Abstract

本发明公开了一种星光纹粉末涂料,其工艺步骤为:1)按质量份数称取65-80份树脂及固化剂、5-25份填料、0-1份着色颜料、5-15份钛白粉投入高速混合机混合,熔融后用双螺杆挤出机挤出,加入到空气分级磨中粉碎,筛分后得到粉末A;2)将粉末A与荧光颜料B、浮花剂C、颜料辐射剂D按质量比为100∶0.02~0.1∶0.3~0.6∶0.2~0.8的比例均匀混合投放高速混合机中,混合6-8分钟,即得星光纹粉末涂料。该星光纹粉末涂料可广泛应用于炊具、家用、电器、门窗、自来水管道、五金工具等金属表面的涂装,起到保护、装饰、美化的作用。其成膜后的涂膜表面会自然的形成一种是有类似星星发光状的花纹。给人以清新、素雅、活泼、可爱的感觉。

一种星光纹粉末涂料及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰型粉末涂料制备技术领域,具体地涉及一种星光纹粉末涂料及其制备工艺。 
背景技术
粉末涂料是一种新型的不含溶剂、100%固体粉末状涂料,它与一般涂料完全不同的形态,以微细粉末的状态存在的,由于不使用溶剂,所以称为粉末涂料。其具有无溶剂、无污染、可回收、环保节能等优点,因此其应用领域也不断扩大。随着人们物质文化生活水平的不断提高,人们在注重粉末涂料保护性能的同时,也越来越关注粉末涂料的装饰效果。 
随着科学技术发展,人民生活和物质水平的提高,原有以保护性能为目的的粉末涂料已不能满足现代化城市建设和国民经济发展的需要,伴随着城市现代化建设,建筑装饰,家用电器的发展。研发一系列具有特殊功能和装饰效果的美术型粉末涂料,是成为扩大粉末涂料应用领域的一种趋势。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种星光纹粉末涂料及其制备工艺,可广泛应用于炊具、家用、电器、门窗、自来水管道、五金工具等金属表面的涂装,起到保护、装饰、美化的作用。其成膜后的涂膜表面会自然的形成一种是有类似星星发光状的花纹。给人以清新、素雅、活泼、可爱的感觉。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是: 
一种星光纹粉末涂料,由粉末A和荧光颜料B、浮花剂C、颜料辐射剂D混合而成,所述粉末A和荧光颜料B、浮花剂C、颜料辐射剂D的质量比为100:0.02~0.1:0.3~0.6:0.2~0.8;
所述粉末A由下列质量份数的物质组成:
树脂及固化剂     65-80
            填料             5-25
            钛白粉           5-15
            着色颜料         0-1;
所述荧光颜料B为荧光红、荧光绿、荧光蓝中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述树脂是指羧基聚酯树脂或环氧树脂;
所述固化剂指为TGIC或环氧树脂或为双氰胺;
所述填料为碳酸钙、硫酸钡、滑石粉、石英中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉;
所述着色颜料为有机颜料或无机颜料或金属颜料。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述羧基型聚酯树脂的酸值为70-85mgkoh/g。 
为对上述技术方案的改进,所述环氧树脂为E-12型环氧树脂,环氧值为89-92。 
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙。 
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述硫酸钡为沉淀型硫酸钡。 
本发明并提供了该星光纹粉末涂料的制备工艺,其制备工艺的步骤为: 
1)、制备粉末A;
A)、按粉末A配方称取树脂及固化剂、填料、钛白粉、着色颜料并投入到高速混合机中,混合2~3分钟;
B)、熔融,然后使用双螺杆挤出机挤出,双螺杆挤出机前段Ⅰ区温度为90℃~100℃,后段Ⅱ区温度为120℃~135℃;
C)、加入到空气分级磨中粉碎,空气分级磨的主磨转速46-50H2,副磨转速为26-30H2;
D)、使用旋转筛筛分,旋转筛的目数为180目,通过旋转筛筛分后即得到的粉末A;
2)、将粉末A与荧光颜料B、浮花剂C、颜料辐射剂D按质量比为100:0.02~0.1:0.3~0.6:0.2~0.8的比例均匀混合投放高速混合机中,混合6-8分钟,即得星光纹粉末涂料。
本发明的星光纹粉末涂料的优点在于: 
本发明所制备的星光纹粉末涂料平均粒径34-32um,正反冲击≥50cm/kg,7mm≥弯曲≥3mm,百格100%,本发明的星光纹粉末涂料是美术型粉末涂料品种之一,可广泛应用于炊具、家用、电器、门窗、自来水管道、五金工具等金属表面的涂装,起到保护、装饰、美化的作用。其成膜后的涂膜表面会自然的形成一种是有类似星星发光状的花纹。给人以清新、素雅、活泼、可爱的感觉。
具体实施方式
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例作详细说明如下,但本发明并不限于此。 
实施例1: 
1)、制备粉末A;
A)、按质量份数称取30份环氧树脂、35份固化剂、5份碳酸钙、5份硫酸钡、15份钛白粉、0.1份着色颜料并投入到高速混合机中,混合2分钟;
B)、熔融,然后使用双螺杆挤出机挤出,双螺杆挤出机前段Ⅰ区温度为90℃,后段Ⅱ区温度为120℃;
C)、加入到空气分级磨中粉碎,空气分级磨的主磨转速46H2,副磨转速为26H2;
D)、使用旋转筛筛分,旋转筛的目数为180目,通过旋转筛筛分后即得到的粉末A;
2)、将粉末A与荧光颜料B、浮花剂C、颜料辐射剂D按质量比为100:0.02:0.3:0.2的比例均匀混合投放高速混合机中,混合6分钟,即得星光纹粉末涂料。
所述荧光颜料B为荧光红、荧光绿、荧光蓝中的一种或几种的混合物;本公司采用的是深圳新天公司生产的荧光颜料 
所述固化剂指为TGIC或环氧树脂或为双氰胺;
所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉;本公司采用的是四川龙蟒公司生产的金红型钛白粉R-996;
所述着色颜料为有机颜料或无机颜料或金属颜料。本公司采用的是东莞中添公司的生产的T-20;浮化剂C本公司本公司采用的是宁波南海公司生产的生产的浮化剂。
所述羧基型聚酯树脂的酸值为70-85mgkoh/g。 
所述环氧树脂为E-12型环氧树脂,环氧值为89-92。 
所述碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙。

