在本发明的一种非常有利的进一步构成方案中,可以在行星齿轮传动机构和差速器之间的力流中接入有减速用的变速传动器,该变速传动器提高在行星齿轮传动机构中的转速水平,由此尽管在机动车的车轮上存在高的输出力矩,各所述行星齿轮传动机构的传动元件和切换元件可以在结构上较容易地实施。
变速传动器可以特别优选通过与第一行星齿轮传动机构的输出用的行星架连接的太阳轮、通过支承行星齿轮的并输出到差速器上的行星架并且通过与壳体固定的齿圈形成。通过齿圈支撑在壳体中,在切换元件或者说制动器上的载荷以更增加的程度减少。
当行星齿轮传动机构在结构上特别有利地支承在驱动装置壳体中时,第一行星齿轮传动机构的行星架和第二行星齿轮传动机构的齿圈可以经由一个共同的环法兰和一个滚动轴承支承在包括径向向外引导的轴承环并且与电机连接的支承太阳轮的驱动轴上或直接在传动机构壳体中。此外,第二行星齿轮传动机构的行星架可以与第一行星齿轮传动机构的齿圈经由另一个滚动轴承支撑在环法兰中。最后,第二行星齿轮传动机构的行星架还可以经由一个第三滚动轴承可旋转地支承在将第二行星齿轮传动机构的太阳轮与所述一个切换元件或者说所述一个制动器相连接的空心轴上。通过这些特征,在支承花费小的情况下取得传动元件的抗弯的和转速固定的支承。

图4示出按照图3的驱动装置,概略地示出其在驱动装置的传动机构壳体中的支承。
具体实施方式
图1以沃尔夫符号示出用于电驱动机动车的轴(前轴或后轴)的驱动装置10的基本构造,所述驱动装置由两个行星齿轮传动机构(周转齿轮传动机构)U1、U2、一个连接于下游的变速传动器UA和一个输出到机动车的车轮12上的差速器UD组装而成。
如接着还说明的,行星齿轮传动机构U1和U2相互连接成一个四轴耦联传动机构,其方式为:U1和U2的两个轴相互连接并且两个切换元件或者说制动器B1和B2分别将四个轴的一个轴30、32与壳体耦联(固定)用以形成两个变速级。
电机14的驱动(只示意表示)通过一个驱动轴16进行到第一行星齿轮传动机构U1上,到变速传动器UA上的输出借助一个输出轴18进行并且到差速器UD上的输出经由另一个输出轴20进行。
图2作为方框图示出按照图1的驱动装置10的第一实施例,所述驱动装置包括第一行星齿轮传动机构U1或22、第二行星齿轮传动机构U2或24、变速传动器UA或26和差速器UD或28,所述差速器在这里实施为锥齿轮差速器;但必要时也可以使用已知结构型式的圆柱齿轮差速器UD
两个行星齿轮传动机构22、24的耦联如下:
电机14的驱动轴16支承行星齿轮传动机构22的太阳轮22d,该行星齿轮传动机构的支承行星齿轮22b的行星架22c与行星齿轮传动机构24的齿圈24a传动连接。
第一行星齿轮传动机构22的同样与行星齿轮22b处于啮合中的齿圈22a与第二行星齿轮传动机构24的支承行星齿轮24b的行星架24c连接。
同轴相邻于行星齿轮传动机构22、24,两个在结构型式上如多片式离合器实施的制动器B1和B2沿径向相叠地设置,经由所述制动器,交替地经由(空心)轴30可制动第二行星齿轮传动机构24的行星架24c或经由空心轴32可制动太阳轮24d。
制动器B1、B2可以电地经由对应的促动器或液压地通过调节活塞操纵,所述促动器或调节活塞对应激活地交替地与壳体固定地制动轴30、32并且借此切换所述两个变速级。
行星齿轮传动机构22、24或行星架22c经由输出轴18驱动变速传动器26的太阳轮26d,所述变速传动器的支承行星齿轮26b的行星架26c经由输出轴20驱动差速器28的补偿壳体28a。齿圈26a被以与壳体固定的方式支承。
差速器的补偿壳体28a以已知的方式经由补偿锥齿轮和轴锥齿轮分配功率地输出到驱动车轮12的输出轴34、36上,其中一个输出轴36延伸穿过实施为空心轴的驱动轴16、输出轴18和穿过支承在输出轴18上的同轴的空心轴32。此外,在该实施例中示出以空心轴结构型式(转子和定子环形)的电机14,但这不是强制性必需的。
在行星架24c经由制动器B1制动时存在第一变速级,在所述第一变速级中力流从太阳轮22d经由行星齿轮22b到行星架22c上并且从该行星架经由输出轴18到变速传动器26上并且经由该变速传动器的行星架26c和输出轴20到差速器28上。
而在行星齿轮传动机构24的太阳轮24d被制动时,两个行星齿轮传动机构22、24的所有传动元件处于载荷下,在变速成更快的第二变速级中的输出又经由输出轴18进行到变速传动器26和差速器28上。
行星齿轮传动机构U1或22和U2或24设计为具有优选在-2至-3.5之间的固定传动比的负传动比传动机构,由此除了结构上的优点之外,可实现在驱动电机14和机动车桥的输出的差速器28之间的有利的最终传动。
图3示出一种对于图2备选的驱动装置10,所述驱动装置只在其显著区分于按照图2的实施方式的方面被说明。功能相同的部件设有相同的附图标记。
结构上不同于图2,第一行星齿轮传动机构22的行星架22c与第二行星齿轮传动机构24的齿圈24a经由一个环法兰38和一个径向靠外的法兰连接装置38a实施成一个结构上成一个单元的构件,所述构件据此可以实施成相对坚固的并且能够实现良好的径向跳动质量。
此外,第二行星齿轮传动机构24的行星架24c的左侧的行星架侧部24ca实施成与第一行星齿轮传动机构22的齿圈22a成一件式的,其中,行星架侧部24ca沿径向处于行星架22c的行星架侧部22ca之外并且与该行星架侧部处于统一的旋转平面中。
此外,行星齿轮传动机构24的齿圈24a设有外齿部40,所述外齿部以未示出的方式与可枢转设置在传动机构壳体中的锁定爪(未示出)共同作用地形成停车锁定装置,所述停车锁定装置在激活的状态中与壳体固定地锁止输出侧的传动元件包括输出轴20在内。
在图4中示意性示出将驱动装置10的传动元件和轴可旋转地接纳在轴传动机构壳体42(只示意表示)中的滚动轴承。所述滚动轴承可以按照设计给定条件是滚针轴承、球轴承、滚子轴承等。
在此,环法兰38通过一个第一球轴承44相对于一个径向向外引导的轴承环16a支承在驱动轴16上亦或备选地支承在未进一步示出的传动机构壳体42的壳体盖(虚线示意表示)上。
一个第二球轴承46设置在环法兰38和齿圈22a的外周之间,该齿圈如在图3中解释的那样实施成与第二行星齿轮传动机构24的行星架24c成一件式的。
此外,通过一个第三球轴承48,行星架24c或其右侧的行星架侧部24cb在空心轴32上沿轴向支承在第二行星齿轮传动机构24的太阳轮24d和制动器B2之间。
其他的一般以50表示的滚动轴承设置在传动机构壳体42和传动元件之间或设置在驱动装置的伸缩式彼此嵌套设置的轴之间(参看图4的图示)。
本发明不限于示出的实施例。而是在权利要求的范围中对于本领域技术人员熟悉的变型方案是可能的。
必要时驱动装置10也可以实施成没有变速传动器UA或26的。差速器28也可以设计为圆柱齿轮差速器(行星齿轮传动机构UD)。此外,电机14也可以例如经由圆柱齿轮驱动装置切换到驱动轴16上。

