本发明一种人参薏仁粉,属于药膳技术领域;本发明的目的是提供一种具备养生功效的粉剂冲剂,具体功效为补血益气;本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种人参薏仁粉,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:生晒参4-6份,黄芪4-6份,薏苡仁2-4份,枸杞2-4份,核桃仁4-6份,花生仁2-4份;将所述原料分别低温烘干至水分不高于18wt%,然后粉碎成末,混合均匀,按每25g混合料封装小袋,得到人参薏仁粉。

技术领域
本发明一种人参薏仁粉,属于药膳技术领域。
背景技术
人参历来被视为百草之王。《神农本草经》是现存最早的中药学专著,记载着中国4000年前就已经形成的人参药用的精髓:“人参,味甘微寒,主补五脏,安精神,定魂魄,止惊悸,除邪气,明目,开心益智。久服,轻身延年。一名人衔,一名鬼盖。生山谷。”
生晒参的功效有:1、大补元气:适于元气虚脱、面色苍白、心悸不安、虚汗不止,兼有冷汗淋漓、四肢不温脉微欲绝者;2、补脾益肺:可治脾、肺气虚。脾胃虚弱、倦怠无力、呕吐泄泻;肺气不足、咳喘乏力、易感风寒;3、生津止渴:用于津伤口渴、身热烦渴、汗出体倦、脉数无力,属内热而气阴不足者;4、安神增智:主治气血不足引起的心神不安,失眠健忘。
生晒参的家常用法多为炖鸡或清蒸鸡。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具备养生功效的人参薏仁粉剂型冲剂,具体功效为补血益气。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种人参薏仁粉,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:生晒参4-6份,黄芪4-6份,薏苡仁2-4份,枸杞2-4份,核桃仁4-6份,花生仁2-4份。
制备方法为,将所述原料分别低温(不高于60℃)烘干至水分不高于18wt%,然后粉碎成末,混合均匀,按每25g混合料封装小袋,得到人参薏仁粉。
粉碎粒度为800-1000目,也可更细。
服用方法为:每袋人参薏仁粉加开水300-500ml冲泡后饮服。
本发明中中药材辅料的功效如下:
生晒参,味甘、微苦,性温,具有大补元气,复脉固脱,益气摄血的功效;
黄芪,味甘,性温,具有补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌的功效;
薏苡仁,味甘、淡,性微寒,具有利湿健脾,舒筋除痹,清热排脓的功效;
枸杞,性平,味甘,具有滋补肝肾,益精明目的功效;
核桃仁,性温,味甘,具有温补肺肾,定喘润肠的功效;
花生仁,味甘,性平,无毒,具有健脾养胃,润肺化痰的功效。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的人参薏仁粉冲泡即食,使用方便,具有补元气、生津液,活血安神的功效。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种人参薏仁粉,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:生晒参4份,黄芪4份,薏苡仁2份,枸杞3份,核桃仁4份,花生仁3份;
制备方法为,将所述原料分别55℃低温下烘干至水分15-18wt%,然后粉碎成末,混合均匀,按每25g混合料封装小袋,得到人参薏仁粉。
实施例2
一种人参薏仁粉,由以下重量份配比的原料组成:生晒参4份,黄芪5份,薏苡仁2份,枸杞2份,核桃仁5份,花生仁2份;
制备方法为,将所述原料分别55℃低温下烘干至水分15-18wt%,然后粉碎成末,混合均匀,按每25g混合料封装小袋,得到人参薏仁粉。

制备方法为,将所述原料分别60℃低温下烘干至水分15-18wt%,然后粉碎成末,混合均匀,按每25g混合料封装小袋,得到人参薏仁粉。

1.一种人参薏仁粉,其特征在于由以下重量份配比的原料组成:
生晒参4-6份,黄芪4-6份,薏苡仁2-4份,枸杞2-4份,核桃仁4-6份,花生仁2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人参薏仁粉的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述原料分别低温烘干至水分不高于18wt%,然后粉碎成末,混合均匀,按每25g混合料封装小袋,得到人参薏仁粉。
3.根据权利要求2所得的一种人参薏仁粉的服用方法为:每袋人参薏仁粉加开水300-500ml冲泡后饮服。
