技术领域
本发明涉及药物技术领域,具体来说是一种具有降血脂的药物组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
高脂血症主要是指血清总胆固醇(TC) 或甘油三酯(TG) 水平过高和( 或) 血清高密度脂蛋白- 胆固醇(HDL-C) 水平过低。高血脂是临床上一种常见病、多发病,可以单独发病,也可以继发合并许多疾病。并发症中最常见的有肥胖症、高血压、冠心病、脂肪肝、糖尿病和低血症等,严重威胁着人们的健康。
现有技术表明,红曲粉具有除湿祛痰,活血化瘀,健脾消食的功效,对高脂血症有很好的疗效,众多文献中对红曲粉的辅助降血脂作用均有描述;银杏叶具有活血化瘀,通络止痛,敛肺平喘,化浊降脂等功效,银杏叶提取物具有降血脂的功效作用,可明显降低血清总胆固醇、甘油酯,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,并有抗心肌缺血,抗氧化及改善血液流变学等作用,现有研究表明银杏叶提取物具有辅助降血脂功效;灵芝多糖具有明显降脂作用,可调节脂质代谢紊乱,同时减少氧自由基生成,清除过氧化物,保护生物膜,这对于防止高血脂症诱发的动脉粥样硬化病变具有重要的意义。
银条,又名草石蚕、罗汉菜、螺丝菜,唇形科、水苏属,一年生草本植物,是食用和药用兼备的名特蔬菜品种。河南省偃师市所产银条以洁白发亮、质地细密、节长脆嫩、味甘可口而驰名中外,银条产量占全国银条产量的95% 以上。但是现有银条大都直接出售,再加工产品仅有普通罐头、腌菜等,深加工程度较低,产品结构单一,附加值不高,这些导致了银条作为经济作物种植和开发利用较为缓慢。普洱茶,历来是云南特有的地方名茶,以云南原产地的大叶种晒青茶经再加工而成。普洱茶,性寒,苦涩,具有消肉食、逐风痰、泄热、解毒、生津止渴、降血脂等功效。刺梨,又名茨梨、木梨子,为蔷薇科植物,野生小灌木,其药用价值较高。决明子为一年生半灌木状草本;决明花黄色,荚果细长,四棱柱形;小决明植株较小,荚果较短。以其有明目之功而名之。决明子味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经;决明子润肠通便,降脂明目,治疗便秘及高血脂,高血压。清肝明目,利水通便,有缓泻作用,降血压降血脂。
发明内容
本发明是利用现有技术中的原料,提供一种治疗高血脂的药物组合物及其制备方法,该药物组合物对高血脂具有非常好的治疗效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种治疗高血脂的药物组合物,由下列重量份数的原料组成:银条粉5-23份、普洱茶提取物10-14份、刺梨提取物8-12份、银杏叶提取物7-9 份、红曲粉7-21份、灵芝提取物2-7份、燕麦膳食纤维12-17份和决明子提取物5-13份。
进一步的,由下列重量份数的原料组成:银条粉8-20份、普洱茶提取物12-13份、刺梨提取物9-12 份、银杏叶提取物7-9 份、红曲粉9-18份、灵芝提取物4-7份、燕麦膳食纤维12-17份和决明子提取物5-10份。
进一步的,由下列重量份数的原料组成:银条粉18份、普洱茶提取物12份、刺梨提取物11份、银杏叶提取物8 份、红曲粉17份、灵芝提取物6份、燕麦膳食纤维14份和决明子提取物10份。
一种治疗高血脂的药物组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将银条压榨后得银条渣和汁液;将银条渣加1-6倍的水,在40-70℃下恒温加热1-3h,过滤得提取液,合并汁液和提取液,经喷雾干燥得到水分含量≤5.0% 的银条提取物,然后粉碎得银条粉;
(2)将普洱茶加8-15倍量的水,在70-100℃下加热浸提1-3次,每次20-60min,将提取液合并,然后浓缩至密度1.05-1.20g/L 的清膏;再经微波真空干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到普洱茶提取物;
(3)将刺梨破碎,加15-25倍量40-70% 的乙醇,加热提取1-3 次,每次1-2h,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.05-1.20g/L 的清膏,微波真空干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到刺梨提取物;
(4)将决明子粉碎成粗粉,加4-6倍量75-95% 的乙醇,加热提取1-3 次,每次0.5-2h,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.05-1.20g/L 的清膏,60-80℃干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到决明子提取物;
(5)将银杏叶加10-15倍量40-70% 的乙醇,加热提取3-5 次,每次1-2 小时,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.05-1.20g/L 的清膏,微波干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到银杏叶提取物;
(6)将灵芝捣碎,加10-15倍量40-70% 的乙醇,加热提取3-5 次,每次1-2 小时,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.05-1.20g/L 的清膏,微波干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到银杏叶提取物;
(7)将上述提取物或浸膏和银条粉、燕麦膳食纤维和红曲粉混合均匀,压制成成品。
本发明的有益技术效果是:本发明中原料均为中药材,所得产品无任何毒副作用,无不良反应,也不会产生依赖作用,安全性高,见效快。

