本发明公开了一种养心安神的鸡柳及其制备方法,所述养心安神的鸡柳由下列重量份的原料组成:鸡胸肉100-160份、远志3-5份、合欢皮4-6份、柏子仁2-3份、枸杞3-4份、龙齿2-4份、追风草2-4份、蜂蜜3-5份、五香粉3-5份、辣椒粉1-2份、食盐2-4份、白砂糖4-6份、冰水20-30份;本发明制备的养心安神的鸡柳,在制作时加入加入多种中药成分,可以治疗心悸怔忡、失眠多梦,使之具有养心安神、增强抵抗力等保健功效。

本发明属于鸡肉加工技术领域,具体涉及一种养心安神的鸡柳及其制备方法。
背景技术
鸡肉含有维生素C、E等,蛋白质的含量比例较高,种类多,而且消化率高,很容易被人体吸收利用,有增强体力、强壮身体的作用,另外含有对人体生发育有重要作用的磷脂类,是中国人膳食结构中脂肪和磷脂的重要来源之一
鸡柳作为一种烧烤食品,以其肉嫩味美而深受消费者的喜欢,但现在市场上大多鸡柳很少具有保健作用,不符合现代人们的健康需求,本发明在制作鸡柳时加入多种中药成分,使其具有良好的营养功效。

本发明的目的在于提供一种养心安神的鸡柳及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种养心安神的鸡柳,所述养心安神的鸡柳由下列重量份的原料组成:
鸡胸肉100-160份、远志3-5份、合欢皮4-6份、柏子仁2-3份、枸杞3-4份、龙齿2-4份、追风草2-4份、蜂蜜3-5份、五香粉3-5份、辣椒粉1-2份、食盐2-4份、白砂糖4-6份、冰水20-30份。
进一步,所述养心安神的鸡柳由下列重量份的原料组成:
鸡胸肉100份、远志3份、合欢皮4份、柏子仁2份、枸杞3份、龙齿2份、追风草2份、蜂蜜3份、五香粉3份、辣椒粉1份、食盐2份、白砂糖4份、冰水20份。
进一步,所述养心安神的鸡柳由下列重量份的原料组成:
鸡胸肉130份、远志4份、合欢皮5份、柏子仁2.5份、枸杞3.5份、龙齿3份、追风草3份、蜂蜜4份、五香粉4份、辣椒粉1.5份、食盐3份、白砂糖5份、冰水25份。
进一步,所述养心安神的鸡柳由下列重量份的原料组成:
鸡胸肉160份、远志5份、合欢皮6份、柏子仁3份、枸杞4份、龙齿4份、追风草4份、蜂蜜5份、五香粉5份、辣椒粉2份、食盐4份、白砂糖6份、冰水30份。
本发明还提供一种养心安神的鸡柳的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将远志、合欢皮、柏子仁、枸杞、龙齿、追风草加适量水进行煎煮,过滤,得到中草药煎煮液;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的中草药煎煮液进行浓缩,得到中草药浓缩液;
(3)将鸡胸肉取出,自然解冻至中心温度为0-5℃,待用;
(4)将步骤(2)所得中草药浓缩液与蜂蜜、五香粉、辣椒粉、食盐、白砂糖、冰水混合均匀,得到滚揉液;
(5)将步骤(4)所得的滚揉液与鸡胸肉一起倒入滚揉机进行滚揉,1-2h后取出;
(6)将步骤(5)滚揉后的鸡胸肉切割成鸡柳,在-10--15℃下速冻30min,包装,即得所述的养心安神的鸡柳。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的养心安神的鸡柳,在制作时加入加入多种中药成分,可以治疗心悸怔忡、失眠多梦,使之具有养心安神、增强抵抗力等保健功效。

(2)将步骤(1)所得的中草药煎煮液进行浓缩,得到中草药浓缩液;
(3)将鸡胸肉取出,自然解冻至中心温度为0-5℃,待用;
(4)将步骤(2)所得中草药浓缩液与蜂蜜、五香粉、辣椒粉、食盐、白砂糖、冰水混合均匀,得到滚揉液;
(5)将步骤(4)所得的滚揉液与鸡胸肉一起倒入滚揉机进行滚揉,1-2h后取出;
(6)将步骤(5)滚揉后的鸡胸肉切割成鸡柳,在-10--15℃下速冻30min,包装,即得所述的养心安神的鸡柳。
