Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗冠心病的中药制剂,涉及中药技术领域。该中药制剂的原料有党参、丹参、菊花、黄芪、川芎、山楂、乳香、没药、当归、桃仁、枸杞子、牡丹皮、白术、淫羊藿、红花、桂枝、甘草等17味中药材。这些中药材通过本发明制备方法制成方便易用的成品制剂,对冠心病的治疗具有见效快、治愈率高、侧重调理、标本兼治、不易复发等技术优势;并且该中药还可以在保证药效的情况下制成方便服用的成品制剂,且制备工艺简便、药效稳定、用药个体差异小、易于推广应用,惠及更多冠心病患者。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗冠心病的中药制剂及其制备方法,属于中药领域。
技术背景
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是冠状动脉血管发生动脉粥样硬化病变而引起血管腔狭窄或阻塞,造成心肌缺血、缺氧或坏死而导致的心脏病,常常被称为“冠心病”。但是冠心病的范围可能更广泛,还包括炎症、栓塞等导致管腔狭窄或闭塞。世界卫生组织将冠心病分为5大类:无症状心肌缺血(隐匿性冠心病)、心绞痛、心肌梗死、缺血性心力衰竭(缺血性心脏病)和猝死5种临床类型。临床中常常分为稳定性冠心病和急性冠状动脉综合征。
冠心病属于中医的胸痹、真心痛、厥心痛范畴。本病常伴有高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病等。脑力劳动者多见,对人们健康危害大,为老年人主要死因之一。
中医学认为冠心病是虚实夹杂的本虚标实证。临床表现随个体不同而有很大差别,论治时视病情变化而定;急则治其标,缓则治其本,或标本同治,使心胸之阳舒展,血脉运行畅通。治本采用温阳益气、滋阴养血之法;治标则以祛寒、豁痰、活血等法。
该病多为气血不足,阴阳亏虚、气虚血瘀、痰瘀阻络等引起。临床表现多见不足和虚损的症候。因此,用中药治疗时多用补益气血,滋阴补阳之类法则治疗。“扶正祛邪”原则指导下,先切除诱发、加重的因素,根治本身的病患。祛邪以活血化瘀,温通心阳,豁痰通络,理气宽胸,化湿通络,清除痰热为主。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题有两个,一个是开发一种治疗冠心病有较好效果的中药,另一个是开发一套制备工艺将这种中药做成效果稳定、方便易用的成品中药制剂。
为了解决这两个技术问题,发明人的解决方案是结合现代制药工艺的特点,发明了一个中药组方,既满足了治疗冠心病的要求,又可以利用专门开发的制备工艺制成成品制剂。该中药组方有如下重量份的中药材组成:
党参10-26份、丹参18-34份、菊花7-15份、黄芪17-33份、川芎9-21份、山楂10-24份、乳香7-13份、没药6-14份、当归8-22份、桃仁7-15份、枸杞子8-20份、牡丹皮8-22份、白术7-17份、淫羊藿8-18份、红花7-17份、桂枝6-14份、甘草8-14份。
在实践中优选出来的4个疗效最为显著的配比分别为:
1、党参20份、丹参24份、菊花13份、黄芪24份、川芎17份、山楂15份、乳香11份、没药11份、当归14份、桃仁12份、枸杞子13份、牡丹皮16份、白术13份、淫羊藿12份、红花11份、桂枝11份、甘草12份。
2、党参18份、丹参26份、菊花11份、黄芪25份、川芎15份、山楂17份、乳香10份、没药10份、当归15份、桃仁11份、枸杞子14份、牡丹皮15份、白术12份、淫羊藿13份、红花12份、桂枝10份、甘草11份。
3、党参19份、丹参25份、菊花12份、黄芪24份、川芎16份、山楂16份、乳香9份、没药9份、当归14份、桃仁12份、枸杞子13份、牡丹皮17份、白术11份、淫羊藿11份、红花10份、桂枝9份、甘草11份。
4、党参18份、丹参28份、菊花12份、黄芪26份、川芎16份、山楂18份、乳香12份、没药12份、当归16份、桃仁12份、枸杞子15份、牡丹皮15份、白术13份、淫羊藿14份、红花13份、桂枝11份、甘草12份。
为该制剂专门开发的制备工艺为以下步骤:
(1)按本发明中药组方称取各味中药材;
(2)将党参、丹参、黄芪、乳香、没药、白术、红花,分别粉碎,混合后加6-10倍重量的浓度为55-75% 乙醇,浸泡6-12小时,回流煎煮,提取2次,每次2-6小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压蒸馏除去乙醇,并浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(3)将菊花、川芎、山楂、当归、桃仁、枸杞子、牡丹皮、淫羊藿、桂枝、甘草分别粉碎,混合后加入7-10倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮三次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)中制得的浓缩液合并,混合均匀,继续浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.30-1.35 的稠膏,即为中药浸膏;
(5)利用现代通用的中药制剂技术,将步骤(4)所得中药浸膏制成临床需要的中药成品制剂,例如颗粒剂、口服液、丸剂、胶囊剂、糖浆剂、片剂或散剂等剂型。
本发明中药组方所用中药材的来源、性味归经及功效:
党参:本品为桔梗科植物党参、素花党参(西党参)或川党参的干燥根。味甘,性平;归脾、肺经;补中益气,健脾益肺。
丹参:本品为唇形科植物丹参的干燥根及根茎。味苦,性微寒;归心、肝经;祛瘀止痛,活血通经,清心除烦。
菊花:本品为菊科植物菊的干燥头状花序。味甘、苦,性微寒;归肺、肝经;散风清热,平肝明目。
黄芪:本品为豆科植物蒙古黄芪或膜荚黄芪的干燥根。味甘,性温;归肺、脾经;补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌。
川芎:本品为伞形科植物川芎的干燥根茎。味辛,性温;归肝、胆、心包经;活血行气,祛风止痛。
山楂:本品为蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的干燥成熟果实。味酸、甘、性微温;归脾、胃、肝经;消食健胃,行气散瘀。
乳香:橄榄科乳香树属植物乳香树、药胶香树及野乳香树等,以其树干皮部伤口渗出的油胶树脂入药。味辛苦,性温;入心、肝、脾经;调气活血,定痛,追毒。
没药:橄榄科没药属植物没药树及同属他种植物的树干皮部渗出的油胶树脂。味苦,性平;入肝经;散瘀止痛,外用消肿生肌。
当归:本品为伞形科植物当归的干燥根。味甘、辛,性温;归肝、心、脾经;补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。
桃仁:本品为蔷薇科植物桃或山桃的干燥成熟种子。味苦、甘,性平;归心、肝、大肠经;活血祛瘀,润肠通便。
枸杞子:本品为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实。味甘,性平;归肝、肾经;滋补肝肾,益精明目。
牡丹皮:本品为毛茛科植物牡丹的干燥根皮。味苦、辛,性微寒;归心、肝、肾经;清热凉血,活血化瘀。
白术:本品为菊科植物白术的干燥根茎。味苦、甘,性温;归脾、胃经;健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。
淫羊藿:本品为小檗科植物淫羊藿、箭叶淫羊藿、柔毛淫羊藿、巫山淫羊藿、或朝鲜淫羊藿的干燥地上部分。味辛、甘,性温;归肝、肾经;补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿。
红花:别名红蓝花 、刺红花,菊科、红花属植物。味辛,性温;入心、肝经;活血通经,去瘀止痛。
桂枝:本品为樟科植物肉桂的干燥嫩枝。味辛、甘,性温;归心、肺、膀胱经;发汗解肌,温通经脉,助阳化气,平冲降气。
甘草:本品为豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的干燥根。味甘,性平;归心、肺、脾、胃经;补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。
本发明中药组方的组方分析:
本发明中药组方是以黄芪、丹参、党参、当归、枸杞子为君药,补气固表、祛瘀止痛、活血通经、补中益气、滋肝补肾;以川芎、山楂、牡丹皮、淫羊藿为臣药,活血行气、补肾强骨;以白术、红花、菊花、桃仁为佐药,健脾益气、去瘀止痛、散风清热;以乳香、没药、桂枝为使药,定痛追毒、散瘀止痛、助阳化气;以甘草调和诸药性,使诸药相互配合,互相促进,共同作用,从而达到补气固表、活血化瘀、祛瘀止痛、活血通经等功效,对冠心病有显著的治疗效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明中药具有见效快、治愈率高、侧重调理、标本兼治、不易复发等技术优势;并且,该中药还可以在保证药效的情况下制成方便服用的成品制剂,且制备工艺简便、药效稳定、用药个体差异小、易于推广应用,惠及更多冠心病患者。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)按本发明中药组方称取党参1000g、丹参1800g、菊花700g、黄芪1700g、川芎900g、山楂1000g、乳香700g、没药600g、当归800g、桃仁700g、枸杞子800g、牡丹皮800g、白术700g、淫羊藿800g、红花700g、桂枝600g、甘草800g等各味中药材;
