Abstract

本发明公开了新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,将纳米二氧化钛、润湿剂按比例加入到去离子水混合搅拌均匀,以600‑800rpm进行高速分散均匀,得到水性分散体;将水性分散体加入搅拌的天然植物水性树脂中,搅拌均匀后,再按比例加入改性聚硅氧烷树脂、纳米二氧化硅、水性耐候性脂环族环氧树脂,并在研磨罐中搅拌均匀;再按比例加入消泡剂,搅拌45‑65分钟,至细度≤4μm;再按比例加入流平剂、去离子水、乙酸钠、分散体树脂、催化剂搅拌均匀后过滤,补水并调节粘度为85‑95KU,制得环保型涂料。

新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,具体涉及新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国经济的持续稳定增长和人们生活水平的不断提高,建筑及装潢业正迅猛发展,国内建筑内外墙涂料的年需求量可达数百万吨以上。但是,目前国内外内外墙建筑涂料的典型缺点是耐污性差、户外耐久性不好,使得建筑物外墙,尤其是各种道路(高速公路、铁路、城市道路)附近建筑物及其他建筑设施常常有各种灰尘。污垢、油污等,十分影响美观。传统的溶剂漆(俗称油漆)会对人体健康、环境产生危害,尤其在室内使用时,苯类等有毒的有机溶剂持续挥发时间长,直接危害人的健康和生命安全,因此,开发具有安全环保的涂料是关注人体健康一个必需解决的技术问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有低VOC、无重金属的更环保的水性涂料及其制备方法。本发明所提供的涂料适用范围广,不仅具有优异的遮盖力、附着力和优秀的耐水性、耐化学性、耐磨损性,不会产生静电现象,而且可降低有机化合物的挥发量及重金属含量,是一种安全环保的涂料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有的涂料不具有环保的功能,并且附着力能力等性能差,目的在于提供新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,解决现有涂料不环保,并且附着力差的问题。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米二氧化钛、润湿剂按比例加入到去离子水混合搅拌均匀,以600-800rpm进行高速分散均匀,得到水性分散体;
(2)将水性分散体加入搅拌的天然植物水性树脂中,搅拌均匀后,再按比例加入改性聚硅氧烷树脂、纳米二氧化硅、水性耐候性脂环族环氧树脂,并在研磨罐中搅拌均匀;
(3)再按比例加入消泡剂,搅拌45-65分钟,至细度≤4μm;
(4)再按比例加入流平剂、去离子水、乙酸钠、分散体树脂、催化剂搅拌均匀后过滤,补水并调节粘度为85-95KU,制得环保型涂料。
新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,所述步骤(4)中分散体树脂为苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液、丙烯酸树脂或乳液、聚氨酯树脂、聚酯水性树脂、环氧水性树脂中的一种或多种。
新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,所述步骤(4)中催化剂为过硫酸钾。
新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,所述步骤(1)中,以700rpm进行高速分散均匀,得到水性分散体。
新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,所述步骤(3)中,搅拌50分钟。
具体的,天然植物水性树脂从纯天然植物中提取制造的,产品呈液态自然干燥,有大自然植物原汁无毒芳香气味,优选松脂、生漆、枫脂、冷杉树脂、络石树脂中的一种或两种以上的混合物,进一步优选松脂或生漆或其混合物。
乙酸钠作为缓冲剂,能够调整乳液的酸碱度,保证引发过程的平稳度。
所述分散体树脂为苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚酯水性树脂、环氧水性树脂中的一种或多种。分散体树脂选用的是不含游离单体,不含三苯,VOC的含量≤65g/L的物质。
上述分散体树脂在十二烷基磺酸钠的乳化作用下,并在催化剂过硫酸钾和缓冲剂乙酸钠的共同作用下,聚合形成共聚物。水性涂料中的固物成份就是上述的共聚物。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,本发明所制备的涂料无毒无害,对环境污染小,并且附着力优于现有的环保涂料;
2、本发明新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,本发明的附着力较好,并且其耐水性、耐化学性、耐磨损等性能也较好;
3、本发明新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,本发明的制备工艺简单,便于操作。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例
本发明新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米二氧化钛、润湿剂按比例加入到去离子水混合搅拌均匀,以600-800rpm进行高速分散均匀,得到水性分散体;
(2)将水性分散体加入搅拌的天然植物水性树脂中,搅拌均匀后,再按比例加入改性聚硅氧烷树脂、纳米二氧化硅、水性耐候性脂环族环氧树脂,并在研磨罐中搅拌均匀;
(3)再按比例加入消泡剂,搅拌45-65分钟,至细度≤4μm;
(4)再按比例加入流平剂、去离子水、乙酸钠、分散体树脂、催化剂搅拌均匀后过滤,补水并调节粘度为85-95KU,制得环保型涂料。
所述步骤(4)中分散体树脂为苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液、丙烯酸树脂或乳液、聚氨酯树脂、聚酯水性树脂、环氧水性树脂中的一种或多种。所述步骤(4)中催化剂为过硫酸钾。所述步骤(1)中,以700rpm进行高速分散均匀,得到水性分散体。所述步骤(3)中,搅拌50分钟。

Claims (5)

1.新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米二氧化钛、润湿剂按比例加入到去离子水混合搅拌均匀,以600-800rpm进行高速分散均匀,得到水性分散体;
(2)将水性分散体加入搅拌的天然植物水性树脂中,搅拌均匀后,再按比例加入改性聚硅氧烷树脂、纳米二氧化硅、水性耐候性脂环族环氧树脂,并在研磨罐中搅拌均匀;
(3)再按比例加入消泡剂,搅拌45-65分钟,至细度≤4μm;
(4)再按比例加入流平剂、去离子水、乙酸钠、分散体树脂、催化剂搅拌均匀后过滤,补水并调节粘度为85-95KU,制得环保型涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中分散体树脂为苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液、丙烯酸树脂或乳液、聚氨酯树脂、聚酯水性树脂、环氧水性树脂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中催化剂为过硫酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,以700rpm进行高速分散均匀,得到水性分散体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型基于纳米材料的环保型涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,搅拌50分钟。
