Abstract

本发明公开了一种铣倒挡拨叉下平面的夹紧机构,包括台架、工装底板、侧支承块和立板,在工装底板与台架之间设置有竖直气缸,立板的后侧壁上固设有垂直于后侧壁的套装圆柱、与倒挡拨叉叉口宽度匹配并能伸入倒挡拨叉叉口内的定位块、用于支承倒挡拨叉上端面的支承块;当倒挡拨叉逆时针旋转180°后,并将倒挡拨叉的圆孔套在套装圆柱上,定位块伸入倒挡拨叉的叉口内、支承块支承在倒挡拨叉的上端面下方时,竖直气缸的顶杆向上伸出后正好支承在倒挡拨叉的腰部。构思新颖,设计巧妙,通过该夹紧机构将工件装夹定位,再用立式铣床对拨叉的下平面进行精加工,非常方便快捷,大大提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明机械加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于铣倒挡拨叉下平面时用到的夹紧机构。
背景技术
倒挡挡拨叉是汽车变速器的重要部件之一,为铸造成型件,需要用铣床对拨叉的上下平面进行精加工,现有加工过程中,通常采用三爪卡盘将倒挡拨叉的圆轴部位夹紧,再采用卧式铣床进行加工。利用三爪卡盘进行装夹,非常麻烦,生产效率低。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,拟提供一种铣倒挡拨叉下平面的夹紧机构,当用铣床对拨叉的下平面进行精加工时,通过该夹紧机构将工件装夹定位,非常方便快捷,以提高生产效率。
为此,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种铣倒挡拨叉下平面的夹紧机构,包括台架和工装底板,所述工装底板位于台架的正上方,工装底板的中部悬空、左右两端通过侧支承块与台架固连在一起,在所述工装底板与台架之间设置有竖直气缸,所述工装底板的上方靠近工装底板前边缘的位置处固设有立板;
所述立板的后侧壁上固设有垂直于后侧壁的套装圆柱、与倒挡拨叉叉口宽度匹配并能伸入倒挡拨叉叉口内的定位块、用于支承倒挡拨叉上端面的支承块,当倒挡拨叉逆时针旋转180°后,并将倒挡拨叉的圆孔套在套装圆柱上,同时定位块伸入倒挡拨叉的叉口内、支承块支承在倒挡拨叉的上端面下方时,竖直气缸的顶杆向上伸出后正好支承在倒挡拨叉的腰部,且定位块、竖直气缸的顶杆、套装圆柱、支承块从左到右依次设置;
所述定位块由伸入倒挡拨叉叉口内的定位部分、位于倒挡拨叉叉口外的安装部分一体组成,定位部分与倒挡拨叉的叉口间隙配合,安装部分的宽度大于定位部分;同时,套装圆柱的直径与倒挡拨叉的圆孔直径匹配,两者间隙配合。
使用方法:首先放置待加工工件,将倒挡拨叉(已铣好上端面的倒挡拨叉)逆时针旋转180°后,再将该倒挡拨叉的圆孔套在套装圆柱上,并使定位块卡入该倒挡拨叉的叉口内、支承块支承在倒挡拨叉的上端面下方(由于该倒挡拨叉已经加工好上端面,因此可直接使用支承块用于支承光滑平整的上端面);之后,再启动竖直气缸,使竖直气缸的顶杆向上伸出后正好支承在倒挡拨叉的腰部,此时装夹定位完成;立式铣床的铣刀盘向下进给,从而加工倒挡拨叉的下平面。加工完成后,竖直气缸和铣刀盘回位,再将加工完成的倒挡拨叉取下。
作为上述方案的优选,所述定位块(7)由伸入倒挡拨叉叉口内的定位部分、位于倒挡拨叉叉口外的安装部分一体组成,定位部分与倒挡拨叉的叉口间隙配合,安装部分的宽度大于定位部分。增设安装部位用于与立板固定,定位部分与倒挡拨叉的叉口间隙配合以方便装卸工件。
进一步,所述竖直气缸(5)的顶杆端头为曲面,并与换挡拨叉被支承部位的曲面匹配。采用曲面配合,以增大接触面积,提高支承力度。