(2)将党参、丹参、黄芪、乳香、没药、白术、红花,分别粉碎,混合后加8倍重量的浓度为70% 乙醇,浸泡10小时,回流煎煮,提取2次,每次4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压蒸馏除去乙醇,并浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(3)将菊花、川芎、山楂、当归、桃仁、枸杞子、牡丹皮、淫羊藿、桂枝、甘草分别粉碎,混合后加入9倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮三次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)中制得的浓缩液合并,混合均匀,继续浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.30-1.35 的稠膏,即为中药浸膏;
(5)利用现代通用的中药制剂技术,将步骤(4)所得中药浸膏制成颗粒剂,折合生药0.225g/g颗粒。
实施例2
(1)按本发明中药组方称取党参2600g、丹参3400g、菊花1500g、黄芪3300g、川芎2100g、山楂2400g、乳香1300g、没药1400g、当归2200g、桃仁1500g、枸杞子2000g、牡丹皮2200g、白术1700g、淫羊藿1800g、红花1700g、桂枝1400g、甘草1400g等各味中药材;
(2)将党参、丹参、黄芪、乳香、没药、白术、红花,分别粉碎,混合后加8倍重量的浓度为70% 乙醇,浸泡10小时,回流煎煮,提取2次,每次4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压蒸馏除去乙醇,并浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(3)将菊花、川芎、山楂、当归、桃仁、枸杞子、牡丹皮、淫羊藿、桂枝、甘草分别粉碎,混合后加入9倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮三次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)中制得的浓缩液合并,混合均匀,继续浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.30-1.35 的稠膏,即为中药浸膏;
(5)利用现代通用的中药制剂技术,将步骤(4)所得中药浸膏制成颗粒剂,折合生药0.225g/g颗粒。
实施例3
(1)按本发明中药组方称取党参2600g、丹参1800g、菊花1500g、黄芪1700g、川芎2100g、山楂1000g、乳香700g、没药1400g、当归800g、桃仁1500g、枸杞子800g、牡丹皮2200g、白术700g、淫羊藿800g、红花1700g、桂枝600g、甘草1400g等各味中药材;
(2)将党参、丹参、黄芪、乳香、没药、白术、红花,分别粉碎,混合后加8倍重量的浓度为70% 乙醇,浸泡10小时,回流煎煮,提取2次,每次4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压蒸馏除去乙醇,并浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(3)将菊花、川芎、山楂、当归、桃仁、枸杞子、牡丹皮、淫羊藿、桂枝、甘草分别粉碎,混合后加入9倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮三次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)中制得的浓缩液合并,混合均匀,继续浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.30-1.35 的稠膏,即为中药浸膏;
(5)利用现代通用的中药制剂技术,将步骤(4)所得中药浸膏制成颗粒剂,折合生药0.225g/g颗粒。
实施例4
