背景技术
目前国内一般建筑物用的内墙涂料普遍使用聚乙烯醇、钛白粉、立德粉等价格昂贵的有机涂料材料,易脱落不耐洗不防潮,且容易造成二次污染。另外石灰粉、石灰膏的沙浆粘度低,硬度和墙面抗裂度也低,水泥用量高,防潮透气性能差。瓷砖,以其庄重的质感、耐久的品质和多样的色彩广泛受到了各开发商和业主的青睐。但是,这种材料的缺点也是显而易见的:一是价格昂贵,二是施工复杂,三是与保温材料结合困难,四是安全系数低,五是瓷砖的生产原料主要是金属氧化物,瓷砖的生产工艺中又会使用大量的水和电,大量使用瓷砖会破坏环境景观,造成水土流失,不利于生态环境保护。节能、节水、美观装饰型产品大放异彩,面对当前各种不可再生资源的逐渐枯竭,节约能源并且寻找新的代替产品迫在眉睫。一方面在环保、节能的概念逐渐深入人心的今天,人们在选择建筑材料和装饰材料时,不但希望在将环保性、美观性、耐用性、易维护性、施工简便等功能集于一身,而且对于建材的节能性、可降解和可重复使用也提出了更高的要求。而现在,市场上的大部分建材产品功能单一,远远不能满足消费者的综合需求。自上世纪80年代中期始,人们对采用拉挤工艺制造热塑性塑料复合材料产生了极大兴趣。这是因为采用热塑性复合材料可避免热固性复合材料固有的环境友好性差、加工周期长和难以回收等不足,并且具有更好的综合性能,如:较强的柔韧性和抗冲击性能、良好的抗破坏能力、损伤容限高、可补塑、可焊接、生物相容性好、可回收、成型速度快及可以重复利用等特点。因此在实际应用中,不仅要考虑价格的问题,而且要考虑到质量和环保的问题。目前市面上涂料的高价格导致许多农村地区和经济落后地区,仍在大量使用对环境有污染的低档内墙建筑涂料。热塑性塑料复合材料是由热塑性塑料与木纤维或碳酸钙复合制备而成,该材料兼具木材和塑料的双重特性,热伸缩性、吸水性均比木材小,尺寸稳定性好,耐磨性和抗冲击性能高,产品可以再回收利用。

制备方法包括如下步骤:
a.将苯丙乳液、丙二醇助剂、AMP-95多功能助剂、HT-608厚浆型消泡剂按重量比例加入高速混合釜内进行低速100-300转/分钟,混合10-15分钟,搅拌成浆;
b.将天然石粉原料放入高速混合釜内混合,再加入六水硫酸镍,然后分3次加入漂白粉,其中,在第二、第三次加入漂白粉前加入2%-3%的氢氧化钠溶液,充分搅拌1小时;
c.再加入聚氧乙烯醚十二醇硫酸酯钠、交联聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷进行聚合反应,速率为3000-5000r/min,温度设定为150-180℃,充分搅拌2小时;最后分别加入硫代硫酸钠、PP增韧剂、天然石粉和颜料;将产物进行充分搅拌混合吸附,速率为5000-8000r/min,充分搅拌3小时;
d.挤压成型:将产物进行冷却挤压成型,得成品。

实施例2:一种耐候天然复合材料及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:天然石粉50-75份,苯丙乳液5-8份,丙二醇助剂3-6份,AMP-95多功能助剂3-6份,HT-608厚浆型消泡剂5-8份,六水硫酸镍0.5-1份,2%-3%的氢氧化钠溶液3-6份,聚氧乙烯醚十二醇硫酸酯钠6-8份,交联聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮5-8份,十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷3-6份,漂白粉3-5份,硫代硫酸钠0.2-0.6份,PP增韧剂3-8份,颜料适量;
制备方法包括如下步骤:
a将苯丙乳液、丙二醇助剂、AMP-95多功能助剂、HT-608厚浆型消泡剂按重量比例加入高速混合釜内进行低速100-300转/分钟,混合10-15分钟,搅拌成浆;
b.将天然石粉原料放入高速混合釜内混合,再加入六水硫酸镍,然后分3次加入漂白粉,其中,在第二、第三次加入漂白粉前加入2%-3%的氢氧化钠溶液,充分搅拌1小时;
c.再加入聚氧乙烯醚十二醇硫酸酯钠、交联聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷进行聚合反应,速率为3000-5000r/min,温度设定为150-180℃,充分搅拌2小时;最后分别加入硫代硫酸钠、PP增韧剂、天然石粉和颜料;将产物进行充分搅拌混合吸附,速率为5000-8000r/min,充分搅拌3小时;
d.挤压成型:将产物进行冷却挤压成型,得成品。
所述的颜料为0.002份。所述的天然石粉为细度在100-150目的石粉。

Claims (1)
1.一种耐候天然复合材料,其特征在于原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:天然石粉50-75份,苯丙乳液5-8份,丙二醇助剂3-6份,AMP-95多功能助剂3-6份,HT-608厚浆型消泡剂5-8份,六水硫酸镍0.5-1份,2%-3%的氢氧化钠溶液3-6份,聚氧乙烯醚十二醇硫酸酯钠6-8份,交联聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮5-8份,十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷3-6份,漂白粉3-5份,硫代硫酸钠0.2-0.6份,PP增韧剂3-8份,颜料适量;
制备方法包括如下步骤:
