所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:松塔12-14、核桃壳9-11、凹凸棒土12-14、碳化钼2-4、竹纤维2-3、河蚌壳粉3-5、二氧化锰2-3、柠檬精油0.5-0.8、苹果酸0.8-1;制备方法是将松塔、核桃壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、柠檬精油之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维以及纯水研磨1-2小时,喷雾干燥,最后将柠檬精油喷洒在粉体表面即可。

(3)将活性炭粉碎与混合浆料混合均匀,置于马弗炉中在400℃~450℃下,活化60~85分钟,冷却后粉碎成100-120目粉末,与吸附助剂混合均匀即得过滤材料。

利用本发明过滤材料制得的滤网进行性能测试,主要技术参数为:空气净化处理装置的技术指标为:捕获的粉尘颗粒最小粒径范围0.5-10μm;捕集微尘效率≥99%;经过4小时的作用,甲醛浓度下降89.1%。
