本发明涉及一种食品化工的技术领域,具体地说是一种食品防腐剂。
背景技术
近年来,食品安全越来越受大众的重视,食品中添加的防腐剂毒性是否超标,也得到大众的关注。通常,在食品中添加防腐剂是防止食品腐败变质,延长保存时间。但目前常用的食品防腐剂是苯甲酸钠,其价格低廉,在我国仍然普通使用,它的缺点就是毒性偏高,安全性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全和适用范围广的食品防腐剂。
本发明的技术方案是提供一种食品防腐剂,所述各原料按重量组份:山梨酸钾8-12份、丙酸钙8-12份、乳酸钠8-12份、天然防腐抑菌剂30-50份。
进一步地说,所述天然防腐抑菌剂包括大蒜素、茶多酚、甲壳素的其中一种或几种。
本发明的优点是加入天然防腐抑菌剂,减少化学制剂,使其更加安全,适用范围更广。

本发明结合以下实施例作进一步描述,
实施例1,一种食品防腐剂,所述各原料按重量组份:山梨酸钾8份、丙酸钙8份、乳酸钠8份、天然防腐抑菌剂30份。所述天然防腐抑菌剂包括大蒜素、茶多酚、甲壳素的其中一种或几种。
实施例2,一种食品防腐剂,所述各原料按重量组份:山梨酸钾10份、丙酸钙10份、乳酸钠10份、天然防腐抑菌剂40份。所述天然防腐抑菌剂包括大蒜素、茶多酚、甲壳素的其中一种或几种。
实施例3,一种食品防腐剂,所述各原料按重量组份:山梨酸钾12份、丙酸钙12份、乳酸钠12份、天然防腐抑菌剂50份。所述天然防腐抑菌剂包括大蒜素、茶多酚、甲壳素的其中一种或几种。
