Abstract

一种采用弹性密封环的挤压螺杆,其技术方案为挤压螺杆螺纹和套筒之间安装密封环和弹簧,当螺杆在使用中发生磨损时,密封环由于弹簧弹性向外扩张,使螺杆和套筒之间保持无缝接触,起到密封的作用,避免了被挤压物料的漏流,提高了设备的生产效率和质量,并提高了螺杆的使用寿命。本发明提出的采用弹簧密封环的挤压螺杆,对材料和加工精度要求低,使用寿命更长。

一种采用弹簧密封环的挤压螺杆
技术领域: 
本发明涉及挤压螺杆技术领域,尤其指用于注塑机、挤出机及橡胶机上的一种采用弹性密封环的挤压螺杆。
背景技术: 
挤压螺杆在注塑机、榨油机、挤出机及橡胶机等设备上广泛使用,其问题在于螺杆螺纹直接接触挤压套筒,并产生摩擦,磨损之后螺杆螺纹外径变小,使螺杆与套筒的配合间隙加大,被挤压物料前进时会发生漏流现象,降低了生产效率。目前,市面上一套螺杆可以生产的塑料只有几百吨,连续生产时间仅有两三个月。
除更换螺杆外,目前常见的解决方案还包括采用热喷涂、电镀、堆焊等方式对螺杆进行修复,重新加工后再投入使用。这种方式的问题在于修复成本高、频繁更换螺杆影响生产率。 
发明专利CN203527851U发明了一种新型螺杆,在螺纹与套筒之间添加向外扩张变形的弹性金属螺旋环,解决了以上问题。但由于采用的螺旋环依靠自身弹力向外扩张,因此对材料和加工精度要求较高,并且长时间使用之后弹性下降。 
发明内容: 
鉴于以上技术的不足,本发明对螺旋环进行改进,挤压螺杆螺纹和套筒之间安装密封环和弹簧,密封环由于弹簧弹性向外扩张,使螺杆和套筒之间保持无缝接触,起到密封的作用。
螺杆螺纹凸面上开槽,凹槽3宽度为螺纹2外圈厚度的1/3~1/2,凹槽设置为T型,深度为最大宽度的1~2倍,凹槽3形状为螺旋状,每隔一定角度开弹簧孔密封环和弹簧安装于槽内。 
螺旋环截面为T型,其直径、距离、截面等尺寸与螺杆和凹槽相配合,并每隔相同角度安装弹簧,提供向外扩张的弹力。 
弹簧安装于螺杆螺纹凸面上凹槽底部,挤压密封环向外扩张。 
 有益效果: 
螺杆在套筒内转动时,带动螺旋环一起转动。螺旋环和套筒发生磨损,产生间隙后,螺旋环由于弹簧弹性向外扩张,弥补间隙,保持与套筒的密封,避免了被挤压物料发生漏流,稳定设备的生产效率和质量,提高了螺杆套筒的使用寿命。
由于螺旋环弹力由弹簧产生,而非依靠自身弹力,因此极大降低了对螺旋环材质和加工精度的要求,从而降低了生产成本。 
螺旋环弹力由弹簧产生,相比依靠自身弹力的螺旋环,其使用寿命仅受螺旋环本身磨损的限制,而不受弹力下降的限制,因此使用寿命大大提高。

具体实施方式:
  结合图说明本发明内容所提及的一种采用弹簧密封环的挤压螺杆优选实施方法。
螺杆1的螺纹2厚度设置为一致,在螺纹2外圈中心加工凹槽3,凹槽3宽度为螺纹2外圈厚度的1/3~1/2,凹槽设置为T型,深度为最大宽度的1.5倍,凹槽3形状为螺旋状,每隔一定角度开弹簧孔。 
制作截面为T型的螺旋环如图2所示,其直径、距离、截面等尺寸与图1中螺杆和凹槽相配合,并每隔相同角度安装弹簧,提供向外扩张的弹力。 
将螺旋环安装在凹槽上,如图3所示,并保证螺旋环上弹簧与凹槽弹簧孔相配合,如图4,螺旋环即可在弹簧弹力驱动下向外扩张,保持密封。 

Claims (4)

1.一种采用弹性密封环的挤压螺杆,其特征在于:挤压螺杆螺纹和套筒之间安装密封环和弹簧,密封环由于弹簧弹性向外扩张,使螺杆和套筒之间保持无缝接触,起到密封的作用。
2.根据权利1所述的挤压螺杆,其特征在于:螺杆螺纹凸面上开槽,凹槽3宽度为螺纹2外圈厚度的1/3~1/2,凹槽设置为T型,深度为最大宽度的1~2倍,凹槽3形状为螺旋状,每隔一定角度开弹簧孔密封环和弹簧安装于槽内。
3.根据权利2所述的挤压螺杆,其特征在于:螺旋环截面为T型,其直径、距离、截面等尺寸与螺杆和凹槽相配合,并每隔相同角度安装弹簧,提供向外扩张的弹力。
4.根据权利2所述的挤压螺杆,其特征在于:弹簧安装于螺杆螺纹凸面上凹槽底部,挤压密封环向外扩张。
