Description
技术领域
本公开涉及具有防滑装置的挖掘机的回转装置(swingdevice),更特别地,涉及如下具有防滑装置的挖掘机的回转装置:当在挖掘机位于斜坡上的状态下施加制动器释放信号时,该回转装置防止制动活塞的弹簧处的液压卸出,使得制动活塞的移动速度降低并且由此平稳地释放制动,从而防止制动被瞬间释放。
背景技术
挖掘机基本上包括驱动装置所安装到的下框架和工作装置所安装到的上框架,此外,下框架和上框架连接到可转动完整360度的回转装置,由于回转装置的转动,上框架也可以转动(韩国实用新型登记号20-0168768)。
回转装置具有回转马达,并根据回转马达的操作进行操作或停止转向。挖掘机的现有回转装置的回路结构在图1中示出。参照图1,现有的回转装置包括用于驱动减速器的回转马达、用于制动回转马达的制动活塞和摩擦片、用于向制动活塞选择性地供应液压的选择阀和制动液压端口等。
现有回转装置的制动操作和制动器释放操作如下。如果施加制动器释放信号,则制动液压端口(PG)被选择阀打开,以对制动活塞施加液压,该液压推动弹簧以释放制动器。相反,如果施加制动信号(SH),则制动液压端口被阻塞,且施加到制动活塞的液压卸出。因此,活塞由于弹簧而向左移动,使得回转马达被摩擦片制动。
如上配置的现有回转装置通过供应到制动活塞的液压而瞬间释放制动器。因此,如果在挖掘机在斜坡上的状态下释放制动器,则挖掘机的上部可能会由于上框架的重量或任何其他重量而被推动,这增加了发生事故的危险。
发明内容
技术问题
本公开旨在提供具有防滑装置的挖掘机的如下回转装置:当在挖掘机位于斜坡上的状态下施加制动器释放信号时,该回转装置防止制动活塞的弹簧处的液压卸出,使得制动活塞的移动速度降低并且由此平稳地释放制动器,从而防止制动被瞬间释放。
技术方案
在一个总的方面,本公开提供一种具有防滑装置的挖掘机的回转装置,包括:制动通道,其连接到制动活塞的液压室;选择阀,其用于将制动通道连接到制动液压端口或延迟通道;弹簧隔室通道,其一侧连接到制动活塞的弹簧隔室且另一侧连接到延迟通道的一点;单向阀,其设置在弹簧隔室通道处,以允许仅沿着从延迟通道朝弹簧隔室的方向供应液压;弹簧隔室旁路通道,其用于连接弹簧隔室通道在弹簧隔室和单向阀之间的一点和弹簧隔室通道在单向阀和延迟通道之间的一点;防滑阀,其提供在弹簧隔室旁路通道处,以阻塞或打开弹簧隔室旁路通道;倾斜检测传感器,提供在挖掘机的一侧,以感测倾斜;防滑阀控制器,其用于基于从倾斜检测传感器的倾斜信息,在挖掘机位于斜坡上时截止防滑阀,在挖掘机位于斜坡以外的位置时打开防滑阀。
当挖掘机位于斜坡上的状态下释放制动器时,制动通道可以连接到延迟通道,以使得制动活塞的液压室的液压卸出至延迟通道,可以切断弹簧隔室旁路通道,以防止弹簧隔室处的液压卸出,并且可以延迟制动活塞在制动器释放方向上的行程时间。
在另一个总的方面,本公开提供一种具有防滑装置的挖掘机的回转装置,其包括:制动通道,其连接到制动活塞的液压室;选择阀,其用于将制动通道连接到制动液压端口或延迟通道;弹簧隔室通道,其一侧连接到制动活塞的弹簧隔室且另一侧连接到延迟通道的一点;单向阀,其提供在弹簧隔室通道处,以允许仅沿着从延迟通道到弹簧隔室的一个方向供应液压;弹簧隔室旁路通道,其用于连接弹簧隔室通道在弹簧隔室和单向阀之间的一点和弹簧隔室通道在单向阀和延迟通道之间的一点;和节流孔,其提供在弹簧隔室旁路通道上,以在释放制动器时降低从弹簧隔室向延迟通道供应的液压的卸出速度。
当挖掘机的制动器被释放时,可以从延迟通道中切断制动通道,使得压力被供应至液压室且制动活塞沿释放制动器的方向移动,并且弹簧隔室处的液压的卸出速度可以被节流孔降低,使得制动活塞沿制动器释放方向上的行程时间被延迟。
有益效果
当在挖掘机位于斜坡上的状态下释放制动器时,从制动活塞的弹簧隔室接收到的液压的卸出速度被延迟以防止制动器被瞬间释放,从而可防止挖掘机由于挖掘机的上框架的重量而被推动。

最佳实施方式
本说明书提出一种用于在挖掘机位于斜坡上的状态下释放制动器时,通过抑制或延迟制动活塞的弹簧隔室处的液压的卸出以使得制动器被平稳地释放来防止挖掘机由于瞬间的制动器释放而被其重量或任何其他重量所推动的技术。
下文中,会描述根据本公开的一个实施方案的具有防滑装置的挖掘机的回转装置。
参照图2,根据本公开的一个实施方案的具有防滑装置的挖掘机的回转装置包括:用于驱动减速器的回转马达210,用于选择性地制动回转马达210的制动活塞220和摩擦片,用于向制动活塞220的液压室221供应液压的制动液压端口(PG),和用于选择性地将制动器液压室221连接到制动液压端口的选择阀230。
在该结构中,在斜坡以外的位置处,回转马达210根据以下步骤执行制动过程和制动器释放过程。在制动的情况下,制动活塞220的液压室221和制动液压端口之间的连接被阻塞,以使得制动活塞220的液压室221中的液压卸出,并且向制动活塞220的弹簧隔室222供应液压。因此,摩擦片由于制动活塞220的弹簧力而向左移动,从而制动回转马达210。在制动器释放的情况下,制动活塞220的液压室221通过选择阀230连接到制动液压端口。因此,向制动活塞220的液压室221供应液压,并且使弹簧隔室222中的液压卸出。此外,供应到液压室221的液压使制动活塞220和摩擦片向右移动,由此释放制动器。
作为参考,在下面的描述中,为了方便,制动活塞220的液压室221和选择阀230之间的通道被称为制动通道,选择阀230和回转马达210之间的通道被称为延迟通道。制动通道通过选择阀230连接到制动液压端口或延迟通道。此外,延时阀240提供在延迟通道处,以防止在制动过程的期间,液压从制动活塞220的液压室221突然卸出。
如上所述,当制动器被释放时,由于制动活塞220的弹簧隔室222中的液压卸出,所以如果将液压施加到制动活塞220的液压室221,则弹簧223被容易地向右推动,从而产生瞬间的制动器释放操作。
在本实施方案中,制动活塞220的弹簧隔室222中的液压的卸出被阻止或延迟,因此即使将液压施加到制动活塞220的液压室221,也会由于弹簧隔室222中的液压而降低弹簧223被向右推动的速度,以使得制动器释放速度被延迟。换言之,液压保持在弹簧隔室222中以使得延迟弹簧223由于液压室221的液压而被向右推动的速度。为此,根据本实施方案的挖掘机的回转装置还包括防滑装置。
防滑装置包括防滑阀260、防滑阀控制器270和倾斜检测传感器280。防滑阀260选择性地打开或阻塞弹簧隔室旁路通道204。在本实施方案中,单向阀250提供在将制动活塞220的弹簧隔室222连接到延迟通道的通道,即弹簧隔室通道203处。单向阀250允许液压仅沿着从延迟通道到制动活塞220的弹簧隔室222的方向供应,并阻止液压沿着相反的方向供应。弹簧隔室旁路通道204是连接弹簧隔室通道203在单向阀250的上部处的一点和弹簧隔室通道203在单向阀250的下部处的一点的通道。通过弹簧隔室通道203向制动活塞220的弹簧隔室222供应液压,且通过弹簧隔室旁路通道204将弹簧隔室222处的液压卸出。
在挖掘机位于斜坡以外的位置的状态下的制动器释放的情况下,防滑阀260处于打开状态,弹簧隔室222的液压通过弹簧隔室旁路通道204卸出。同时,在挖掘机位于斜坡上的状态下的制动器释放的情况下,防滑阀260被阻塞,并且因此弹簧隔室旁路通道204也被阻塞,即在一种闭路状态中。通过这样做,防止弹簧隔室222的液压卸出(见图3)。由于在如上所述的制动器释放期间抑制弹簧隔室222的液压卸出,所以即使将液压供应到制动活塞220的液压室221,也会延迟制动活塞220和摩擦片向右的行程时间,这是因为应当克服弹簧隔室222中的液压和弹簧223的力。由于制动活塞220和摩擦片的行程时间被延迟,所以可以降低制动器释放速度,并且由此可以防止挖掘机被推动。
防滑阀控制器270基于从倾斜检测传感器280发送的倾斜信息阻塞或打开防滑阀260。在斜坡的情况下,防滑阀260被防滑阀控制器270阻塞,但是在斜坡以外的位置的情况下,防滑阀260打开。倾斜检测传感器280提供在挖掘机的一侧,以感测超过一定角度的倾斜,并且可以采用例如陀螺仪传感器。
同时,在本实施方案中,防滑装置已被说明为包括防滑阀260、防滑阀控制器270和倾斜检测传感器280,但是防滑装置也可以通过弹簧隔室旁路通道204与节流孔的结合来配置。在这种情况下,弹簧隔室旁路通道204是将制动活塞220的弹簧隔室222连接到如上所述延迟通道的通道,而节流孔提供在弹簧隔室旁路通道204上,以在释放制动器时降低从弹簧隔室222卸出到延迟通道的液压的卸出速度。
Claims (2)
1.一种具有防滑装置的挖掘机的回转装置,包括:
制动通道,其连接到制动活塞的液压室;
选择阀,其用于将所述制动通道连接到制动液压端口或延迟通道;
弹簧隔室通道,其一侧连接到所述制动活塞的弹簧隔室且另一侧连接到所述延迟通道的一点;
单向阀,其设置在所述弹簧隔室通道处,以允许仅沿着从所述延迟通道朝所述弹簧隔室的方向供应液压;
弹簧隔室旁路通道,其用于连接所述弹簧隔室通道在所述弹簧隔室和所述单向阀之间的一点和所述弹簧隔室通道在所述单向阀和所述延迟通道之间的一点;
防滑阀,其设置在所述弹簧隔室旁路通道处,以阻塞或打开所述弹簧隔室旁路通道;
倾斜检测传感器,其设置在所述挖掘机的一侧,以感测倾斜;和
防滑阀控制器,其用于基于所述倾斜检测传感器的倾斜信息,在所述挖掘机位于斜坡上时截止所述防滑阀和在所述挖掘机位于斜坡以外的位置时打开所述防滑阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有防滑装置的挖掘机的回转装置,
其中,当在所述挖掘机位于斜坡上的状态下释放制动器时,
所述制动通道连接到所述延迟通道,使得所述制动活塞的液压室的液压卸出至所述延迟通道,
所述弹簧隔室旁路通道被阻塞,以防止所述弹簧隔室处的液压卸出,并且延迟所述制动活塞在制动器释放方向上的行程时间。
