本发明公开了一种钢构件表面处理用磷化液,按重量份计,由以下各原料组成:40-45份磷酸、22-30份丙烯酸、12-15份酒石酸、8-12份二甲苯、6-8份二氧化钛、0.5-0.8份醋酸丁酯、1.3-2.6份三氧化二铬、3.5-5.5份氢氧化钠、2-6份磷酸钠、3-8份焦亚硫酸钠、6-10份焦磷酸钠、6-10份碳酸氢钠。本发明既有良好的除锈效果,又能在金属表面形成防腐层,特别是对已生锈的钢铁表面进行处理时可除掉锈,处理后的金属表面形成一层平整光洁致密的磷化层,以达到防止金属腐蚀的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种磷化液的技术领域,尤其涉及一种钢构件表面处理用磷化液。
 
背景技术
金属表面,特别是钢铁表面,与周围介质接触会因氧化腐蚀而生锈。其锈蚀层的主要成分是金属氧化物或氢氧化物等,这样的锈层结构疏松、多孔,并具有吸湿性,从而加快金属的腐蚀速度,使金属制品迅速遭到破坏。
目前,现有的对金属表面进行处理的方法,不但工序复杂、劳动强度大(尤其是处理已生锈的金属构件)、效率低,而且污染环境。特别是除锈后,金属构件又面临着生锈的问题,需要再进行防锈处理或防腐处理。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种钢构件表面处理用磷化液,既有良好的除锈效果,又能在金属表面形成防腐层,特别是对已生锈的钢铁表面进行处理时可除掉锈,处理后的金属表面形成一层平整光洁致密的磷化层,以达到防止金属腐蚀的效果。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种钢构件表面处理用磷化液,按重量份计,由以下各原料组成:40-45份磷酸、22-30份丙烯酸、12-15份酒石酸、8-12份二甲苯、6-8份二氧化钛、0.5-0.8份醋酸丁酯、1.3-2.6份三氧化二铬、3.5-5.5份氢氧化钠、2-6份磷酸钠、3-8 份焦亚硫酸钠、6-10 份焦磷酸钠、6-10 份碳酸氢钠、3-5份硅油、4-6份甲酸、3-6份甲基四胺、5.5-8.5份丙三醇、3-5份琥珀酸、2-4份正硅酸乙酯缩合物、20-30份蒸馏水;
其具体制备方法如下:
在搅拌罐中,先将磷酸、丙烯酸、酒石酸、二甲苯、二氧化钛、蒸馏水加入,开动搅拌,转速350-450转/分,再先依次加入醋酸丁酯、三氧化二铬、氢氧化钠、磷酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、焦磷酸钠、碳酸氢钠,搅拌20-25min,转速550-600转/分,最后加入剩余原料搅拌约15-22min后出料,即得成品磷化液。
本发明既有良好的除锈效果,又能在金属表面形成防腐层,特别是对已生锈的钢铁表面进行处理时可除掉锈,处理后的金属表面形成一层平整光洁致密的磷化层,以达到防止金属腐蚀的效果。
 
具体实施方式
一种钢构件表面处理用磷化液,按重量份计,由以下各原料组成:40-45份磷酸、22-30份丙烯酸、12-15份酒石酸、8-12份二甲苯、6-8份二氧化钛、0.5-0.8份醋酸丁酯、1.3-2.6份三氧化二铬、3.5-5.5份氢氧化钠、2-6份磷酸钠、3-8 份焦亚硫酸钠、6-10 份焦磷酸钠、6-10 份碳酸氢钠、3-5份硅油、4-6份甲酸、3-6份甲基四胺、5.5-8.5份丙三醇、3-5份琥珀酸、2-4份正硅酸乙酯缩合物、20-30份蒸馏水;
其具体制备方法如下:
在搅拌罐中,先将磷酸、丙烯酸、酒石酸、二甲苯、二氧化钛、蒸馏水加入,开动搅拌,转速350-450转/分,再先依次加入醋酸丁酯、三氧化二铬、氢氧化钠、磷酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、焦磷酸钠、碳酸氢钠,搅拌20-25min,转速550-600转/分,最后加入剩余原料搅拌约15-22min后出料,即得成品磷化液。

1.一种钢构件表面处理用磷化液,按重量份计,其特征在于,由以下各原料组成:40-45份磷酸、22-30份丙烯酸、12-15份酒石酸、8-12份二甲苯、6-8份二氧化钛、0.5-0.8份醋酸丁酯、1.3-2.6份三氧化二铬、3.5-5.5份氢氧化钠、2-6份磷酸钠、3-8 份焦亚硫酸钠、6-10 份焦磷酸钠、6-10 份碳酸氢钠、3-5份硅油、4-6份甲酸、3-6份甲基四胺、5.5-8.5份丙三醇、3-5份琥珀酸、2-4份正硅酸乙酯缩合物、20-30份蒸馏水;
其具体制备方法如下:
在搅拌罐中,先将磷酸、丙烯酸、酒石酸、二甲苯、二氧化钛、蒸馏水加入,开动搅拌,转速350-450转/分,再先依次加入醋酸丁酯、三氧化二铬、氢氧化钠、磷酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、焦磷酸钠、碳酸氢钠,搅拌20-25min,转速550-600转/分,最后加入剩余原料搅拌约15-22min后出料,即得成品磷化液。
