技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗便秘的中药组合物。
背景技术
便秘是以排便间隔时间延长，大便干结难解为主要临床表现的病症，为临床常见病，多发病，患者人群极为广泛。便秘不仅会产生的臭气导致口臭和臭屁，而且更主要的是会产生多种毒素会被肠道反复吸收，通过血液循环到达人体的各个部位，导致面色晦暗、皮肤粗糙、毛孔扩张、褐斑、痤疮、细小皱纹、肥胖、乏力、烦躁等，特别是产生的毒素进入血液，使中老年人容易出现高血压、心脏病、半身不遂、老年痴呆等，同时还会加重中老年人的心脑血管疾病。目前，对于便秘一般都是通过服用缓泻药、泻药（果导片、大黄、蕃泄叶）来解决，如长期服用，不但会产生耐药性，降低治疗效果，而且还存在着不同程度的副作用，给病人带来极大的痛苦。
中医认为，便秘主要由气阴不足，燥热内结，腑气不畅，津液耗伤和脾肾虚寒所引起。
根据中医理论，针对便秘的发病机理，采用泻火消积、润肠通便的治法，进行辩证的组方配伍，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中服用缓泻药、泻药治疗便秘存在治标不治本、副作用大的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗便秘的中药组合物。

本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：黄连具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒的功效；栀子具有泻火除烦、清热利湿、凉血解毒的功效；牡丹皮具有清热凉血、活血散瘀的功效；赤芍具有清热凉血、散瘀止痛的功效；杏仁具有祛痰止咳、平喘润肠、下气开痹的功效；桔梗具有宣肺祛痰、养气补血、利五脏、补五劳的功效；大黄具有泻热通肠，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经的功效；厚朴具有行气消积、燥湿除满、降逆平喘的功效；枳实具有化痰散痞、破气消积的功效；芒硝具有泻热通便，润燥软坚，清火消肿之功效；当归具有补血活血、调经止痛，润肠通便的功效；白芍具有养血柔肝、缓中止痛、敛阴收汗的功效；生地黄具有清热凉血、养阴生津、止痛调经的功效；玄参具有凉血滋阴、泻火解毒的功效；肉苁蓉具有补肾阳、益精血、润肠通便的功效；黄精具有滋肾润肺、补脾益气、养阴生津的功效；香附具有理气解郁、调经止痛的功效；香附具有舒肝理气、解郁止痛的功效；柏子仁具有养心安神、滋阴养血的功效；佩兰有解热清暑、化湿健胃、止呕的功效；川芎具有活血祛瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛的功效；柴胡具有疏散退热、升阳舒肝的功效。本发明精选药物组方，其药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相互佐助，共奏滋肝补肾、健脾和胃、泻火消积、润肠通便的功效，对便秘的治疗达到标本兼治。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达95%，治愈率65%。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗便秘的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，男38例，女42例，年龄20～70岁。
二、诊断标准：参照国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中便秘的诊断标准：
1、排便时间延长，二天以上一次，粪便干燥坚硬；
2、重者大便艰难，干燥如栗，可伴少腹胀急，神倦乏力，胃纳减退等症；
3、排除肠道器质性疾病。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：参照国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中便秘的疗效标准： 
(1)痊愈：2 天以内排便1 次，便质转润，解时通畅，短期无复发；
(2)好转：3 天以内排便，便质转润，排便欠畅；
(3)未愈：症状无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-6个疗程，痊愈52例，随访未见复发；好转24例，未愈4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：刘某，男，43岁。患者自述有便秘病史3 年，排便困难，粪便干燥坚硬，每3-4 天排便一次，严重时6天无法排出，经常需要使用开塞露才可排便，并伴有口苦口干，胃口差，小便短赤，心烦气躁。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，2 天以内排便1 次，便质转润，解时通畅，治愈。随访无复发。
病例2：丁某，女，23岁。病症：便秘病史1年，2-3天排便一次、排便不畅、费力、粪便干结且少，状如羊屎，口干少津，神疲纳差，面无华色，口臭。经多家医院治疗效果不佳。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，所有症状得到缓解；继续服用2个疗程，所有症状完全消失，大便通畅，每日一次，治愈。
