本发明公开了一种汽车制动用高硅氧玻璃纤维编织材料,其特征在于,它包括金属丝、高硅氧玻璃纤维束、膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱和橡胶纤维复合线;所述金属丝和高硅氧玻璃纤维束并行设置;所述膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱按照S50~S100的捻向捻度均匀地缠绕在金属丝和高硅氧玻璃纤维束的外侧;所述膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱的外侧设置有橡胶纤维复合线;所述彭体陶瓷纤维复合纱由芳纶纤维、聚酯纤维、丁腈橡胶、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维和尼龙纤维混合制成。本发明的汽车制动用纤维编织材料的结构密度高,摩擦性能优秀,使用时具有较好的耐磨性,大大的延长了使用寿命,降低了成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及摩擦纤维材料技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车制动用高硅氧玻璃纤维编织材料。
背景技术
为适应国际市场的新要求,我国汽车工业加快了发展步伐,相应地对配套的摩擦材料也提出更高的要求,尤其是对传动系统中承担传递动力扭矩作用的离合器面片质量的要求更加严格,除要求具有合适稳定的摩擦系数、较低的磨损和较高的爆裂强度外,还必须要求具有良好的结合平稳性和舒适性。与此同时,也对石棉摩擦材料尽快向非石棉型产品转化提出要求,这就促使国内在此领域进行研究开发。近几年来,随着国内主要汽车主机厂家使用非石棉摩擦材料数量的逐年提高,在配套和零售市场上出现了不同材质的非石棉缠绕式离合器面片,由于面片内缠绕的复合线或特殊石棉仍然达不到要求,使得面片的摩擦性能,成品密度,高温旋转爆裂强度等指标都还不是很理想,在使用结合过程中平顺性、耐磨性不高、使用寿命较短。同时碳纤维对于抗碱性能力较差。本申请采用高硅氧玻璃纤维代替碳纤维,高硅氧玻璃纤维具有和碳纤维相同的摩擦效果和抗高温能力,同时高硅氧玻璃纤维具有更好的抗碱性能力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是,针对上述现有技术中的缺点,提供一种汽车制动用纤维编织材料,它的结构密度高,摩擦性能优秀,使用时具有较好的耐磨性,大大的延长了使用寿命,降低了成本。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的方案如下:
一种汽车制动用高硅氧玻璃纤维编织材料,其特征在于,它包括金属丝、高硅氧玻璃纤维束、膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱和橡胶纤维复合线;所述金属丝和高硅氧玻璃纤维束并行设置;所述膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱按照S50~S100的捻向捻度均匀地缠绕在金属丝和高硅氧玻璃纤维束的外侧;所述膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱的外侧设置有橡胶纤维复合线;所述彭体陶瓷纤维复合纱由芳纶纤维、聚酯纤维、丁腈橡胶、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维和尼龙纤维混合制成。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述汽车制动用高硅氧玻璃纤维编织材料,其特征在于,所述芳纶纤维、聚酯纤维、丁腈橡胶、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维和尼龙纤维按重量配比为2:1:1:1:2:3。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述汽车制动用高硅氧玻璃纤维编织材料,其特征在于,所述金属丝至少为五根。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述汽车制动用高硅氧玻璃纤维编织材料,其特征在于,所述高硅氧玻璃纤维在并行设置之前还需要经过预处理液处理,所述预处理液包括摩尔浓度为9mmol/L的氯化钠、盐酸、烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠。
本发明的技术效果如下:通过所述金属丝和高硅氧玻璃纤维束并行设置;所述膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱按照S50~S100的捻向捻度均匀地缠绕在金属丝和高硅氧玻璃纤维束的外侧;所述膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱的外侧设置有橡胶纤维复合线,得到的汽车制动用纤维编织材料,具有结构密度高,摩擦性能优秀,使用时具有较好的耐磨性,大大的延长了使用寿命,降低成本等优异的特性。本申请的彭体陶瓷纤维复合纱由芳纶纤维、聚酯纤维、丁腈橡胶、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维和尼龙纤维混合制成,具有更好的耐磨性能,更长的使用寿命,同时碳纤维价格更高,而本申请使用的高硅氧玻璃纤维的价格十分低廉,能够极大的降低生产材料成本。同时高硅氧玻璃纤维具有相比于碳纤维更强的摩擦性能和抗腐蚀性能。

一种汽车制动用高硅氧玻璃纤维编织材料,其特征在于,它包括金属丝、高硅氧玻璃纤维束、膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱和橡胶纤维复合线;所述金属丝和高硅氧玻璃纤维束并行设置;所述膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱按照S50~S100的捻向捻度均匀地缠绕在金属丝和高硅氧玻璃纤维束的外侧;所述膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱的外侧设置有橡胶纤维复合线;所述彭体陶瓷纤维复合纱由芳纶纤维、聚酯纤维、丁腈橡胶、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维和尼龙纤维混合制成。

1.一种汽车制动用高硅氧玻璃纤维编织材料,其特征在于,它包括金属丝、高硅氧玻璃纤维束、膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱和橡胶纤维复合线;所述金属丝和高硅氧玻璃纤维束并行设置;所述膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱按照S50~S100的捻向捻度均匀地缠绕在金属丝和高硅氧玻璃纤维束的外侧;所述膨体陶瓷纤维复合纱的外侧设置有橡胶纤维复合线;所述彭体陶瓷纤维复合纱由芳纶纤维、聚酯纤维、丁腈橡胶、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维和尼龙纤维混合制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述汽车制动用高硅氧玻璃纤维编织材料,其特征在于,所述芳纶纤维、聚酯纤维、丁腈橡胶、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维和尼龙纤维按重量配比为2:1:1:1:2:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述汽车制动用高硅氧玻璃纤维编织材料,其特征在于,所述金属丝至少为五根。
4.根据权利要求1所述汽车制动用高硅氧玻璃纤维编织材料,其特征在于,所述高硅氧玻璃纤维在并行设置之前还需要经过预处理液处理,所述预处理液包括摩尔浓度为9mmol/L的氯化钠、盐酸、烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠。