(1)按本发明中药组方称取党参2000g、丹参2400g、菊花1300g、黄芪2400g、川芎1700g、山楂1500g、乳香1100g、没药1100g、当归1400g、桃仁1200g、枸杞子1300g、牡丹皮1600g、白术1300g、淫羊藿1200g、红花1100g、桂枝1100g、甘草1200g等各味中药材;
(2)将党参、丹参、黄芪、乳香、没药、白术、红花,分别粉碎,混合后加8倍重量的浓度为70% 乙醇,浸泡10小时,回流煎煮,提取2次,每次4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压蒸馏除去乙醇,并浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(3)将菊花、川芎、山楂、当归、桃仁、枸杞子、牡丹皮、淫羊藿、桂枝、甘草分别粉碎,混合后加入9倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮三次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)中制得的浓缩液合并,混合均匀,继续浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.30-1.35 的稠膏,即为中药浸膏;
(5)利用现代通用的中药制剂技术,将步骤(4)所得中药浸膏制成颗粒剂,折合生药0.225g/g颗粒。
实施例5
(1)按本发明中药组方称取党参1800g、丹参2600g、菊花1100g、黄芪2500g、川芎1500g、山楂1700g、乳香1000g、没药1000g、当归1500g、桃仁1100g、枸杞子1400g、牡丹皮1500g、白术1200g、淫羊藿1300g、红花1200g、桂枝1000g、甘草1100g等各味中药材;
(2)将党参、丹参、黄芪、乳香、没药、白术、红花,分别粉碎,混合后加8倍重量的浓度为70% 乙醇,浸泡10小时,回流煎煮,提取2次,每次4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压蒸馏除去乙醇,并浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(3)将菊花、川芎、山楂、当归、桃仁、枸杞子、牡丹皮、淫羊藿、桂枝、甘草分别粉碎,混合后加入9倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮三次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;

实施例6
(1)按本发明中药组方称取党参1900g、丹参2500g、菊花1200g、黄芪2400g、川芎1600g、山楂1600g、乳香900g、没药900g、当归1400g、桃仁1200g、枸杞子1300g、牡丹皮1700g、白术1100g、淫羊藿1100g、红花1000g、桂枝900g、甘草1100g等各味中药材;
(2)将党参、丹参、黄芪、乳香、没药、白术、红花,分别粉碎,混合后加8倍重量的浓度为70% 乙醇,浸泡10小时,回流煎煮,提取2次,每次4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压蒸馏除去乙醇,并浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(3)将菊花、川芎、山楂、当归、桃仁、枸杞子、牡丹皮、淫羊藿、桂枝、甘草分别粉碎,混合后加入9倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮三次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)中制得的浓缩液合并,混合均匀,继续浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.30-1.35 的稠膏,即为中药浸膏;
(5)利用现代通用的中药制剂技术,将步骤(4)所得中药浸膏制成颗粒剂,折合生药0.225g/g颗粒。
实施例7
(1)按本发明中药组方称取党参1800g、丹参2800g、菊花1200g、黄芪2600g、川芎1600g、山楂1800g、乳香1200g、没药1200g、当归1600g、桃仁1200g、枸杞子1500g、牡丹皮1500g、白术1300g、淫羊藿1400g、红花1300g、桂枝1100g、甘草1200g等各味中药材;
