;
(2)顶杆复位;
(3)嵌件放入;
(4)关模;
(5)注射成型;
(6)开模取件;
其中,在所述注射成型步骤中,采用三点热流道顺序控制,中间热流道为主进胶点,其最先开启进胶,且进胶注射时间长;两端的热流道为辅进胶点,辅进胶点的进胶时机相对延迟一段时间,且注射时间相对较短。
进一步的,在注射过程中,给予一定保压压力,并控制熔料温度和热流道温度在230~250℃。
通过本发明所述螺母嵌件,注塑时会在产品内部产生缩孔,从而有效避免产品外表面出现缩痕,保证了产品外观质量,并大大节约了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细阐述,以下实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图4所示的注塑用螺母嵌件,包括铜质的嵌件本体1,嵌件本体的中心开设内螺纹孔101。在所述嵌件本体的外周中部设有一圈环槽102,该嵌件本体的外径由中部向轴向两端逐渐减小,使嵌件本体的外周形成沿所述环槽上下对称的两段锥面。在所述嵌件本体的外周面上还设有网格状滚花纹103。
使用上述螺母嵌件的注塑方法,包括以下的一个循环过程:
(1)开模;
(2)顶杆复位;
(3)嵌件放入;
(4)关模;
(5)注射成型;
(6)开模取件。
控制表面缩痕,除了嵌件本身的结构设计外,注塑成型工艺也尤为重要,本发明所述工艺方法主要改进体现在:在所述注射成型步骤中,采用三点热流道顺序控制,中间热流道为主进胶点,其最先开启进胶,且进胶注射时间长;两端的热流道为辅进胶点,辅进胶点的进胶时机相对延迟一段时间,且注射时间相对较短,这两辅进胶点的进胶只是进行少量的补料填充,使两端填满而不缺料。并且,在注射过程中,给予一定保压压力,并要求保压速度较低。另外,本注塑方法相对常规工艺采用较高的熔料温度和热流道温度,基本控制在230~250℃。
注塑件在冷却过程中,基于材料的凝固原理,其溶胶会不断的收缩,当这种收缩在最后凝固位置集中,同时又不及时的补充溶胶,这时注塑件的内部就会出现集中缩孔,表面会出现缩水/缩痕现象。
根据论文《如何解决PE厚壁管件缩孔问题》以及相关的多篇文献,可知注塑件在冷却收缩时的总收缩量是内部集中收缩和外部整体收缩的总和,因此内部缩孔的产生就会相应减少外部的收缩量。本发明巧妙利用这点,通过对螺母嵌件结构的设计,有意在工件内部形成缩孔,从而避免了外表面缩痕现象,保证产品外观质量。
相比于现有的直筒型螺母嵌件,在采用上述结构的铜螺母嵌件注塑时,嵌件本体自身的壁厚不一致,因此其各处的导热性能也不一致,故热量会集中在塑料件的内部。另外,由于嵌件本体的外径不一,也使得围绕嵌件外周的塑料溶胶壁厚不一致,从而非常容易在工件内部靠近嵌件本体环槽处形成内部缩孔。
可见,本螺母嵌件不但不需要增加其外径,相反还可以在同一款产品中,在保证内螺纹孔尺寸不变的情况下,将螺母嵌件的外径相应改小,从而更易产生孔径更大的内部缩孔,进一步降低了螺母嵌件的材料成本。
Claims (4)
1.一种螺母嵌件,包括具有内螺纹孔的嵌件本体,其特征在于:在所述嵌件本体的外周中部设有环槽,由环槽向两端分别倾斜形成锥面,使该嵌件本体的外径由中部向轴向两端逐渐减小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺母嵌件,其特征在于:在所述嵌件本体的外周面设有滚花纹。
3.一种使用权利要求1至2中任一所述螺母嵌件的注塑方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)开模;
(2)顶杆复位;
(3)嵌件放入;
(4)关模;
(5)注射成型;
(6)开模取件;
其中,在所述注射成型步骤中,采用三点热流道顺序控制,中间热流道为主进胶点,其最先开启进胶,且进胶注射时间长;两端的热流道为辅进胶点,辅进胶点的进胶时机相对延迟一段时间,且注射时间相对较短。
4.根据权利要求3所述注塑方法,其特征在于:在注射过程中,给予一定保压压力,并控制熔料温度和热流道温度在230~250℃。
