本发明属于保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种蜂王浆蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂王浆,又名蜂皇浆、蜂乳,蜂王乳,是蜂巢中培育蜂王的青年工蜂咽头腺的分泌物,是供给将要变成蜂王的幼虫的食物,富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素A、维生素Bl、维生素B2、丰富的叶酸、泛酸及肌醇,还有类似乙酰胆碱样物质,以及多种人体需要的氨基酸和生物激素和没有认知的营养物质等。经国内外多年科研和医学临床实践证明,蜂王浆对人类医疗、保健等具有奇特的功效。主要有:改善营养、补充脑力、提高人体免疫力、预防治疗心脑血管疾病、治疗贫血、消炎、止痛、促进伤口愈合、预防癌症等,由于蜂王浆中含有丰富的维生素、蛋白质和SOD 酶,这些物质可以促进和增强表皮细胞的生命活力,改善细胞的新陈代谢,防止胶原、弹性纤维变性、硬化,滋补皮肤,营养皮肤,使皮肤柔软,富有弹性,使面容滋润,从而推迟和延缓皮肤的老化,因此,蜂王浆也是一种纯天然的美容护发产品。由于蜂蜜具有抗菌、抗溃疡、保肝、解毒、促组织再生、降压、调节心血管系统平衡和血糖、通便等功效,已经成为很多人的日常保健食品。长期食用对于维持身体的新陈代谢的平衡,消除轻微的病症具有公认的效果。现有市场上的蜂蜜产品,种类繁多,但功能比较单一,大多以养颜美容为主,其保健功能欠佳。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明目的在于在提供一种蜂王浆蜜及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案加以实现:
所述的一种蜂王浆蜜,其特征在于由以下重量份数的组分组成:蜂蜜80-95份,王浆1-10份,蜂胶1-5份,花粉3-7份,山楂1-3份,红枣1-3份,枸杞子1-5份,佛手1-6份,益母草1-4份,红景天1-2份,玫瑰花1-2份,芦荟汁2-4份,柠檬汁2-4份。
所述的一种蜂王浆蜜,其特征在于由以下重量份数的组分组成:蜂蜜85-90份,王浆2-8份,蜂胶1-3份,花粉3-5份,山楂1-2份,红枣2-3份,枸杞子2-4份,佛手2-5份,益母草2-3份,红景天1-2份,玫瑰花1-2份,芦荟汁2-3份,柠檬汁2-3份。
所述的一种蜂王浆蜜,其特征在于由以下重量份数的组分组成:蜂蜜88份,王浆6份,蜂胶2份,花粉4份,山楂2份,红枣2.5份,枸杞子3份,佛手4份,益母草2.5份,红景天1.5份,玫瑰花1.5份,芦荟汁2.5份,柠檬汁2.5份。
所述的一种蜂王浆蜜,其特征在于所述花粉为玉米花粉和山楂花粉的混合物。
所述的蜂王浆蜜的制备方法,其特征在于按下列步骤进行:
1)取配方量的经过加温、结晶融化、过滤浓缩后的蜂蜜待用,取配方量的经过过滤和灭菌后的王浆,待用,取配方量的经过萃取后的蜂胶,待用;
2)分别取配方量的山楂、枸杞子、佛手、益母草、红景天分别粉碎后混合,得粉碎物,将粉碎物装入煎煮包中浸泡6-8小时,然后移入煎煮罐中,于90-110的温度条件下煎煮5-7小时,煎煮液浓缩成流浸膏,待用;
3)取配方量的红枣和玫瑰花,混合均匀后,粉碎得混合料;
4)取配方量的花粉、芦荟汁、柠檬汁与步骤1)、步骤2)、步骤3)制得的各原料混合均匀,用匀质机匀质后,紫外线杀菌,罐装。
所述的蜂王浆蜜的制备方法,其特征在于步骤4)中的花粉为玉米花粉和山楂花粉按重量比3:2的混合而成。
花粉产自各种植物的花朵,所以花粉的种类有很多,功效也都各不相同,但是一般的花粉都具有一些源植物的作用。但是不管是什么花的花粉,它都是一种很好的保健品,有营养学家说花粉是最全面的一种食疗佳品,可以美容抗衰老,能够增强体质,增强精神,还可以快速的消除身体疲劳。它既可以外用也可以内服,是强身健体美容养颜的佳品。 玉米花粉和山楂花粉混合具有抗疲劳功效。
山楂与蜂蜜配合使用具有养颜瘦身的功效, 山楂含有维生素C、胡萝卜素等物质能阻断并减少自由基的生成,能增强机体的免疫力,有防衰老、抗癌的作用;女性多吃山楂能消除体内脂肪、减少脂肪吸收的功效,对于爱美的女性可以达到美颜瘦身的效果 ;山楂具有降压,降脂,抗氧化,增强免疫力,清除胃肠道有害细菌等,还可预防肝癌。男性得了脂肪肝,就要养肝护肝,养肝护肝,首推山楂。山楂,能助消化,具有养肝去脂功效;山楂能显著降低血清胆固醇及甘油三酯,有效防治动脉粥样硬化;山楂还能通过增强心肌收缩力、增加心输出量、扩张冠状动脉血管、增加冠脉血流量、降低心肌耗氧量等起到强心和预防心绞痛的作用。此外,山楂中的总黄酮有扩张血管和持久降压的作用。
枸杞味甘,性平。入肝、肾经。滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目。治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精。佛手可促进消化液的分泌,还有促泻下作用,能增加冠脉血流量,抑制心肌收缩力,减慢心率,降低血压,提高小鼠耐缺氧能力,对实验性心肌缺血、心律失常有保护作用,
有一定的抗凝血和止血作用。
益母草为唇形科植物益母草的全草。一年或二年生草本,夏季开花。生于山野荒地、田埂、草地等。全国大部分地区均有分布。在夏季生长茂盛花未全开时采摘。 食用功效: 味辛苦、凉。活血、祛淤、调经、消水。治疗妇女月经不调,胎漏难产,胞衣不下,产后血晕,瘀血腹痛,崩中漏下,尿血、泻血,痈肿疮疡补气清肺;益智养心;收涩止血;散瘀消肿。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用药食同源的植物作为制备蜂王浆蜜来源,对人体没有任何危害,口感好,随冲随饮,食用方便,同时,能够改善人体的体抗力,增加免疫功能,适用于人们长期饮用。通过经玉米花粉与山楂花粉混合,可提高人体抗疲劳的功效,红枣、枸杞子、佛手、益母草、红景天的配伍,对人体的各种常见不适症状均有较好的调理作用。
具体实施方式
通过以下具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
实施例1
蜂王浆蜜,由以下重量份数的组分组成:蜂蜜88份,王浆6份,蜂胶2份,花粉4份,山楂2份,红枣2.5份,枸杞子3份,佛手4份,益母草2.5份,红景天1.5份,玫瑰花1.5份,芦荟汁2.5份,柠檬汁2.5份。
制备方法为:1)取配方量的经过加温、结晶融化、过滤浓缩后的蜂蜜待用,取配方量的经过过滤和灭菌后的王浆,待用,取配方量的经过萃取后的蜂胶,待用;2)分别取配方量的山楂、枸杞子、佛手、益母草、红景天分别粉碎后混合,得粉碎物,将粉碎物装入煎煮包中浸泡6-8小时,然后移入煎煮罐中,于90-110的温度条件下煎煮5-7小时,煎煮液浓缩成流浸膏,待用;3)取配方量的红枣和玫瑰花,混合均匀后,粉碎得混合料;
4)取配方量的玉米花粉和山楂花粉、芦荟汁、柠檬汁与步骤1)、步骤2)、步骤3)制得的各原料混合均匀,用匀质机匀质后,紫外线杀菌,罐装。