(2)将党参、丹参、黄芪、乳香、没药、白术、红花,分别粉碎,混合后加8倍重量的浓度为70% 乙醇,浸泡10小时,回流煎煮,提取2次,每次4小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压蒸馏除去乙醇,并浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(3)将菊花、川芎、山楂、当归、桃仁、枸杞子、牡丹皮、淫羊藿、桂枝、甘草分别粉碎,混合后加入9倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮三次,每次2小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)中制得的浓缩液合并,混合均匀,继续浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.30-1.35 的稠膏,即为中药浸膏;
(5)利用现代通用的中药制剂技术,将步骤(4)所得中药浸膏制成颗粒剂,折合生药0.225g/g颗粒。
实施例8动物毒性实验
1、急性毒性试验
(1)受试药品:本发明实施例1-7所得颗粒剂,按1:3加纯化水,制成稀糊。
(2)试验动物:普通级NIH小鼠,体重20g±5g,雌雄各半,雌性小鼠均无孕。
(3)小鼠灌胃中药颗粒剂调制的稀糊,当灌胃剂量达到642.5g生药/kg剂量时,给药后小鼠出现轻微活动减少,1小时左右恢复正常,给药后连续观察7天,无一动物死亡,其全身状况、饮食、摄水、小便和体重增长均正常。
(4)试验结果表明:小鼠灌胃实施例1-7所得颗粒剂的最大给药量为642.5g生药/kg/d(LD50>642.5g生药/kg)。本发明的中药每日临床用药总量最大为0.15g生药/kg/d;按体重计,小鼠灌胃实施例1-7所得颗粒剂的耐受量为临床病人的4283.3倍。提示该药急性毒性极低,临床用药安全。
2、动物长期毒性试验
药物:本发明实施例1-7所得中药颗粒剂,按1:3加纯化水,制成稀糊。
动物:普通级SD大鼠,体重220g±12g,雌雄各半,雌性大鼠均无孕。
方法与结果:
(1)7种中药稀糊:均分为高、中、低三个剂量组,单位体重给药量分别为患者服用量的180、60、20倍;
(2)将实验鼠随机分成22组,其中21组分别灌胃6种三个剂量的稀糊,剩余一组灌胃生理盐水(患者服用量的60倍);所有22组均连续灌胃180天,观察动物全身毒性反应及严重程度,处死后按操作规程检查各部位,并进行血液学,ALT、BUN及心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃等主要脏器的病理学检查;
(3)经过长期喂食,22组大鼠均未出现毒性反应。发育良好。肉眼外观及主要脏器未见异常。外周血象及血清ALT、BUN与对照组比较无病理性改变。病理报告心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃等均未有意义的改变,因此,认为经病理证实,7种中药颗粒剂对动物无慢性毒性表现。
通过以上两个毒性实验,证明本发明按实施例1-7制作的中药颗粒剂是安全的,无毒副作用的,可以被患者服用。
实施例9
本发明中药颗粒剂的临床试验
1、试验基本资料
受试者由某市第三人民医院心脏内科提供,从2010年5月至2014年2月,该科室收治了522名冠心病患者,从中遴选出235名适合并且愿意参与临床试验的患者,其中,男135名,年龄41-68岁,女100名,年龄40-66岁。
2、试验分组
将受试者参考年龄、性别、病程等因素,均分成5个组,每组47人,男27人,女20人。这4个组分别编号为:对照组、试验1、试验2、试验3、试验4。
3、试验药品
对照药:单硝酸异山梨酯片,国药准字H20093478,先声药业。
试验药:本发明实施例4-7生产的颗粒剂(折合生药0.225g/g颗粒)。
4、试验方法
对照组口服单硝酸异山梨酯片,每次20mg,每日2次。试验组1-4分别口服实施例4-7生产的颗粒剂,每次20g,每日2次。4周为一个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,治疗过程中记录患者体征变化、身体感受、不了反应等。
5、试验效果评价
治愈:冠心病相关症状全部消失,并经医生确诊已经痊愈;
有效:冠心病相关症状部分消失或有所改善,仍需要继续治疗;
无效:冠心病相关症状没有任何改善,甚至更加严重;
不良反应:按正常用法、用量应用药物预防、诊断或治疗疾病过程中,发生了与治疗目的无关的有害反应。
6、试验结果记录与分析
