Abstract

本发明涉及一种医疗器具,具体说是一种螺旋式血管扩张器及其专用植入手术工具。包括手柄、插装在手柄中可轴向移动的推杆,所述推杆的后端设置有压板,所述推杆上套装有螺旋夹套,所述螺旋夹套是由异形单丝螺旋状盘绕而成,所述异形单丝截面的上、下两端对称设置有上夹持螺旋和下夹持螺旋,异形单丝的一端固定连接在推杆的前端,异形单丝的另一端固定连接在手柄上。该工具结构简单、操作方便、应用范围广泛。

Description

螺旋式血管扩张器及其专用植入手术工具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器具,具体说是一种螺旋式血管扩张器及其专用植入手术工具。
背景技术
目前,常用的心血管扩张手术主要是安装支架或者球囊,由于心血管管道比较细,手术过程中操作很麻烦。支架的安装和位置的调整都要花费大量时间和精力,给手术带来难度和风险。中国专利2010202319042公开了一种《心血管扩张装置》将网状支架事先安装在一个导引管中,同时在导引管中还安装一个管芯,手术时先将导引管植入血管,再利用管芯将网状支架推出来。这种“心血管扩张装置”虽然可以一定程度地简化手术操作,提高网状支架到位的准确度,但由于导引管的直径大于网状支架的直径,其适用范围受到限制,有时候也会增加手术的难度;另一中国专利2013200482005公开了一种《心血管扩张装置》,其采用单丝螺旋缠绕形成的螺旋管式扩张器,并在螺旋管的内腔中设置有支撑杆,在支撑杆的前端设置有固定叉,支撑杆的中段设置有定位孔,将单丝紧密缠绕在支撑杆上,单丝的两端分别插装在固定叉和定位孔中,放进血管以后,松开单丝的两端,抽出支撑杆,单丝直径自动扩张,起到扩张和支撑血管壁的作用,其结构简单、操作方便、应用范围广泛。但由于其支撑杆为一体式的固定结构,在支撑杆上安装和释放单丝两端的操作非常困难,在抽出支撑杆的过程中容易将半释放状态的单丝带出来,造成手术失败。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作方便的螺旋式血管扩张器及其专用植入手术工具。
为了达到以上目的,本发明所采用如下的技术方案:该螺旋式血管扩张器包括由柱状单丝螺旋盘绕而成的扩张器本体,所述单丝的上、下两侧对称设置有卡槽,所述卡槽的截面为等腰三角形,卡槽形成的柱状螺旋体与单丝形成的柱状螺旋体同轴。
所述单丝为圆柱体结构,两卡槽的底部与单丝圆心之间的连线呈150°——180°夹角。
用于如上所述螺旋式血管扩张器的专用植入手术工具,包括手柄、插装在手柄中可轴向移动的推杆,所述推杆的后端设置有压板,所述推杆上套装有螺旋夹套,所述螺旋夹套是由异形单丝螺旋状盘绕而成的螺旋结构,所述异形单丝的截面为矩形,异形单丝上、下两侧面对称设置有上夹持螺旋和下夹持螺旋,所述上夹持螺旋和下夹持螺旋是截面形状匹配卡槽的三角形螺旋凸肋,所述上夹持螺旋和下夹持螺旋的轴线与螺旋夹套的轴线平行设置,异形单丝的一端固定连接在推杆的前端,异形单丝的另一端固定连接在手柄上。
所述手柄的内壁上设置有轴向设置的键槽,所述推杆上设置有匹配该键槽的花键。
本发明的有益效果在于:螺旋夹套利用两侧的上夹持螺旋和下夹持螺旋夹住同样螺旋形状的血管扩张器,使其处于压缩、拧紧的状态,管径较小,方便植入血管的操作,植入以后通过推杆拉伸螺旋夹套,又可以很方便地释放扩张器,将该工具取出,其结构简单、操作方便、应用范围广泛。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述螺旋式血管扩张器包括由柱状单丝8螺旋盘绕而成的扩张器本体,所述单丝8的上、下两侧对称设置有卡槽81、82,所述卡槽81、82的截面为等腰三角形,卡槽81、82形成的柱状螺旋体与单丝8形成的柱状螺旋体同轴。并且卡槽81、82的轴线与单丝8的轴线平行。
所述单丝8为圆柱体结构,两卡槽81、82的底部与单丝8圆心之间的连线呈150°——180°夹角。
如图2所示,用于如上所述螺旋式血管扩张器的专用植入手术工具,包括手柄1、插装在手柄1中可轴向移动的推杆2,所述推杆2的后端设置有压板3,手柄1为柱状结构,按动压板3、推杆2可以在手柄1中轴向滑动。所述推杆2上套装有螺旋夹套4,所述螺旋夹套4是由异形单丝螺旋状盘绕而成的螺旋结构,螺旋夹套4的材质采用有弹性的塑料、不锈钢等制成。所述异形单丝的截面为矩形,异形单丝上、下两侧面对称设置有上夹持螺旋5和下夹持螺旋6,所述上夹持螺旋5和下夹持螺旋6是截面形状匹配卡槽81、82的三角形螺旋凸肋,所述上夹持螺旋5和下夹持螺旋6的轴线与螺旋夹套4的轴线平行设置,异形单丝的一端固定连接在推杆2的前端,异形单丝的另一端固定连接在手柄1上。
另外,所述手柄1的内壁上设置有轴向设置的键槽,所述推杆2上设置有匹配该键槽的花键51。这样可以通过键槽限定推杆2只能轴向移动而不能旋转,同时还可以通过合理设置键槽的长度限定推杆2轴向移动的范围。
如图3所示,使用时,将螺旋式血管扩张器的单丝卡装在上夹持螺旋5和下夹持螺旋6之间,由于螺旋夹套4的螺距离——即上夹持螺旋5和下夹持螺旋6之间的距离——小于螺旋扩张器单丝的直径,此时螺旋夹套4可以夹住扩张器使其不会松脱,上夹持螺旋5和下夹持螺旋6嵌入卡槽81、82中,可以很方便地植入血管中。扩张器插入病人血管以后,按压压板3通过推杆拉伸螺旋夹套4,螺旋夹套4的螺间距扩大,上夹持螺旋5和下夹持螺旋6从卡槽81、82中脱离,此时即可释放扩张器,扩张器被释放以后其直径扩大,支撑在病人血管壁上,此时即可将该工具取出。

Claims (4)

1.螺旋式血管扩张器,包括由柱状单丝(8)螺旋盘绕而成的扩张器本体,其特征在于:所述单丝(8)的上、下两侧对称设置有卡槽(81、82),所述卡槽(81、82)的截面为等腰三角形,卡槽(81、82)形成的柱状螺旋体与单丝(8)形成的柱状螺旋体同轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋式血管扩张器,其特征在于:所述单丝(8)为圆柱体结构,两卡槽(81、82)的底部与单丝(8)圆心之间的连线呈150°——180°夹角。
3.用于如权利要求1或2所述螺旋式血管扩张器的专用植入手术工具,其特征在于:包括手柄(1)、插装在手柄(1)中可轴向移动的推杆(2),所述推杆(2)的后端设置有压板(3),所述推杆(2)上套装有螺旋夹套(4),所述螺旋夹套(4)是由异形单丝螺旋状盘绕而成的螺旋结构,所述异形单丝的截面为矩形,异形单丝上、下两侧面对称设置有上夹持螺旋(5)和下夹持螺旋(6),所述上夹持螺旋(5)和下夹持螺旋(6)是截面形状匹配卡槽(81、82)的三角形螺旋凸肋,所述上夹持螺旋(5)和下夹持螺旋(6)的轴线与螺旋夹套(4)的轴线平行设置,异形单丝的一端固定连接在推杆(2)的前端,异形单丝的另一端固定连接在手柄(1)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述螺旋式血管扩张器的专用植入手术工具,其特征在于:所述手柄(1)的内壁上设置有轴向设置的键槽,所述推杆(2)上设置有匹配该键槽的花键(51)。
