Abstract

本发明一种单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆,它由自交联两相核壳结构的丙烯酸乳液制成的。本发明的单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆,经检验和试用证明,其封闭效果良好,抗流挂、消泡速度和开稀防沉都要优于市场上同类产品,底材附着力,防渗色均十分良好,其性能及环保性能符合GB/T23999-2009和GB24410-2009,特别适合木器头道浸涂使用。

单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆
技术领域
本发明为单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆,是一种用丙烯酸乳液为主要原料制成的单组份水性木器漆。
背景技术
目前现有技术,单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆是一种综合性能及环保性优良的白色涂料,其封闭性良好,消泡性及抗流挂性和防沉性均十分优异。而市面上销售的一些单组份水性浸涂白底漆因其施工后消泡性不理想,抗流挂性不好,开稀防沉性差,综合性能不理想,大大影响了家具的涂装效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述浸涂当中一些问题而配制的封闭性、消泡性、抗流挂和防沉性综合性能优异的水性浸涂白底漆。
本发明是这样实现的:一种单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆,涂装时,主漆与水的重量比为:主漆:水=1:0.1~0.2;
主漆的组成的重量百分比:
分散均匀至细度≤40um,粘度:60-70s(涂4#涂测);
各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。
所述的基于单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)在容器中加入水,消泡剂,润湿分散剂,低速搅匀;
(2)加入重质碳酸钙、滑石粉、钛白粉、防沉剂,高速分散至细度≤40um;
(3)然后加入丙烯酸乳液,分散5min;
(4)再加入成膜助剂和水的混合物,分散5min;
(5)加入底材润湿剂、流平剂;
(6)加入增稠剂和水调整粘度,搅拌5min;
(7)最后加入杀菌防腐剂分散均匀,即可使用。
所述的基于单组份水性封闭白底漆,其特殊之处在于:所述水性丙烯酸树脂为自交联,两相核壳结构聚合物。
AC2403为自交联两相核壳结构丙烯酸乳液
丙烯酸乳液由德国阿伯丁克生产的型号为AC2403,其固含为46%~48%。
消泡剂由迪高助剂公司生产的型号为TEGO Foamax 825和TEGO Foamax843。
TEGO Foamax 825的化学成份为聚醚硅氧烷和有机聚合物的混合物,有效成份100%。
TEGO Foamax 843的化学成份为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物,有效成份26%。
防沉剂为德国毕克公司生产的型号为BYK 420,不挥发份52%。
BYK 420是一种改性脲溶液,当加入到水性涂料和颜料悬浮体后,能形成一个三维网络,可产生触变流动性能以防止沉降并改善流挂性,与其他流变助剂(天然和合成硅酸盐、丙烯酸和聚氨酯增稠剂或气相二氧化硅)相比,BYK 420不会降低涂层的耐水性。
润湿分散剂为德国BYK公司的BYK192
成膜助为DOW公司的DPM和DPnB
底材润湿剂为Tego公司的Tego245
流平剂为德国BYK公司的BYK333
增稠剂为明凌公司的PUR42
杀菌防腐剂为DOW公司的HATHON LXE

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
一种单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆,涂装时,主漆与水的重量比为:主漆:水=1:0.1~0.2;
主漆的组成的重量百分比:
分散均匀至细度≤40um,粘度:60-70s(涂4#涂测)。
所述的基于单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)在容器中加入水,消泡剂,润湿分散剂,低速搅匀;
(2)加入重质碳酸钙、滑石粉、钛白粉、防沉剂,高速分散至细度≤40um;
(3)然后加入丙烯酸乳液,分散5min;
(4)再加入成膜助剂和水的混合物,分散5min;
(5)加入底材润湿剂、流平剂;
(6)加入增稠剂和水调整粘度,搅拌5min;
(7)最后加入杀菌防腐剂分散均匀,即可使用。
所述水性丙烯酸树脂为自交联,两相核壳结构聚合物。

本发明的单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆的各项性能指标和限量物如下:
检测方法:性能指标可参照GB/T23999-2009,限量物参照GB24410-2009。
本发明的单组份白底漆是一种综合性能十分优质,环保性特优的白色漆。
本发明的浸涂封闭白底漆与市面上购回的浸涂封闭白底漆的性能比较,如下表:

1.一种单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆,涂装时,主漆与水的重量比为:主漆:水=1:0.1~0.2;
主漆的组成的重量百分比:
分散均匀至细度≤40um,粘度:60-70s(涂4#涂测);
各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆,其特征在于:其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)在容器中加入水,消泡剂,润湿分散剂,低速搅匀;
(2)加入重质碳酸钙、滑石粉、钛白粉、防沉剂,高速分散至细度≤40um;
(3)然后加入丙烯酸乳液,分散5min;
(4)再加入成膜助剂和水的混合物,分散5min;
(5)加入底材润湿剂、流平剂;
(6)加入增稠剂和水调整粘度,搅拌5min;
(7)最后加入杀菌防腐剂分散均匀,即可使用。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的单组份水性浸涂封闭白底漆,其特征在于:所述水性丙烯酸树脂为自交联,两相核壳结构聚合物。
