本发明公开了一种抗菌防霉冰箱门封条PVC粒料,其特征是由下述重量份的原料制成:PVCSG-510-20,PVCSG-320-30,醋酸丁酸纤维素1-2,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2-0.4,石油磺酸钠0.2-0.4,硬脂酸钠0.2-0.4,环氧大豆油10-20,棕榈油1-2,蓖麻油1-2,海藻酸丙二醇酯0.1-0.2,季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.1-0.2,山梨醇酐单油酸酯0.1-0.2,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯30-40,改性助剂2-4。本发明的冰箱门封条PVC粒料含天然提取物茶多酚、迷迭香酸等,既具有抗菌防霉的功效,又安全环保;具有良好的耐光性、耐寒性、耐老化性、防火阻燃性和机械性能,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC材料领域,具体涉及一种冰箱门封条PVC粒料及其制备方法。
背景技术
冰箱门封条是在冰箱门体和箱体之间用来密封的一种冰箱配件,其作用在于作用在于保证冰箱保鲜效果,同时还能延长冰箱的使用寿命。冰箱常用于储存食品,日常接触次数多,易滋生细菌、霉菌等有害微生物,从而威胁人体健康。而常用的化学类杀菌防霉剂也存在潜在的危害。茶多酚作为一种天然植物提取物,具有广谱抗菌性,能抗菌防霉、防辐射、抗氧化、消除异味,是一种安全低毒的天然活性物质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种冰箱门封条PVC粒料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种冰箱门封条PVC粒料,其由下述重量份的原料制成:
PVC SG-5 10-20,PVC SG-3 20-30,醋酸丁酸纤维素1-2,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2-0.4,石油磺酸钠0.2-0.4,硬脂酸钠0.2-0.4,环氧大豆油10-20,棕榈油1-2,蓖麻油1-2,海藻酸丙二醇酯0.1-0.2,季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.1-0.2,山梨醇酐单油酸酯0.1-0.2,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯30-40,改性助剂2-4;
改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
云母粉15-20,竹炭粉10-15,麦饭石粉3-5,三乙醇胺1-2,茶多酚0.5-1,鼠尾草酸0.2-0.4,迷迭香酸0.1-0.2,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 1-2,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.5-1;
改性助剂的制备方法:
将云母粉和竹炭粉混合后加入三乙醇胺,研磨均匀后加入适量乙醇,超声分散5-10min后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550并搅拌均匀,再加入其余原料,800-1000r/min搅拌20-30min,过滤后真空干燥,研磨至800-1000目,即得。
一种冰箱门封条PVC粒料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PVC SG-5、PVC SG-3、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、环氧大豆油混合后搅拌20-30min,50-100目筛过滤后加入醋酸丁酸纤维素、聚二甲基硅氧烷、石油磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠搅拌5-10min,最后加入其余原料800-1000r/min搅拌15-30min;
(2)将(1)中得到的物料先加热至110-130℃捏合5-10min,再冷却至50-60℃搅拌5-10min,出料、造粒并分装,即得。
本发明的优点是:
1. 添加了天然提取物茶多酚、迷迭香酸、鼠尾草酸,既达到抗菌防霉的功效,又安全环保,避免了使用化学防霉防腐剂对人体的潜在威胁。
2. 使用低毒塑化剂环氧大豆油和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯,提高了产品安全性和对环境的友好性,同时使封条具有良好的耐寒性;通过对配方和工艺的调整,使产品具有良好的耐光性、耐老化性、防火阻燃性和机械性能。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
实施例1
一种冰箱门封条PVC粒料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
PVC SG-5 15,PVC SG-3 25,醋酸丁酸纤维素1.5,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3,石油磺酸钠0.3,硬脂酸钠0.3,环氧大豆油15,棕榈油1.5,蓖麻油1.5,海藻酸丙二醇酯0.15,季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.15,山梨醇酐单油酸酯0.15,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯35,改性助剂3;
其中,改性助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
云母粉18,竹炭粉12,麦饭石粉4,三乙醇胺1.5,茶多酚0.8,鼠尾草酸0.3,迷迭香酸0.15,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 1.5,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.8;
改性助剂的制备方法:
将云母粉、麦饭石粉和竹炭粉混合后加入三乙醇胺,研磨均匀后加入适量乙醇,超声分散10min后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550并搅拌均匀,再加入其余原料,1000r/min搅拌30min,过滤后真空干燥,研磨至1000目,即得。
冰箱门封条PVC粒料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将PVC SG-5、PVC SG-3、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、环氧大豆油混合后搅拌20min,100目筛过滤后加入醋酸丁酸纤维素、聚二甲基硅氧烷、石油磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠搅拌10min,最后加入其余原料1000r/min搅拌15min;
(2)将(1)中得到的物料先加热至110℃捏合5min,再冷却至50℃搅拌10min,出料、造粒并分装,即得。
经产品性能检验,本实施例的PVC粒料测试结果如下:
根据GBT 1040-2006方法测得拉伸强度12.5MPa,断裂伸长率320%。

1.一种抗菌防霉冰箱门封条PVC粒料,其特征在于其由下述重量份的原料制成:
PVC SG-5 10-20,PVC SG-3 20-30,醋酸丁酸纤维素1-2,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2-0.4,石油磺酸钠0.2-0.4,硬脂酸钠0.2-0.4,环氧大豆油10-20,棕榈油1-2,蓖麻油1-2,海藻酸丙二醇酯0.1-0.2,季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.1-0.2,山梨醇酐单油酸酯0.1-0.2,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯30-40,改性助剂2-4;
所述改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
云母粉15-20,竹炭粉10-15,麦饭石粉3-5,三乙醇胺1-2,茶多酚0.5-1,鼠尾草酸0.2-0.4,迷迭香酸0.1-0.2,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 1-2,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.5-1;
所述改性助剂的制备方法是:
将云母粉、麦饭石粉和竹炭粉混合后加入三乙醇胺,研磨均匀后加入适量乙醇,超声分散5-10min后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550并搅拌均匀,再加入其余原料,800-1000r/min搅拌20-30min,过滤后真空干燥,研磨至800-1000目,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门封条PVC粒料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PVC SG-5、PVC SG-3、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、环氧大豆油混合后搅拌20-30min,50-100目筛过滤后加入醋酸丁酸纤维素、聚二甲基硅氧烷、石油磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠搅拌5-10min,最后加入其余原料800-1000r/min搅拌15-30min;
(2)将(1)中得到的物料先加热至110-130℃捏合5-10min,再冷却至50-60℃搅拌5-10min,出料、造粒并分装,即得。
