Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌、防辐射面料,包括外层和内层,所述的外层和内层均是由经线与纬线相互交织而成,所述外层的经线与纬线均为复合丝,所述复合丝以氨纶丝为芯丝,芯丝外包覆有纳米二氧化钛触媒抗菌纤维;所述内层为纬平针织结构,且内层的经线与纬线为合股丝,所述合股丝包括合股倍捻在一起的莫代尔、羊毛丝、莱卡和银纤维。本发明外层的纳米二氧化钛触媒抗菌纤维具有优越的抗菌效果,能减少细菌与皮肤的接触;内层的银纤维具有明显的防辐射效果,增强抵抗力;同时本发明又具有较高的保暖性,透气性能好,不起皱、不变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其是涉及一种抗菌、防辐射面料。
背景技术
现代社会中用于服装的布料多种多样,人们对服装布料的要求也越来越高,由于现在社会的进步,人们对于布料的需求也不仅仅是时尚、保暖,人们会去注重怎么样穿的健康,由于生活中无时无刻都存在细菌和辐射,虽然这些细菌和辐射在通常情况下不会对人产生影响,但是由于现代人经常加班,体质较差,因此容易受到细菌和辐射的影响,影响身体健康。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种抗菌、防辐射面料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种抗菌、防辐射面料,包括外层和内层,其特征是,所述的外层和内层均是由经线与纬线相互交织而成,所述外层的经线与纬线均为复合丝,所述复合丝以氨纶丝为芯丝,芯丝外包覆有纳米二氧化钛触媒抗菌纤维;所述内层为纬平针织结构,且内层的经线与纬线为合股丝,所述合股丝包括合股倍捻在一起的莫代尔、羊毛丝、莱卡和银纤维。
前述的一种抗菌、防辐射面料,其特征是,所述外层和内层的厚度比为1~2:1。
前述的一种抗菌、防辐射面料,其特征是,还包括中间层,所述中间层由经线和纬线构成,所述中间层的经线和纬线均由氨纶和竹纤维构成。
前述的一种抗菌、防辐射面料,其特征是,所述外层、中间层、内层通过涤纶线缝合。
前述的一种抗菌、防辐射面料,其特征是,所述经线和纬线均是S、Z捻向交替排列。
前述的一种抗菌、防辐射面料,其特征是,所述S、Z捻以1:2的比例间隔排列。
本发明所达到的有益效果:外层的纳米二氧化钛触媒抗菌纤维具有优越的抗菌效果,能减少细菌与皮肤的接触;内层的银纤维具有明显的防辐射效果,增强抵抗力;同时本发明又具有较高的保暖性,透气性能好,不起皱、不变形。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种抗菌、防辐射面料,包括外层1和内层3,所述的外层1和内层3均是由经线与纬线相互交织而成,所述外层1和内层3的厚度比为1~2:1。
所述外层1的经线与纬线均为复合丝,所述复合丝以氨纶丝为芯丝,芯丝外包覆有纳米二氧化钛触媒抗菌纤维,纳米二氧化钛触媒抗菌纤维具有优越的抗菌效果,能减少细菌与皮肤的接触。
所述内层3为纬平针织结构,且内层3的经线与纬线为合股丝,所述合股丝包括合股倍捻在一起的莫代尔、羊毛丝、莱卡和银纤维。银纤维具有明显的防辐射效果,增强抵抗力。
所述经线和纬线均是S、Z捻向交替排列,所述S、Z捻以1:2的比例间隔排列。
还包括中间层2,所述中间层2由经线和纬线构成,所述中间层2的经线和纬线均由氨纶和竹纤维构成,增强保暖性和透气性。
所述外层1、中间层2、内层3通过涤纶线缝合。

1.一种抗菌、防辐射面料,包括外层和内层,其特征是,所述的外层和内层均是由经线与纬线相互交织而成,所述外层的经线与纬线均为复合丝,所述复合丝以氨纶丝为芯丝,芯丝外包覆有纳米二氧化钛触媒抗菌纤维;所述内层为纬平针织结构,且内层的经线与纬线为合股丝,所述合股丝包括合股倍捻在一起的莫代尔、羊毛丝、莱卡和银纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌、防辐射面料,其特征是,所述外层和内层的厚度比为1~2:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌、防辐射面料,其特征是,还包括中间层,所述中间层由经线和纬线构成,所述中间层的经线和纬线均由氨纶和竹纤维构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌、防辐射面料,其特征是,所述外层、中间层、内层通过涤纶线缝合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌、防辐射面料,其特征是,所述经线和纬线均是S、Z捻向交替排列。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌、防辐射面料,其特征是,所述S、Z捻以1:2的比例间隔排列。