(1)服药后表征比较:对照组有8人出现了不同程度的扩张性头痛、面部潮红、眩晕、直立性低血压和反射性心动过速等不良反应;试验组4个组无1例不良反应。试验组患者在用药一个疗程以后普遍感觉气血变得旺盛、中气足、身体轻健,而对照组患者没有此类感觉。
(2)试验数据分析
试验全部结束后,将试验记录的数据统计分析成表,如表1所示:

7、试验结论
试验结果显示,患者身体感觉上看,本发明中药颗粒剂充分发挥了中药标本兼治、侧重调理的技术优势。试验数据分析显示,试验组平均治愈率为65.4%,是对照组的1.8倍,试验组总有效率为95.2%,比对照组高12.2个百分点,试验组的不良反应率为零,而对照组的不良反应率高达17.0%。因此,与现有技术相比,本发明在治疗冠心病方面有十分显著的技术优势,获得了出人意料的技术效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种治疗冠心病的中药制剂,其特征在于所述中药制剂的中药组方以重量份计为:党参10-26份,丹参18-34份,菊花7-15份,黄芪17-33份,川芎9-21份,山楂10-24份,乳香7-13份,没药6-14份,当归8-22份,桃仁7-15份,枸杞子8-20份,牡丹皮8-22份,白术7-17份,淫羊藿8-18份,红花7-17份,桂枝6-14份,甘草8-14份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗冠心病的中药制剂,其特征在于所述中药制剂的中药组方以重量份计为:党参20份,丹参24份,菊花13份,黄芪24份,川芎17份,山楂15份,乳香11份,没药11份,当归14份,桃仁12份,枸杞子13份,牡丹皮16份,白术13份,淫羊藿12份,红花11份,桂枝11份,甘草12份。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗冠心病的中药制剂,其特征在于所述中药制剂的中药组方以重量份计为:党参18份,丹参26份,菊花11份,黄芪25份,川芎15份,山楂17份,乳香10份,没药10份,当归15份,桃仁11份,枸杞子14份,牡丹皮15份,白术12份,淫羊藿13份,红花12份,桂枝10份,甘草11份。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗冠心病的中药制剂,其特征在于所述中药制剂的中药组方以重量份计为:党参19份,丹参25份,菊花12份,黄芪24份,川芎16份,山楂16份,乳香9份,没药9份,当归14份,桃仁12份,枸杞子13份,牡丹皮17份,白术11份,淫羊藿11份,红花10份,桂枝9份,甘草11份。
5.如权利要求1所述的治疗冠心病的中药制剂,其特征在于所述中药制剂的中药组方以重量份计为:党参18份,丹参28份,菊花12份,黄芪26份,川芎16份,山楂18份,乳香12份,没药12份,当归16份,桃仁12份,枸杞子15份,牡丹皮15份,白术13份,淫羊藿14份,红花13份,桂枝11份,甘草12份。
6.一种制备如权利要求1-5任一所述的治疗冠心病的中药制剂的方法,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)按本发明中药组方称取各味中药材;
(2)将党参、丹参、黄芪、乳香、没药、白术、红花,分别粉碎,混合后加6-10倍重量的浓度为55-75% 乙醇,浸泡6-12小时,回流煎煮,提取2次,每次2-6小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压蒸馏除去乙醇,并浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(3)将菊花、川芎、山楂、当归、桃仁、枸杞子、牡丹皮、淫羊藿、桂枝、甘草分别粉碎,混合后加入7-10倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮三次,每次1-4小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.20-1.25的浓缩液,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)中制得的浓缩液合并,混合均匀,继续浓缩至65℃相对密度为1.30-1.35 的稠膏,即为中药浸膏;
(5)利用现代通用的中药制剂技术,将步骤(4)所得中药浸膏制成临床需要的中药成品制剂。
7.如权利要求1-5任一所述治疗冠心病的中药制剂,其特征在于:所述中药制剂为制成颗粒剂、口服液、丸剂、胶囊剂、糖浆剂、片剂或散剂。
