Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有多种规格孔径的空调用活性炭空气滤料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭140-145、碘化钾1-2、氢氧化钾2-3、硼酸1-2、豆饼粉5-7、玉米粉5-7、石膏粉9-12、碳酸钠3-4、羟甲基纤维素钠3-5、硫酸钙3-4、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;本发明利用豆饼粉、玉米粉等多种成分对活性炭进行改性,配和吸附助剂的添加,具有多种孔道结构和大的比表面积,能够提高吸附效率,可以有效去除酸性或碱性或复合型挥发性有害气体,净化空气的同时能够使空气清新,本发明可用于各种作业场所的除臭去毒及空调过滤网、中央空调过滤系统等,简单实用,使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤材料及其制备方法,特别是一种具有多种规格孔径的空调用活性炭空气滤料及其制备方法。
背景技术
过滤材料用途极为广泛,主要应用于涂料、油墨、染料、塑料、制药、电镀、饮料、化妆品、橡胶、印刷、电子管生产、线路板生产、垃圾焚烧、化工生产等各领域内。最常见的有过滤材料用于空气调节系统,现在环境大气污染十分严重,雾霾天气给人们带来了极大的危害,空气吸附过滤材料能将空气的各种有害颗粒物,如PM2.5吸附,防止进入人们的生活或工作环境,减少人体肺部对颗粒物等有害物质的吸入,提高人们的生活质量,减少疾病的发生。现有过滤材料主要有蜂窝陶瓷、滤纸、活性炭、钢丝网等。高比表面积活性炭具有多孔结构,能吸附各种有机物和无机物,具有吸附容量大、吸附速度快的特点,是一种优质的高效吸附剂。但是一般活性炭的孔径比较单一,只能过滤掉否中规格的气体,本发明改性使得活性炭具有多种孔径规格,能够吸附各种酸性、碱性或者挥发性有毒气体,使用效果好,实用性强,可反复利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有多种规格孔径的空调用活性炭空气滤料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种具有多种规格孔径的空调用活性炭空气滤料,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭140-145、碘化钾1-2、氢氧化钾2-3、硼酸1-2、豆饼粉5-7、玉米粉5-7、石膏粉9-12、碳酸钠3-4、羟甲基纤维素钠3-5、硫酸钙3-4、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:松塔12-14、核桃壳9-11、凹凸棒土12-14、碳化钼2-4、竹纤维2-3、河蚌壳粉3-5、二氧化锰2-3、柠檬精油0.5-0.8、苹果酸0.8-1;制备方法是将松塔、核桃壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、柠檬精油之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维以及纯水研磨1-2小时,喷雾干燥,最后将柠檬精油喷洒在粉体表面即可。
本发明所述一种具有多种规格孔径的空调用活性炭空气滤料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将硼酸、豆饼粉、玉米粉、石膏粉、羟甲基纤维素钠中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后加入碘化钾、氢氧化钾,加热至45℃-60℃,保温并不断搅拌1.5-2.5小时,得到混合浆料待用;
(2)将果壳活性炭粉碎与混合浆料混合均匀,置于马弗炉中在400℃~500℃下,活化70~90分钟,冷却后粉碎成100-120目粉末;
(3)将粉末中加入其余剩余成分,混合搅拌均匀即得过滤材料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用豆饼粉、玉米粉等多种成分对活性炭进行改性,配和吸附助剂的添加,具有多种孔道结构和大的比表面积,能够提高吸附效率,可以有效去除酸性或碱性或复合型挥发性有害气体,净化空气的同时能够使空气清新,本发明可用于各种作业场所的除臭去毒及空调过滤网、中央空调过滤系统等,简单实用,使用寿命长。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种具有多种规格孔径的空调用活性炭空气滤料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭140、碘化钾1、氢氧化钾2、硼酸1、豆饼粉5、玉米粉5、石膏粉9、碳酸钠3、羟甲基纤维素钠3、硫酸钙3、吸附助剂4、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份(公斤))的原料制成:松塔12、核桃壳9、凹凸棒土12、碳化钼2、竹纤维2、河蚌壳粉3、二氧化锰2、柠檬精油0.5、苹果酸0.8;制备方法是将松塔、核桃壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、柠檬精油之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维以及纯水研磨1-2小时,喷雾干燥,最后将柠檬精油喷洒在粉体表面即可。

(3)将粉末中加入其余剩余成分,混合搅拌均匀即得过滤材料。
利用本发明过滤材料制得的滤网进行性能测试,主要技术参数为:空气净化处理装置的技术指标为:捕获的粉尘颗粒最小粒径范围0.5-10μm;捕集微尘效率≥99%;经过4小时的作用,甲醛浓度下降88.3%。
Claims (2)
1.一种具有多种规格孔径的空调用活性炭空气滤料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:果壳活性炭140-145、碘化钾1-2、氢氧化钾2-3、硼酸1-2、豆饼粉5-7、玉米粉5-7、石膏粉9-12、碳酸钠3-4、羟甲基纤维素钠3-5、硫酸钙3-4、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:松塔12-14、核桃壳9-11、凹凸棒土12-14、碳化钼2-4、竹纤维2-3、河蚌壳粉3-5、二氧化锰2-3、柠檬精油0.5-0.8、苹果酸0.8-1;制备方法是将松塔、核桃壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、柠檬精油之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维以及纯水研磨1-2小时,喷雾干燥,最后将柠檬精油喷洒在粉体表面即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种具有多种规格孔径的空调用活性炭空气滤料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
