本发明涉及摩擦纤维材料技术领域,具体涉及工程制动带用增强合股线。
背景技术
为适应国际市场的新要求,我国汽车工业加快了发展步伐,相应地对配套的摩擦材料也提出更高的要求,尤其是对传动系统中承担传递动力扭矩作用的离合器面片质量的要求更加严格,除要求具有合适稳定的摩擦系数、较低的磨损和较高的爆裂强度外,还必须要求具有良好的结合平稳性和舒适性。与此同时,也对石棉摩擦材料尽快向非石棉型产品转化提出要求,这就促使国内在此领域进行研究开发。近几年来,随着国内主要汽车主机厂家使用非石棉摩擦材料数量的逐年提高,在配套和零售市场上出现了不同材质的非石棉缠绕式离合器面片,由于面片内缠绕的复合线或特殊石棉仍然达不到要求,使得面片的摩擦性能,成品密度,高温旋转爆裂强度等指标都还不是很理想,在使用结合过程中平顺性、耐磨性不高、使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供工程制动带用增强合股线,它结构密度高,摩擦性能优秀,使用时具有较好的耐磨性,大大延长了使用寿命。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它包含芳纶包芯纱、金属丝、膨体玻纤复合纱、橡胶纤维复合线,所述芳纶包芯纱的外侧设置有膨体玻纤复合纱,金属丝按S50~S100的捻向捻度均匀地缠绕膨体玻纤复合纱的外侧,金属丝的外侧设置有橡胶纤维复合线。
所述的芳纶包芯纱是芳纶短纤维、腈纶短纤维混纺作为皮纱,玻纤无捻粗纱作为芯纱纺制的包芯纱。
本发明具有以下有益效果:它结构密度高,摩擦性能优秀,使用时具有较好的耐磨性,大大延长了使用寿命。
