本发明公开了一种高舒适性纺织面料,由组合线采用纬编方式纺织而成,所述组合线包括:外层面料、中间层面料和内层面料,所述外层面料通过热熔胶点钜涂层包裹在所述中间层面料的外表面,所述中间层面料的内表面通过多个弹性体包裹在所述内层面料的表面上,所述多个弹性体均匀分布在所述内层面料的表面,所述外层面料采用聚酯纤维构成,所述中间层面料采用聚氨基甲酸酯纤维构成,所述内层面料采用棉纱构成,所述弹性体采用弹力棉构成,通过上述方式,本发明能够具备有柔软、滑爽、保暖、弹性佳、耐磨、的特点,大幅度地提高了面料整体的舒适性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料领域,特别涉及一种高舒适性纺织面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断提高,人们的生活水平也不断提高,导致人们对于自身穿着的面料的要求也越来越高,同时现阶段,服装面料厂不断崛起,行业内竞争也越来越强烈,因此面料在功能性、舒适性方面的改进是势在必行的,而在现有技术中,传统的面料的舒适性能较差,仅仅满足于面料表面不粗糙的特性,很明显此种面料已经更不上人们现在对面料的要求了。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高舒适性纺织面料,能够具备有柔软、滑爽、保暖、有弹性、耐腐蚀的特点,大幅度提高了面料整体的舒适性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高舒适性纺织面料,由组合线采用纬编方式纺织而成,所述组合线包括:外层面料、中间层面料和内层面料,所述外层面料通过热熔胶点钜涂层包裹在所述中间层面料的外表面,所述中间层面料的内表面通过多个弹性体包裹在所述内层面料的表面上,所述多个弹性体均匀分布在所述内层面料的表面,所述外层面料采用聚酯纤维构成,所述中间层面料采用聚氨基甲酸酯纤维构成,所述内层面料采用棉纱构成,所述弹性体采用弹力棉构成。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述外层面料的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述中间层面料的厚度为0.5-0.8mm。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述内层面料的半径为0.3-0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够具备有柔软、滑爽、保暖、有弹性、耐腐蚀的特点,大幅度提高了面料整体的舒适性能。

请参考图1在本发明的实施例中,一种由组合线采用纬编方式纺织而成,所述组合线包括:外层面料1、中间层面料2和内层面料3,所述外层面料1通过热熔胶点钜涂层4包裹在所述中间层面料2的外表面,所述中间层面料2的内表面通过多个弹性体5包裹在所述内层面料3的表面上,所述多个弹性体5均匀分布在所述内层面料3的表面,所述外层面料1采用聚酯纤维构成,所述中间层面料2采用聚氨基甲酸酯纤维构成,所述内层面料3采用棉纱构成,所述弹性体5采用弹力棉构成。
进一步说明,本发明采用聚酯纤维作为外层面料1的材料,能够具备有耐磨、滑爽、结实耐用的特点,采用聚氨基甲酸酯纤维作为中间层面料2的材料,能够具备有弹性佳的特点,再采用棉纱作为内层面料3的材料,能够具备有保暖、柔软的特点,还采用在外层面料1和中间层面料2之间通过热熔胶点钜涂层4进行固定,提高了组合线的牢固度,同时在内层面料3和中间层面料2中设有弹力棉材料的弹性体4,能够进一步地提高面料整体的弹性性能,使得面料整体穿着于身上具备有较高的舒适性能。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述外层面料1的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
进一步说明,由于外层面料1由聚酯纤维构成,具备有耐磨、结实耐用的特点,因此其厚度过薄则会导致面料整体的耐磨性能欠佳,而厚度过厚则会导致面料整体的透气性能较差,易闷热,降低舒适性,因此采用外层面料1的厚度为0.3-0.5mm较为合适。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述中间层面料2的厚度为0.5-0.8mm。
进一步说明,由于中间层面料2采用聚氨基甲酸酯纤维构成,具备有弹性佳的特点,因此其厚度过薄会导致面料整体的弹性性能较差,产生断裂现象,而厚度过厚会导致面料整体过于坚硬,不易加工,且舒适性较差,因此采用中间层面料2的厚度为0.5-0.8mm较为合适。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述内层面料3的半径为0.3-0.5mm。
进一步说明,由于内层面料3采用棉纱构成,具备有保暖、柔软的特点,因此其半径过小则会导致面料整整体的保暖、柔软性能不足,而半径过大又会导致面料整体保暖性能过强而产生闷热的现象,因此采用内层面料3的半径为0.3-0.5mm较为合适。
区别于现有技术,本发明备有柔软、滑爽、保暖、有弹性、耐腐蚀的特点,大幅度提高了面料整体的舒适性能。

1. 一种高舒适性纺织面料,由组合线采用纬编方式纺织而成,其特征在于,所述组合线包括:外层、中间层和内层,所述外层通过热熔胶点钜涂层包裹在所述中间层的外表面,所述中间层的内表面通过多个弹性体包裹在所述内层面料的表面上,所述多个弹性体均匀分布在所述内层的表面,所述外层采用聚酯纤维构成,所述中间层采用聚氨基甲酸酯纤维构成,所述内层采用棉纱构成,所述弹性体采用弹力棉构成。
2. 根据权利要求1 所述的高舒适性纺织面料,其特征在于,所述外层的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
3. 根据权利要求1 所述的高舒适性纺织面料,其特征在于,所述中间层的厚度为0.5-0.8mm。
4. 根据权利要求1 所述的高舒适性纺织面料,其特征在于,所述内层的半径为0.3-0.5mm。