Claims (15)

1.用于机动车的被驱动的轴的驱动装置,其包括变速传动机构和差速器,所述差速器通过输出轴输出到机动车的被驱动的车轮上,其中,所述变速传动机构通过两个相互耦联的行星齿轮传动机构(U1或22、U2或24)形成,所述行星齿轮传动机构通过两个切换元件可转换成两个变速级,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮传动机构(22、24)的被驱动的元件是第一行星齿轮传动机构(22)的太阳轮(22d),而输出元件是第一行星齿轮传动机构(22)的行星架(22c),此外,第一行星齿轮传动机构(22)的行星架(22c)与第二行星齿轮传动机构(24)的齿圈(24a)耦联并且第一行星齿轮传动机构(22)的齿圈(22a)与第二行星齿轮传动机构(24)的行星架(24c)连接,第一切换元件与第二行星齿轮传动机构(24)的行星架(24c)传动连接,而第二切换元件与第二行星齿轮传动机构的太阳轮(24d)传动连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述两个切换元件通过两个制动器(B1、B2)形成,所述制动器分别固定行星齿轮传动机构(22、24)的至少一个传动元件(24c、24d)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮传动机构(22、24)在其固定传动比方面实施为负传动比传动机构。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述被驱动的轴是被电驱动的轴,并且所述驱动装置包括驱动电机。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第一行星齿轮传动机构(22)的行星架(22c)的行星架侧部(22ca)与第二行星齿轮传动机构(24)的齿圈(24a)形成一个结构单元。
6.按照权利要求5所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述结构单元——行星架侧部(22ca)和齿圈(24a)通过径向靠外的法兰连接装置(38a)接合在一起。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第一和第二行星齿轮传动机构(22、24)的行星架(22c、24c)的彼此朝向的行星架侧部(22ca、24ca)沿径向相叠并且基本上在相同的旋转平面中设置。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第二行星齿轮传动机构(24)的行星架(24c)的行星架侧部(24ca)与第一行星齿轮传动机构(22)的齿圈(22a)形成一个结构单元。
9.按照权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述两个切换元件沿径向相叠地设置。
10.按照权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第二行星齿轮传动机构(24)的齿圈(24a)具有外齿部(40),所述外齿部结合可枢转地支承在传动机构壳体(42)中的锁定爪作为停车锁定装置起作用。
11.按照权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,在所述行星齿轮传动机构(22、24)和所述差速器(UD或28)之间的力流中接入有变速传动器(UA或26)。
12.按照权利要求11所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述变速传动器(26)通过与第一行星齿轮传动机构(22)的输出用的行星架(22c)连接的太阳轮(26d)、通过支承行星齿轮(26b)的并输出到差速器(28)上的行星架(26c)和通过与壳体固定的齿圈(26a)形成。
13.按照权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第一行星齿轮传动机构(22)的行星架(22c)和第二行星齿轮传动机构(24)的齿圈(24a)通过一个共同的环法兰(38)和一个滚动轴承(44)支承在包括径向向外引导的轴承环(16a)并且支承被驱动的太阳轮(22d)的驱动轴(16)上或直接支承在传动机构壳体(42)中。
14.按照权利要求13所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第二行星齿轮传动机构(24)的行星架(24c)与所述第一行星齿轮传动机构(22)的齿圈(22a)经由另一个滚动轴承(46)支撑在环法兰(38)中。
15.按照权利要求14所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第二行星齿轮传动机构(24)的行星架(24c)还通过一个第三滚动轴承(48)可旋转地支承在将第二行星齿轮传动机构(24)的太阳轮(24d)与所述第一切换元件相连接的空心轴(32)上。
