Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗肥胖症的药物及其制备方法,其主要是由玉米须、芝麻叶和茜草按一定重量配比制备而成,本发明药物具有利尿泄热,平肝利胆,祛瘀通经,消火清肠的功能,用于治疗肥胖症见效快,疗效好,无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗肥胖症的药物及其制备方法,属中药领域。
技术背景
肥胖症是一种由多种因素引起的慢性代谢性疾病,以体内脂肪细胞的体积和细胞数增加致体脂占体重的百分比异常增高并在某些局部过多沉积脂肪为特点。单纯性肥胖患者全身脂肪分布比较均匀,没有内分泌紊乱现象,也无代谢障碍性疾病,其家族往往有肥胖病史。由于目前西药无法有效治疗肥胖症,因此人们对快速有效治疗肥胖症的中药药物存在极大的需求,至今为止,还没有发现关于本发明的有关报道。
发明内容
本发明人是在祖传秘方的基础上,又经过反复的临床试验和验证,终于完善了有效治疗肥胖症的药物,从而完成了本发明。
本发明的目的就是提供一种更有效的治疗肥胖症的中药组合药物。
本发明的另一目的就是提供了该中药组合药物的制备方法。
本发明药物是选择玉米须、芝麻叶、杨树叶、茜草药物进行组合制备的,将这些药物组合使得各药物功效产生协同作用,从而能够有效治疗肥胖症。其中选用玉米须是因为其性味甘,平,有利尿,泄热,平肝,利胆的功能,治肾炎水肿,脚气,黄疸肝炎,高血压,胆囊炎,胆结石,糖尿病,吐血衄血,鼻渊,乳痈。芝麻叶性平、味苦;具有滋养肝、肾、润燥滑肠功能;能治疗肝、肾虚、头眩、病后脱发、津枯血燥、大便秘结。杨树叶,为落叶乔木杨树的叶片,叶常宽阔,花雌雄异株,柔荑花序,苞片边缘常有煎碎状裂片,有清热凉血,消火清肠的功能。选用茜草是因为其性味苦,寒,有凉血止血,祛瘀通经的功能,治吐血,衄血,崩漏,外伤出血,瘀阻经闭,关节痹痛,跌扑肿痛。
具体实施方式
本发明组分的药物用量也是发明人经过大量摸索总结得出的,各组分的用量在下述重量范围内都具有较好的疗效:
玉米须 25-35g 芝麻叶 22-38g 杨树叶 26-35g
茜 草 28-35g
优选为:
玉米须 30g 芝麻叶 30g 杨树叶 30g
茜 草 30g
本发明药物的制备方法如下
一、备料
1、玉米须:取原药材,除去杂质,筛去灰屑;
2、芝麻叶:除去杂质,洗净,晒干;
3、杨树叶:除去杂质,洗净,晒干;
4、茜草:除去杂质,洗净,润透,切厚片或段,干燥,筛去碎屑。
二、制备
1、将所述重量的玉米须、芝麻叶、杨树叶、茜草加水煎煮两次,第一次加水6倍量,武火煎煮沸腾10分钟,再用文火煎煮25分钟,过滤得第一次煎煮液。
2、将第一次过滤后的药渣加水4倍量,武火煎煮沸腾,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得第二次煎煮液。
3、合并两次煎煮液,武火煮沸,再用文火煎煮10分钟即得,分为2剂服用。
本发明药物具有利尿泄热,平肝利胆,祛瘀通经,消火清肠的功能,用于治疗肥胖症见效快、疗效好。
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明药物的有益效果,这些试验包括本发明药物的动物毒性试验和临床疗效观察试验。
[试验例1]本发明药物的动物毒性试验
取西德兔30只,雌雄兼用,体重2.0-2.5kg,分两组,每组15只,其中一组为超剂量试验组,另一组为正常量试验组。超剂量试验组为25ml/kg,正常量为10ml/kg,给药方式为灌胃法给药,每天二次,连服7天,每天观察给药反应,结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常,药物无不良毒副作用。
[试验例2]本发明药物的临床疗效观察
1、一般资料
收治门诊患者共37例。
2、诊断标准
肥胖症的定义在不断变化,目前国际上通用体重指数(BMI, Body Mass Index)来衡量肥胖。BMI的计算方法是:
BMI=体重(kg)÷身高2(m2)
根据这个定义(成人标准):<18.5者为体重过低,18.5~23.9之间为正常范围,≥24 者为超重;≥28者为肥胖。但应该注意有些BMI增高的患者不是脂肪增多,而是肌肉或者其他组织增多。
3、治疗方法
选用上述药剂,给患者服用,每日2次,每次1剂,20天为一个疗程,连续服用3个疗程。
4、疗效评定标准
显效:肥胖症得到控制,体重减少10-20kg;
好转:肥胖症减轻,患者体征得到改善,体重降至3-4kg;
无效:达不到好转标准者。
5、治疗结果(见下表)
在上述治疗中,用本发明药物治疗肥胖症患者37例,结果显效28例,显效率为75.67%,好转6例,好转率为16.22%,无效3例,总有效率为91.89%。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗肥胖症的药物,其特征求在于:它是由下列重量范围内的原料药制成:
玉米须 25-35g 芝麻叶 22-38g 杨树叶 26-35g
茜 草 28-35g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物,其中各原料药的用量为:
玉米须 30g 芝麻叶 30g 杨树叶 30g
茜 草 30g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述药物的制备方法,其特征在于:它包括下列步骤:
(一)备料
(1)玉米须:取原药材,除去杂质,筛去灰屑;
(2)芝麻叶:除去杂质,洗净,晒干;
(3)杨树叶:除去杂质,洗净,晒干;
(4)茜草:除去杂质,洗净,润透,切厚片或段,干燥,筛去碎屑;
(二)制备
(1)将所述重量的玉米须、芝麻叶、杨树叶、茜草加水煎煮两次,第一次加水6倍量,武火煎煮沸腾10分钟,再用文火煎煮25分钟,过滤得第一次煎煮液;
(2)将第一次过滤后的药渣加水4倍量,武火煎煮沸腾,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得第二次煎煮液;
(3)合并两次煎煮液,武火煮沸,再用文火煎煮10分钟即得。
