Abstract
一种苦参碱的提取工艺属于中药加工领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种苦参碱的提取工艺。本发明提供了一种耗时短、提取效果好的苦参碱提取工艺。本发明的工艺步骤为:将苦参用植物粉碎机粉碎成40目的粉末,加入料液比为1∶8~1∶20的乙醇,乙醇浓度为75~95%,浸泡时间为2~5h,然后在超声波功率为400w下超声提取15~45min,提取液在转速为3000r/min,离心10min后取上层清液。

技术领域
本发明属于中药加工领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种苦参碱的提取工艺。
背景技术
苦参为豆科植物,除海南、新疆、青海外在中国各地均有分布,有很高的经济价值和药用价值。目前国内自苦参植物中提取、分离、鉴定的生物碱主要有氧化苦参碱、苦参碱、异苦参碱、羟基苦参碱、槐果碱、氧化槐果碱、槐胺碱、槐啶碱、苦豆碱、金雀花碱、N- 甲基金
雀花碱、安那吉碱、膺靛叶碱、脱氢苦参碱、d- 苦参碱、d- 异苦参碱、d- 氧化苦参碱、1- 臭豆碱、1- 甲基金花碱、1- 穿叶赝靛碱、苦参啶、槐醇、氧化槐醇碱、N- 甲基野靛碱等生物碱。
目前提取苦参碱的常规方法有煎煮法、水蒸馏法、溶剂浸提等,其提取时间长,提取率低,且高温条件下易使中药的有效成分氧化、降解、影响作用效果。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提供了一种耗时短、提取效果好的苦参碱提取工艺。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,本发明的工艺步骤为:将苦参用植物粉碎机粉碎成40 目的粉末,加入料液比为1∶8~1∶20 的乙醇,乙醇浓度为75~95%,浸泡时间为2~5h,然后在超声波功率为400w 下超声提取15~45min,提取液在转速为3000r/min,离心10min 后取上层清液。
本发明的有益效果:
1. 本发明与传统水煎煮法相比,操作简便、快捷、省时、节能;
2. 本发明无须加热,提取率高,生物总碱为1.51%,苦参碱为0.472%,能有效保持生物大分子的活性,可以用来提取一些受热易被破坏、分解、氧化的物质。

5、具体实施方式
本发明运用超声波技术对中药中的苦参碱进行了提取,本发明的工艺步骤为:将苦参用植物粉碎机粉碎成40 目的粉末,加入料液比为1∶8~1∶20 的乙醇,乙醇浓度为75~95%,浸泡时间为2~5h,然后在超声波功率为400w下超声提取15~40min,提取液在转速为3000r/min,离心10min后取上层清液。
作为一种优选方案,本发明的工艺参数为:料液比1∶10,浸泡时间3h,乙醇体积分数80%,超声提取时间20min。
本发明选取料液比、乙醇体积分数、浸泡时间、超声提取时间作为苦参碱提取率的影响因素,它们对苦参提取率的影响可见,图1、图2、图3、图4。

1. 一种苦参碱的提取工艺,其特征在于,本发明的工艺步骤为:将苦参用植物粉碎机粉碎成40 目的粉末,加入料液比为1∶8~1∶20 的乙醇,乙醇浓度为75~95%,浸泡时间为2~5h,然后在超声波功率为400w 下超声提取15~45min,提取液在转速为3000r/min,离心10min 后取上层清液。
2. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种苦参碱的提取工艺,其特征在于,本发明的工艺参数为:料液比1∶10,浸泡时间3h,乙醇体积分数80%,超声提取时间20min。
