本发明公开了一种高效环保具有改善负离子的空调滤网用活性炭滤料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭140-145、二氧化硅9-13、氢氧化钾2-3、碳酸氢钾2-3、甘氨酸铁1-2、氧化铈1-2、铁电气石粉1-2、明矾粉2-3.5、氢氧化铁2-3、植物油2-3、废旧木屑30-38、柚子皮11-13、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;本发明添加氧化铈、铁电气石粉等对活性炭进行改性,协同增效,具有释放负离子、辐射超强远红外线、抗菌等功能;添加吸附助剂,具有多种孔道结构和大的比表面积,能够提高吸附效率,净化空气,用于空调过滤网,空气净化机等,而且制造工艺简单,高效环保,不会影响空调的制冷制热。

本发明涉及一种过滤材料及其制备方法,特别是一种高效环保具有改善负离子的空调滤网用活性炭滤料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的迅猛发展,环境污染也日趋严重,工业废气﹑汽车尾气等严重困扰着人类的生活。现代都市人生活的空间越来越多地受到工业污染、生态破坏带来的负面影响。作为人类生命之泉的空气,也充满着各种尘埃、烟雾、花粉、毛屑、霉菌、病毒等有害物质。人一生中70%的时间在室内度过,因此室内空气质量的好坏直接影响到人体的健康,尤以装有空调的封闭空间,室内浊气循环,而且空调系统还是遍布细菌和霉菌的肮脏角落,霉菌会伴随空调吹出的空气将污染整个空间,易导致免疫力下降而影响健康。
本发明发明了一种高效环保具有改善负离子的空调过滤网用活性炭滤料,利用功能陶瓷复合材料释放负离子,而且高效环保,本发明具有材料制备工艺简单、成本低、使用方便、安全、节能等优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高效环保具有改善负离子的空调滤网用活性炭滤料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种高效环保具有改善负离子的空调滤网用活性炭滤料,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭140-145、二氧化硅9-13、氢氧化钾2-3、碳酸氢钾2-3、甘氨酸铁1-2、氧化铈1-2、铁电气石粉1-2、明矾粉2-3.5、氢氧化铁2-3、植物油2-3、废旧木屑30-38、柚子皮11-13、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:松塔12-14、核桃壳9-11、凹凸棒土12-14、碳化钼2-4、竹纤维2-3、河蚌壳粉3-5、二氧化锰2-3、柠檬精油0.5-0.8、苹果酸0.8-1;制备方法是将松塔、核桃壳在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除竹纤维、柠檬精油之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入竹纤维以及纯水研磨1-2小时,喷雾干燥,最后将柠檬精油喷洒在粉体表面即可。

(1)将废旧木屑、柚子皮在95℃-115℃的条件下烘干1-2小时,粉碎成60-80目混合粉末待用;
(2)将二氧化硅、氧化铈、铁电气石粉、明矾粉、植物油中加入适量的水,不断搅拌制成浆料,然后与混合粉末混合后,加入除活性炭、吸附助剂之外的其余剩余成分,加热至45℃-60℃,保温并不断搅拌1.5-2小时,得到混合浆料待用;
(3)将活性炭粉碎与混合浆料混合均匀,置于马弗炉中在400℃~450℃下,活化60~85分钟,冷却后粉碎成100-120目粉末,与吸附助剂混合均匀即得过滤材料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明添加氧化铈、铁电气石粉等对活性炭进行改性,协同增效,具有释放负离子、辐射超强远红外线、抗菌等功能;添加吸附助剂,具有多种孔道结构和大的比表面积,能够提高吸附效率,净化空气,用于空调过滤网,空气净化机等,而且制造工艺简单,高效环保,不会影响空调的制冷制热。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种高效环保具有改善负离子的空调滤网用活性炭滤料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:活性炭140、二氧化硅9、氢氧化钾2、碳酸氢钾2、甘氨酸铁1、氧化铈1、铁电气石粉1、明矾粉2、氢氧化铁2、植物油2、废旧木屑30、柚子皮11、吸附助剂4、水适量;

利用本发明过滤材料制得的滤网进行性能测试,主要技术参数为:空气净化处理装置的技术指标为:捕获的粉尘颗粒最小粒径范围0.5-10μm;捕集微尘效率≥99%;经过4小时的作用,甲醛浓度下降89.1%。

1.一种高效环保具有改善负离子的空调滤网用活性炭滤料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭140-145、二氧化硅9-13、氢氧化钾2-3、碳酸氢钾2-3、甘氨酸铁1-2、氧化铈1-2、铁电气石粉1-2、明矾粉2-3.5、氢氧化铁2-3、植物油2-3、废旧木屑30-38、柚子皮11-13、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;
