Abstract
本发明提出了一种低噪音高强度半金属刹车片,包括以下重量份数原料组成:混杂纤维10~30份,金属纤维10~35份,纳米粘结剂10~25份,陶瓷粘结剂5~10份,摩擦性能调节剂8~18份,填料10~25份,工艺性调节剂1~3份。本发明所提出的刹车片配方合理,制备的刹车片摩擦系数稳定性高,有效地降低了其磨损率,同时,大大降低了工作时所产生的噪音,降低了对环境的污染,保证了刹车片的强度,提高了其工作韧性,耐高温性强,不易锈蚀,提高了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及刹车片技术领域,具体涉及一种低噪音高强度半金属刹车片。
背景技术
着科技的迅速发展,制动产品对摩擦材料的要求愈来愈高,除了在高速,高温,高压等恶劣工况情况下的安全性和舒适性外,近年又提出了节能,环保,洁净等更高要求。环境噪音污染中,城市交通噪音已成为重要的污染源。汽车制动噪音危害驾驶员,乘员健康和舒适性,对道路上行人和周围居民造成不必要的不安。从医学角度看,85-90分贝的噪音即对人产生危害,包括影响人的听力。当今,市民对交通噪音反映强烈。
现阶段,半金属刹车片由于成本低廉、性能适中而被广泛应用于中低档汽车主机配套市场。而在以半金属材质摩擦材料取代早期石棉树脂摩擦材料进程中,处理不好带来的副作用之一就是有较明显的多发性制动噪音产生。这种多发性的低频噪音主要是由于半金属配方中存在大量钢纤维引发的,这大大降低了司乘人员的乘坐舒适性。而且,热传导率过高,对制动盘损伤较大,同时,强度低,韧性差,也从而影响刹车片的摩擦系数的稳定性。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种摩擦系数稳定性强,不易锈蚀,低摩损率的低噪音高强度半金属刹车片。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种低噪音高强度半金属刹车片,包括以下重量份数原料组成:混杂纤维10~30份,金属纤维10~35份,纳米粘结剂10~25份,陶瓷粘结剂5~10份,摩擦性能调节剂8~18份,填料10~25份,工艺性调节剂1~3份。
优选地,所述混杂纤维包括5~15份的芳纶纤维、3~10份的钢纤维和2~5份的碳纤维。
优选地,所述金属纤维包括5~20份的铁基合金粉末,5~15份的铜粉。
优选地,所述纳米粘结剂为5~15份的纳米丁腈橡胶粉和5~10份的腰果壳改性酚醛树脂。
优选地,所述陶瓷粘结剂为三聚盐。
优选地,所述摩擦性能调节剂包括2~6份的石墨粉,2~5份的二硫化钼和3~5份的纳米级三氧化二铝。
优选地,所述填料包括2~5份的氮化硼,1~3份的蛭石,0~5份的重晶石粉,1~5份的硫化锑和2~4份的锆英石。
优选地,所述芳纶纤维、钢纤维和碳纤维通过气流粉碎机粉碎成2~10mm。

一种低噪音高强度半金属刹车片,包括以下重量份数原料组成:芳纶纤维5份,钢纤维3~份,碳纤维2份,铁基合金粉末5份,铜粉5份,纳米丁腈橡胶粉5份,腰果壳改性酚醛树脂5份,三聚盐5份,石墨粉2份,二硫化钼2份,纳米级三氧化二铝3份,氮化硼2份,蛭石1份,硫化锑1份,锆英石2份,工艺性调节剂1份。
在刹车片工作过程,刹车片工作时越稳定,产生的震动和噪音越小,提高稳定的材料包括纳米丁腈橡胶粉、石墨粉、二硫化钼和硫化锑。同时,纳米丁腈橡胶粉提高了刹车片的柔韧性能,混杂纤维具有很好的抗粘着和润滑能力,进一步地提高了其稳定性,而且,三聚盐、纳米级三氧化二铝和氮化硼提高了刹车片的强度。
实施例2
