轻型车排气管浇注工艺,其特征在于包括以下工艺过程:将浇口的位置从边侧移到排气管中间的管口部位,使铁水从两个管口注入型腔,从而型腔内的气体在上升铁水推动下,分别由两处浇注通道排出,与此同时又及时的调整了芯头的间隙。本发明由于间隙的严密,铁水不外溢,防止封死芯头,既利于排气又减少飞边铁刺,从而解决排气管的气孔产生的根源,提高了产品合格率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种浇注工艺装备,特别表现在灰铸铁件和球磨铸铁件的生产工艺中,轻型车排气管浇注工艺。
背景技术
在目前的铸造生产中首先根据技术资料要求设计,包括浇口冒口为一体的金属型,并用该型具制做需要电加热覆膜砂,才能完成的砂壳,砂芯制品。
各种半成品铸件砂型需要经过人工组壳,合芯等程序完成浇注前的成品砂型制品。因此工艺生产出的产品需要投入大量的工时,原料及电费,生产效率低,成品率低,打磨也麻烦,工时消耗多。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为克服上述现有技术存在问题与不足,而提供一种轻型车排气管浇注工艺。
采用的技术方案是:
轻型车排气管浇注工艺,其特征在于包括以下工艺过程:
将浇口的位置从边侧移到排气管中间的管口部位,使铁水从两个管口注入型腔,从而型腔内的气体在上升铁水推动下,分别由两处浇注通道排出,与此同时又及时的调整了芯头的间隙。
本发明由于间隙的严密,铁水不外溢,防止封死芯头,即利于排气又减少飞边铁刺,从而解决排气管的气孔产生的根源,提高了产品合格率。
