本发明公开了一种添加莲房柚子皮的成本低的活性炭空气过滤材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭135-150、莲房18-24、柚子皮20-25、柠檬酸2-3、硫代硫酸钠3.5-5、氯化铝8-10、竹纤维3-4、硼砂3-5、明矾2-3、硅藻土12-14、茶氨酸1-2、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;本发明将莲房、柚子皮经过特殊处理,增强了活性炭的吸附效果,添加吸附助剂,具有多种孔道结构和大的比表面积,提高了吸附效率,可以有效去除酸性或碱性或复合型挥发性有害气体;用本发明制备空调活性炭滤网等设施,方法简单,原料来源广泛易得,属于废物利用,降低生产成本,且对环境无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤材料及其制备方法,特别是一种添加莲房柚子皮的成本低的活性炭空气过滤材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
过滤材料用途极为广泛,最常见的有过滤材料用于空气调节系统,现在环境大气污染十分严重,雾霾天气给人们带来了极大的危害,空气吸附过滤材料能将空气的各种有害颗粒物,如PM2.5吸附,防止进入人们的生活或工作环境,减少人体肺部对颗粒物等有害物质的吸入,提高人们的生活质量,减少疾病的发生。现有过滤材料主要有蜂窝陶瓷、滤纸、活性炭、钢丝网等。高比表面积活性炭具有多孔结构,能吸附各种有机物和无机物,具有吸附容量大、吸附速度快的特点,是一种优质的高效吸附剂,本发明通过添加其他成分增强活性炭的吸附效果。
莲房即荷花的莲蓬,为睡莲科植物莲的成熟花托,又名蓬壳,莲壳,莲房表面紫红色或灰褐色,有纵纹及纵皱,顶面有多数除去果实后留下的圆形孔洞,呈蜂窝状,基部有花梗残基,质松软如海绵。柚子树作为一种常绿小灌木,果实味美具有药用价值且产量巨大,国内年产量大约在2000万吨左右。若果皮不加以利用即造成资源浪费又污染环境。因此设法利用这种植物果皮作为制备活性炭的原料,使其变废为宝,有重要意义。由于柚子皮具有许多纵横交错的通道,所以这两者本身就具有多孔的特性,经过工艺处理会形成细密的孔径,具有良好的吸附效果,而且原材料对环境友好,不产生环境污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种添加莲房柚子皮的成本低的活性炭空气过滤材料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种添加莲房柚子皮的成本低的活性炭空气过滤材料,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭135-150、莲房18-24、柚子皮20-25、柠檬酸2-3、硫代硫酸钠3.5-5、氯化铝8-10、竹纤维3-4、硼砂3-5、明矾2-3、硅藻土12-14、茶氨酸1-2、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:稻壳9-12、茶籽壳8-11、二氧化硅12-14、活性氧化铝6-8、竹纤维1-2、粉碎棕榈纤维2-3、柠檬酸铁1-2、桃胶粉2-3;制备方法是将稻壳、茶籽壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、桃胶粉之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维、桃胶粉以及纯水研磨1-2小时,最后喷雾干燥即得。
本发明所述一种添加莲房柚子皮的成本低的活性炭空气过滤材料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将莲房、柚子皮在90℃-110℃的条件下烘干1-1.5小时,粉碎成60-80目混合粉末待用;
(2)将氯化铝、硼砂、明矾、硅藻土中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后与混合粉末混合后,加入除活性炭、茶氨酸、吸附助剂之外的其余剩余成分,加热至40℃-60℃,保温并不断搅拌1.5-2小时,得到混合浆料待用;
(3)将活性炭粉碎与混合浆料混合均匀,置于马弗炉中在350℃~450℃下,活化65~90分钟,冷却后粉碎成100-120目粉末,与茶氨酸、吸附助剂混合均匀即得过滤材料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将莲房、柚子皮经过特殊处理,增强了活性炭的吸附效果,添加吸附助剂,具有多种孔道结构和大的比表面积,提高了吸附效率,可以有效去除酸性或碱性或复合型挥发性有害气体;用本发明制备空调活性炭滤网等设施,方法简单,原料来源广泛易得,属于废物利用,降低生产成本,且对环境无污染。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种添加莲房柚子皮的成本低的活性炭空气过滤材料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:活性炭135、莲房18、柚子皮20、柠檬酸2、硫代硫酸钠3.5、氯化铝8、竹纤维3、硼砂3、明矾2、硅藻土12、茶氨酸1、吸附助剂4、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:稻壳9、茶籽壳8、二氧化硅12、活性氧化铝6、竹纤维1、粉碎棕榈纤维2、柠檬酸铁1、桃胶粉2;制备方法是将稻壳、茶籽壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、桃胶粉之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维、桃胶粉以及纯水研磨1-2小时,最后喷雾干燥即得。

利用本发明过滤材料制得的滤网进行性能测试,主要技术参数为:废气净化处理装置的技术指标为:捕获的粉尘颗粒最小粒径范围0.5-10μm;捕集微尘效率≥99%;经过4小时的作用,甲醛浓度下降86.6%。

1.一种添加莲房柚子皮的成本低的活性炭空气过滤材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭135-150、莲房18-24、柚子皮20-25、柠檬酸2-3、硫代硫酸钠3.5-5、氯化铝8-10、竹纤维3-4、硼砂3-5、明矾2-3、硅藻土12-14、茶氨酸1-2、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:稻壳9-12、茶籽壳8-11、二氧化硅12-14、活性氧化铝6-8、竹纤维1-2、粉碎棕榈纤维2-3、柠檬酸铁1-2、桃胶粉2-3;制备方法是将稻壳、茶籽壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、桃胶粉之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维、桃胶粉以及纯水研磨1-2小时,最后喷雾干燥即得。

(2)将氯化铝、硼砂、明矾、硅藻土中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后与混合粉末混合后,加入除活性炭、茶氨酸、吸附助剂之外的其余剩余成分,加热至40℃-60℃,保温并不断搅拌1.5-2小时,得到混合浆料待用;