本发明的有益效果:构思新颖,设计巧妙,通过该夹紧机构将工件装夹定位,再用立式铣床对拨叉的上平面进行精加工,非常方便快捷,大大提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种铣倒挡拨叉下平面的夹紧机构,由台架1、工装底板2、两侧支承块3、立板4、竖直气缸5、套装圆柱6、定位块7、支承块8等组成。
工装底板2位于台架1的正上方,工装底板2的中部悬空、左右两端通过侧支承块3与台架1固连在一起。工装底板2采用中部悬空,是为了腾出空间用于布置竖直气缸5。
在工装底板2与台架1之间设置有竖直气缸5,工装底板2的上方靠近工装底板2前边缘的位置处固设有立板4。
立板4的后侧壁上固设有垂直于后侧壁的套装圆柱6、与倒挡拨叉叉口宽度匹配并能伸入倒挡拨叉叉口内的定位块7、用于支承倒挡拨叉上端面的支承块8。当倒挡拨叉逆时针旋转180°后,并将倒挡拨叉的圆孔套在套装圆柱6上,同时定位块7伸入倒挡拨叉的叉口内、支承块8支承在倒挡拨叉的上端面下方时,竖直气缸5的顶杆向上伸出后正好支承在倒挡拨叉的腰部,且定位块7、竖直气缸5的顶杆、套装圆柱6、支承块8从左到右依次设置,从而保证了倒挡拨叉在立板上装夹时,下平面位于右侧且朝上,而叉口位于左侧。
最好是,定位块7均由伸入倒挡拨叉叉口内的定位部分、位于倒挡拨叉叉口外的安装部分一体组成,定位部分与倒挡拨叉的叉口间隙配合,安装部分的宽度大于定位部分。同时,套装圆柱6的直径与倒挡拨叉的圆孔直径匹配,两者间隙配合,方便装拆。
另外,竖直气缸5的顶杆端头均为曲面,并与换挡拨叉被支承部位的曲面匹配。
结合图1、图2所示,加工前,首先放置待加工的倒挡拨叉9,将已铣好上端面的倒挡拨叉9逆时针旋转180°后,再将该倒挡拨叉9的圆孔套在套装圆柱6上,并使定位块7卡入该倒挡拨叉9的叉口内、支承块8支承在该倒挡拨叉9的上端面下方,由于倒挡拨叉9的上端面已加工好,因此可直接使用支承块进行支承;之后,再启动竖直气缸5,使左竖直气缸5的顶杆向上伸出后正好支承在倒挡拨叉9的腰部,此时装夹定位完成;立式铣床10的铣刀盘向下进给,从而加工倒挡拨叉9的上平面。加工完成后,竖直气缸5和铣刀盘回位,再将加工完成的倒挡拨叉9取下。

1.一种铣倒挡拨叉下平面的夹紧机构,包括台架(1)和工装底板(2),其特征在于:所述工装底板(2)位于台架(1)的正上方,工装底板(2)的中部悬空、左右两端通过侧支承块(3)与台架(1)固连在一起,在所述工装底板(2)与台架(1)之间设置有竖直气缸(5),所述工装底板(2)的上方靠近工装底板(2)前边缘的位置处固设有立板(4);
所述立板(4)的后侧壁上固设有垂直于后侧壁的套装圆柱(6)、与倒挡拨叉叉口宽度匹配并能伸入倒挡拨叉叉口内的定位块(7)、用于支承倒挡拨叉上端面的支承块(8),当倒挡拨叉逆时针旋转180°后,并将倒挡拨叉的圆孔套在套装圆柱(6)上,同时定位块(7)伸入倒挡拨叉的叉口内、支承块(8)支承在倒挡拨叉的上端面下方时,竖直气缸(5)的顶杆向上伸出后正好支承在倒挡拨叉的腰部,且定位块(7)、竖直气缸(5)的顶杆、套装圆柱(6)、支承块(8)从左到右依次设置;
所述定位块(7)由伸入倒挡拨叉叉口内的定位部分、位于倒挡拨叉叉口外的安装部分一体组成,定位部分与倒挡拨叉的叉口间隙配合,安装部分的宽度大于定位部分;同时,套装圆柱(6)的直径与倒挡拨叉的圆孔直径匹配,两者间隙配合。
2.按照权利要求1所述的铣倒挡拨叉下平面的夹紧机构,其特征在于:所述竖直气缸(5)的顶杆端头为曲面,并与换挡拨叉被支承部位的曲面匹配。