一种治疗高血脂的药物组合物,由下列重量份数的原料组成:银条粉18份、普洱茶提取物12份、刺梨提取物11份、银杏叶提取物8 份、红曲粉17份、灵芝提取物6份、燕麦膳食纤维14份和决明子提取物10份。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将银条压榨后得银条渣和汁液;将银条渣加1倍的水,在40℃下恒温加热1h,过滤得提取液,合并汁液和提取液,经喷雾干燥得到水分含量≤5.0% 的银条提取物,然后粉碎得银条粉;
(2)将普洱茶加8倍量的水,在70℃下加热浸提1次,每次20min,将提取液合并,然后浓缩至密度1.05g/L 的清膏;再经微波真空干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到普洱茶提取物;
(3)将刺梨破碎,加15倍量40% 的乙醇,加热提取1次,每次1h,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.05g/L 的清膏,微波真空干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到刺梨提取物;
(4)将决明子粉碎成粗粉,加4倍量75% 的乙醇,加热提取1次,每次0.5-2h,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.05g/L 的清膏,60℃干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到决明子提取物;
(5)将银杏叶加10倍量40%的乙醇,加热提取3 次,每次1小时,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.05g/L 的清膏,微波干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到银杏叶提取物;
(6)将灵芝捣碎,加10倍量40%的乙醇,加热提取3次,每次1小时,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.05g/L 的清膏,微波干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到银杏叶提取物;
(7)将上述提取物或浸膏和银条粉、燕麦膳食纤维和红曲粉混合均匀,压制成成品。
实施例2
一种治疗高血脂的药物组合物,由下列重量份数的原料组成:银条粉5份、普洱茶提取物14份、刺梨提取物8份、银杏叶提取物9 份、红曲粉7份、灵芝提取物7份、燕麦膳食纤维12份和决明子提取物13份。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将银条压榨后得银条渣和汁液;将银条渣加3倍的水,在50℃下恒温加热1-3h,过滤得提取液,合并汁液和提取液,经喷雾干燥得到水分含量≤5.0% 的银条提取物,然后粉碎得银条粉;

(5)将银杏叶加12倍量55% 的乙醇,加热提取4次,每次1.5小时,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.10g/L 的清膏,微波干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到银杏叶提取物;
(6)将灵芝捣碎,加13倍量55% 的乙醇,加热提取4次,每次1.5小时,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.10g/L 的清膏,微波干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到银杏叶提取物;
(7)将上述提取物或浸膏和银条粉、燕麦膳食纤维和红曲粉混合均匀,压制成成品。
实施例3
一种治疗高血脂的药物组合物,由下列重量份数的原料组成:银条粉23份、普洱茶提取物10份、刺梨提取物12份、银杏叶提取物7份、红曲粉21份、灵芝提取物2份、燕麦膳食纤维17份和决明子提取物5份。
物制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将银条压榨后得银条渣和汁液;将银条渣加6倍的水,在70℃下恒温加热3h,过滤得提取液,合并汁液和提取液,经喷雾干燥得到水分含量≤5.0% 的银条提取物,然后粉碎得银条粉;
(2)将普洱茶加15倍量的水,在100℃下加热浸提3次,每次60min,将提取液合并,然后浓缩至密度1.20g/L 的清膏;再经微波真空干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到普洱茶提取物;

(4)将决明子粉碎成粗粉,加6倍量95% 的乙醇,加热提取3 次,每次2h,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.20g/L 的清膏, 80℃干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到决明子提取物;
(5)将银杏叶加15倍量70% 的乙醇,加热提取5 次,每次2 小时,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.20g/L 的清膏,微波干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到银杏叶提取物;
(6)将灵芝捣碎,加15倍量70% 的乙醇,加热提取5 次,每次2 小时,合并提取液,浓缩至密度1.20g/L 的清膏,微波干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到银杏叶提取物;
(7)将上述提取物或浸膏和银条粉、燕麦膳食纤维和红曲粉混合均匀,压制成成品。

(1)将银条压榨后得银条渣和汁液;将银条渣加1-6倍的水,在40-70℃下恒温加热1-3h,过滤得提取液,合并汁液和提取液,经喷雾干燥得到水分含量≤5.0% 的银条提取物,然后粉碎得银条粉;
(2)将普洱茶加8-15倍量的水,在70-100℃下加热浸提1-3次,每次20-60min,将提取液合并,然后浓缩至密度1.05-1.20g/L 的清膏;再经微波真空干燥,得到含水量小于5.0% 的固体,粉碎,得到普洱茶提取物;