蜂蜜80份,王浆10份,蜂胶1份,花粉7份,山楂1份,红枣3份,枸杞子1份,佛手6份,益母草1份,红景天2份,玫瑰花1份,芦荟汁4份,柠檬汁2份。
制备方法同实施例1。

蜂蜜95份,王浆1份,蜂胶5份,花粉3份,山楂3份,红枣1份,枸杞子5份,佛手1份,益母草4份,红景天1份,玫瑰花2份,芦荟汁2份,柠檬汁4份。

蜂蜜85份,王浆8份,蜂胶3份,花粉5份,山楂1.5份,红枣2.5份,枸杞子4份,佛手2份,益母草3份,红景天1.5份,玫瑰花2份,芦荟汁3份,柠檬汁3份。

Claims (6)
1.一种蜂王浆蜜,其特征在于由以下重量份数的组分组成:蜂蜜80-95份,王浆1-10份,蜂胶1-5份,花粉3-7份,山楂1-3份,红枣1-3份,枸杞子1-5份,佛手1-6份,益母草1-4份,红景天1-2份,玫瑰花1-2份,芦荟汁2-4份,柠檬汁2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂王浆蜜,其特征在于由以下重量份数的组分组成:蜂蜜85-90份,王浆2-8份,蜂胶1-3份,花粉3-5份,山楂1-2份,红枣2-3份,枸杞子2-4份,佛手2-5份,益母草2-3份,红景天1-2份,玫瑰花1-2份,芦荟汁2-3份,柠檬汁2-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂王浆蜜,其特征在于由以下重量份数的组分组成:蜂蜜88份,王浆6份,蜂胶2份,花粉4份,山楂2份,红枣2.5份,枸杞子3份,佛手4份,益母草2.5份,红景天1.5份,玫瑰花1.5份,芦荟汁2.5份,柠檬汁2.5份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种蜂王浆蜜,其特征在于所述花粉为玉米花粉和山楂花粉的混合物。
5.蜂王浆蜜的制备方法,其特征在于按下列步骤进行:
1)取配方量的经过加温、结晶融化、过滤浓缩后的蜂蜜待用,取配方量的经过过滤和灭菌后的王浆,待用,取配方量的经过萃取后的蜂胶,待用;
2)分别取配方量的山楂、枸杞子、佛手、益母草、红景天分别粉碎后混合,得粉碎物,将粉碎物装入煎煮包中浸泡6-8小时,然后移入煎煮罐中,于90-110的温度条件下煎煮5-7小时,煎煮液浓缩成流浸膏,待用;
3)取配方量的红枣和玫瑰花,混合均匀后,粉碎得混合料;

6.根据权利要求5所述的蜂王浆蜜的制备方法,其特征在于步骤4)中的花粉为玉米花粉和山楂花粉按重量比3:2的混合而成。