实施例2: 
1)、制备粉末A;
A)、按质量份数称取40份羧基聚酯树脂、40份固化剂、10份碳酸钙、15滑石粉、5份钛白粉、1份着色颜料并投入到高速混合机中,混合3分钟;
B)、熔融,然后使用双螺杆挤出机挤出,双螺杆挤出机前段Ⅰ区温度为100℃,后段Ⅱ区温度为135℃;
C)、加入到空气分级磨中粉碎,空气分级磨的主磨转速50H2,副磨转速为30H2;
D)、使用旋转筛筛分,旋转筛的目数为180目,通过旋转筛筛分后即得到的粉末A;
2)、将粉末A与荧光颜料B、浮花剂C、颜料辐射剂D按质量比为100:0.1:0.6:0.8的比例均匀混合投放高速混合机中,混合7分钟,即得星光纹粉末涂料。
所述荧光颜料B为荧光红、荧光绿、荧光蓝中的一种或几种的混合物;本公司采用的是深圳新天公司生产的荧光颜料 
所述固化剂指为TGIC或环氧树脂或为双氰胺;
所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉;本公司采用的是四川龙蟒公司生产的金红型钛白粉R-996;

B)、熔融,然后使用双螺杆挤出机挤出,双螺杆挤出机前段Ⅰ区温度为95℃,后段Ⅱ区温度为130℃;
C)、加入到空气分级磨中粉碎,空气分级磨的主磨转速48H2,副磨转速为28H2;
D)、使用旋转筛筛分,旋转筛的目数为180目,通过旋转筛筛分后即得到的粉末A;
2)、将粉末A与荧光颜料B、浮花剂C、颜料辐射剂D按质量比为100:0.05:0.5:0.5的比例均匀混合投放高速混合机中,混合8分钟,即得星光纹粉末涂料。
所述荧光颜料B为荧光红、荧光绿、荧光蓝中的一种或几种的混合物;本公司采用的是深圳新天公司生产的荧光颜料 
所述固化剂指为TGIC或环氧树脂或为双氰胺;
所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉;本公司采用的是四川龙蟒公司生产的金红型钛白粉R-996;
所述着色颜料为有机颜料或无机颜料或金属颜料。本公司采用的是东莞中添公司的生产的T-20;浮化剂C本公司本公司采用的是宁波南海公司生产的生产的浮化剂。

1.一种星光纹粉末涂料,由粉末A和荧光颜料B、浮花剂C、颜料辐射剂D混合而成,所述粉末A和荧光颜料B、浮花剂C、颜料辐射剂D的质量比为100:0.02~0.1:0.3~0.6:0.2~0.8;
所述粉末A由下列质量份数的物质组成:
树脂及固化剂     65-80
            填料             5-25
            钛白粉           5-15
            着色颜料         0-1;
所述荧光颜料B为荧光红、荧光绿、荧光蓝中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述树脂是指羧基聚酯树脂或环氧树脂;
所述固化剂指为TGIC或环氧树脂或为双氰胺;
所述填料为碳酸钙、硫酸钡、滑石粉、石英中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉;
所述着色颜料为有机颜料或无机颜料或金属颜料。

3.根据权利要求1所述的星光纹粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂为E-12型环氧树脂,环氧值为89-92。
4.根据权利要求1所述的星光纹粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的星光纹粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述硫酸钡为沉淀型硫酸钡。
6.一种制备如权利要求1所述的星光纹粉末涂料的制备工艺,其特征在于:该星光纹粉末涂料的制备工艺的步骤为:
1)、制备粉末A;
A)、按粉末A配方称取树脂及固化剂、填料、钛白粉、着色颜料并投入到高速混合机中,混合2~3分钟;
B)、熔融,然后使用双螺杆挤出机挤出,双螺杆挤出机前段Ⅰ区温度为90℃~100℃,后段Ⅱ区温度为120℃~135℃;
C)、加入到空气分级磨中粉碎,空气分级磨的主磨转速46-50H2,副磨转速为26-30H2;
D)、使用旋转筛筛分,旋转筛的目数为180目,通过旋转筛筛分后即得到的粉末A;
2)、将粉末A与荧光颜料B、浮花剂C、颜料辐射剂D按质量比为100:0.02~0.1:0.3~0.6:0.2~0.8的比例均匀混合投放高速混合机中,混合6-8分钟,即得星光纹粉末涂料。
