背景技术
在用山药作原料制作蜜饯时，山药在去皮后，需要对其进行护色处理，否则会影响其色泽，进而影响产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足，提供一种山药护色处理剂。
为达到上述目的，本发明采取了如下的技术方案：
一种山药护色处理剂，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
亚硫酸钠：2～5，亚硫酸钾：1～3，葡萄糖酸锌：2～4，
柠檬酸钠：1～3，山梨糖醇：3～5，维生素C：0.1～0.3，
苯甲酸钠：1～3，水：200～400。
所述的山药护色处理剂的制备工艺为：按配比，将各组分混合，搅拌分散均匀后即可得成品。
与现有技术相比，本发明可以防止山药褐变，使果块糖制后色泽明亮，并有防腐、增加细胞透性、利于渗糖等优点。
