本发明公开了一种添加备长炭的空调用活性炭滤料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:椰壳活性炭135-145、备长炭10-15、氢氧化钾2-3、红糖3-4、沸石粉12-14、海泡石粉7-9、海藻粉3-5、褐藻酸钠1-2、D-异抗坏血酸钠1-2、氯化钠4-6、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;本发明除了添加沸石粉、海泡石粉等增强吸附效果的成分,还加入了备长炭成分,在增强活性炭吸附性的同时释放负离子,阻挡电磁波,适度调节室内湿度,具有优异的保健效果,再配和吸附助剂的添加,提高吸附效率,快速去除室内有毒害气体,清新宜人,本发明工艺简单,使用寿命长,可反复使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤材料及其制备方法,特别是一种添加备长炭的空调用活性炭滤料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,现代化工业的逐步建设,各种化学品被开发利用,给人们生活带来了便利,同时由于化学品产生了对环境和人体有害的物质,也成了人们不得不面对的问题。人一生中70%的时间在室内度过,因此室内空气质量的好坏直接影响到人体的健康,尤以装有空调的封闭空间,室内浊气循环,而且空调系统还是遍布细菌和霉菌的肮脏角落,霉菌会伴随空调吹出的空气将污染整个空间,易导致免疫力下降而影响健康。随着人们生活水平的日渐提高,人们对起居室、办公室、公共场所环境的要求越来越高,在要求空气净化设备的制冷制热、改善空气质量作用的同时,开始要求更高的附加效果,如医疗保健作用等。
备长炭是人们生活中不可多得的最佳珍宝之一。它是用吸收土壤、日光和水分而成长的马木坚木经过摄氏1200 度高温炭化后所成的木炭,其微细孔众多,吸附力强,十分坚硬,与钢的硬度差不多,烘成的木炭体积是原木的三分之一,但是重量却只有原木的十分之一。高温烧制的备长炭,几乎没有水分,又有许多小孔,因为这个特性,备长炭 具有除湿与调节温度的功效,当所在环境水分过高时,它会吸收水分,而当环境湿度 不足时,它又会自动释放水气,备长炭是最天然的空气清洁机,可以产生负离子,减轻压力、消除紧张。如果在家电周围及手机上放置备长炭,将可以有效阻隔电磁波,避免人体受到伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种添加备长炭的空调用活性炭滤料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种添加备长炭的空调用活性炭滤料,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:椰壳活性炭135-145、备长炭10-15、氢氧化钾2-3、红糖3-4、沸石粉12-14、海泡石粉7-9、海藻粉3-5、褐藻酸钠1-2、D-异抗坏血酸钠1-2、氯化钠4-6、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:松塔12-14、核桃壳9-11、凹凸棒土12-14、碳化钼2-4、竹纤维2-3、河蚌壳粉3-5、二氧化锰2-3、柠檬精油0.5-0.8、苹果酸0.8-1;制备方法是将松塔、核桃壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、柠檬精油之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维以及纯水研磨1-2小时,喷雾干燥,最后将柠檬精油喷洒在粉体表面即可。
本发明所述一种添加备长炭的空调用活性炭滤料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将红糖、沸石粉、海泡石粉、海藻粉、褐藻酸钠中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后加入氢氧化钾、氯化钠,加热至45℃-60℃,保温并不断搅拌1.5-2.5小时,得到混合浆料待用;
(2)将椰壳活性炭与备长炭粉碎与混合浆料混合均匀,置于马弗炉中在400℃~500℃下,活化70~90分钟,冷却后粉碎成100-120目粉末;
(3)将粉末中加入其余剩余成分,混合搅拌均匀即得过滤材料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明除了添加沸石粉、海泡石粉等增强吸附效果的成分,还加入了备长炭成分,在增强活性炭吸附性的同时释放负离子,阻挡电磁波,适度调节室内湿度,具有优异的保健效果,再配和吸附助剂的添加,提高吸附效率,快速去除室内有毒害气体,清新宜人,本发明工艺简单,使用寿命长,可反复使用。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种添加备长炭的空调用活性炭滤料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:椰壳活性炭135、备长炭10、氢氧化钾2、红糖3、沸石粉12、海泡石粉7、海藻粉3、褐藻酸钠1、D-异抗坏血酸钠1、氯化钠4、吸附助剂4、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:松塔12、核桃壳9、凹凸棒土12、碳化钼2、竹纤维2、河蚌壳粉3、二氧化锰2、柠檬精油0.5、苹果酸0.8;制备方法是将松塔、核桃壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、柠檬精油之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维以及纯水研磨1-2小时,喷雾干燥,最后将柠檬精油喷洒在粉体表面即可。

利用本发明过滤材料制得的滤网进行性能测试,主要技术参数为:空气净化处理装置的技术指标为:捕获的粉尘颗粒最小粒径范围0.5-10μm;捕集微尘效率≥99%;经过4小时的作用,甲醛浓度下降89.8%。

1.一种添加备长炭的空调用活性炭滤料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:椰壳活性炭135-145、备长炭10-15、氢氧化钾2-3、红糖3-4、沸石粉12-14、海泡石粉7-9、海藻粉3-5、褐藻酸钠1-2、D-异抗坏血酸钠1-2、氯化钠4-6、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:松塔12-14、核桃壳9-11、凹凸棒土12-14、碳化钼2-4、竹纤维2-3、河蚌壳粉3-5、二氧化锰2-3、柠檬精油0.5-0.8、苹果酸0.8-1;制备方法是将松塔、核桃壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、柠檬精油之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维以及纯水研磨1-2小时,喷雾干燥,最后将柠檬精油喷洒在粉体表面即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种添加备长炭的空调用活性炭滤料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将红糖、沸石粉、海泡石粉、海藻粉、褐藻酸钠中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后加入氢氧化钾、氯化钠,加热至45℃-60℃,保温并不断搅拌1.5-2.5小时,得到混合浆料待用;
(2)将椰壳活性炭与备长炭粉碎与混合浆料混合均匀,置于马弗炉中在400℃~500℃下,活化70~90分钟,冷却后粉碎成100-120目粉末;
(3)将粉末中加入其余剩余成分,混合搅拌均匀即得过滤材料。
