本发明涉及一种保鲜剂,具体地说是一种食品保鲜剂。
背景技术
保鲜剂已经不是单一的直接与需要保鲜的食品接触,大多是采用放置于保鲜包中使用,而在众多的保鲜剂产品中,都是采用工业化批量生产出的保鲜剂,适用于食品流通领域,而家庭往往很少使用。现有的食品保鲜剂,效果不理想,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生产成本低、效果理想的食品保鲜剂。
本发明的技术方案是一种食品保鲜剂,所述各材料按重量百分比:海藻酸钠0.5-2%、氯化钙1-5%、柠檬酸0.15-0.2%、壳聚糖0.05-0.2%、水余量。
本发明的优点是保鲜效果显著、生产成本低廉。

实施例3,一种食品保鲜剂,所述各材料按重量百分比:海藻酸钠2%、氯化钙5%、柠檬酸0.2%、壳聚糖0.2%、水余量。
