本发明涉及一种环保型黑色刮开油墨的制备方法,按质量百分比由以下组分组成:丙烯酸树脂5%~10%、氯醋树脂5%~15%、碳黑颜料26%~40%、气相二氧化硅8%~16%、助剂2%~8%、溶剂25%~45%;本发明制得的环保型黑色刮开油墨在贮存时不沉淀,遮盖力好、光泽高;不糊版、不粘版,粘性适中,流动流平性好,印刷性能优良;有很好的耐热性、耐磨性、稳定性、耐折度,使印制的成品在运输、销售中不易破损、划伤;且无毒、无异味,是真正的环保健康型刮开油墨;广泛应用于各种类型的彩票、奖券、票据、电话充值卡,游戏点卡、上网卡、抽奖卡、学习卡、电码防伪标识卡、速显册及儿童刮画等印刷。

一种环保型黑色刮开油墨的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于印刷包装材料技术领域,涉及一种环保型黑色刮开油墨,本发明还涉及该种黑色刮开油墨的制备方法。
背景技术
随着市场经济的发展和人们物质文化生活水平的提高,各种类型的彩票、奖券、票据等大量出现,印制彩票、奖券、票据时的油墨也在不断增长,其中刮开油墨的用量也越来越大,除彩票、奖券、票据外,在电信、IT、商业和教育等行业也越来越广泛,如电信行业的电话充值卡,游戏点卡、上网卡、抽奖卡、学习卡、电码防伪标识卡、速显册及儿童刮画等领域。
目前市面上刮开油墨存在耐磨性、耐折度较差,光泽、遮盖力低或刮开时油墨去不尽;还有的在制造刮开油墨时所选树脂的要求要用芳烃类或酮类溶剂,油墨干后仍残留有害的芳烃类或酮类溶剂,对人体和环境必然造成严重的危害,因此开发一种环保型刮开油墨尤其必要。
发明内容
为了解决上面所述的技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:本发明涉及一种环保型银色刮开油墨,按质量百分比由以下组分组成:丙烯酸树脂5%~10%、氯醋树脂5%~15%、碳黑颜料26%~40%、气相二氧化硅8%~16%、助剂2%~8%、溶剂25%~45%。
其中,丙烯酸树脂选用分子量在5000~10000热塑型丙烯酸树脂。
氯醋树脂选用酯溶型三元氯醋树脂。
碳黑颜料选用卡博特的Mongul-L、REGAL400R、Monarch1300或Monarch900,德固萨的Special biack4、Special biack6、Special biack550、FW18、FW285或FW200,三菱化学的MA7、MA100或#40,哥伦比亚化学的Raven3500、Raven1255或Raven3600以及其它中高色素碳黑。
助剂至少包括润湿分散剂、流平剂、微细蜡浆的一种或其组合。
溶剂选取用醋酸丁酯、醋酸乙酯、PMA、DBE、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、脱芳D40溶剂的一种或其组合。
本发明提出一种环保型黑色刮开油墨的制备方法,其制备工艺如下:按配方重量比计,把部分溶剂加入分散釜中,加入丙烯酸树脂、氯醋树脂溶解均匀,加入润湿分散剂、气相二氧化硅、碳黑颜料,高速分散30~40min,移到三棍碾磨机碾磨至细度≤20μm,在调缸中低速搅拌下加入蜡浆、流平剂和剩余的溶剂,搅拌调节好粘度,过滤包装即制得一种环保型黑色刮开油墨。
本发明制得的环保型黑色刮开油墨在贮存时不沉淀,遮盖力、光泽高;不糊版、不粘版,粘性适中,流动流平性好,印刷性能优良;有很好的耐热性、耐磨性、稳定性、耐折度,使印制的成品在运输、销售中不易破损、划伤;且无毒、无异味,是真正的环保健康型刮开油墨。广泛应用于各种类型的彩票、奖券、票据、电话充值卡,游戏点卡、上网卡、抽奖卡、学习卡、电码防伪标识卡、速显册及儿童刮画等印刷。
具体实施方式
按照表1的组分配方准备材料实施。

实施例1:
按照表1中实例1按配方重量比把混合溶剂20份加入分散釜中,加入丙烯酸树脂7份、氯醋树脂9份溶解均匀,加入润湿分散剂2.5份、气相二氧化硅12份、碳黑粉32份,高速分散30~40min,移到三棍碾磨机碾磨至细度≤20μm,在调缸中低速搅拌下加入细蜡浆5.5份、流平剂0.5份和剩余的溶剂11.5份,搅拌调节好粘度,过滤包装即制得一种环保型黑色刮开油墨。
实施例2,实施例3制备步骤参照实施例1。
按照国家相关标准,对本发明的环保型黑色刮开油墨的性能进行检测,测试结果如表2所示。

Claims (4)

1.一种环保型黑色刮开油墨,其特征在于:以质量百分比计,包括如下组分:丙烯酸树脂5%~10%、酯溶型三元氯醋树脂5%~15%、碳黑颜料26%~40%、气相二氧化硅8%~16%、其它助剂2%~8%、溶剂25%~45%;
其中,所述的丙烯酸树脂为分子量在5000~10000热塑型丙烯酸树脂;所述的其它助剂至少包括润湿分散剂、流平剂、微细蜡浆的一种或几种的组合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型黑色刮开油墨,其特征在于:所述的碳黑颜料为卡博特的Mongul-L、REGAL400R、Monarch1300或Monarch900,德固萨的Special biack 4、Special biack 6、Special biack 550、FW18、FW285或FW200,三菱化学的MA7、MA100或#40,哥伦比亚化学的Raven3500、Raven1255或Raven3600的任一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型黑色刮开油墨,其特征在于:所述的溶剂选为醋酸丁酯、醋酸乙酯、PMA、DBE、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、脱芳D40溶剂的一种或几种的组合。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的一种环保型黑色刮开油墨的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法,其制备工艺如下:按配方重量比计,把部分溶剂加入分散釜中,加入丙烯酸树脂、酯溶型三元氯醋树脂溶解均匀,加入润湿分散剂、气相二氧化硅、碳黑颜料,高速分散30~40min,移到三辊碾磨机碾磨至细度≤20μm,在调缸中低速搅拌下加入微细蜡浆、流平剂和剩余的溶剂,搅拌调节好粘度,过滤包装即制得一种环保型黑色刮开油墨。
