Abstract

Description

具有改进的粘附性的密封设备
技术领域
本发明涉及特别是建筑领域中的基材和基底的密封领域。
背景技术
必须对水密封的基材和基底,特别是混凝土结构,在地上建筑和地下建筑中被大量使用。这种基材和基底通常通过沥青幅面(-bahnen)或机械固定的塑料幅面进行密封。然而由于热塑性行为,沥青幅面易受温度波动的影响。相反,弹性塑料幅面具有在较宽温度范围内恒定的弹性行为并且因此即使在极端温度条件下仍然满足其作为密封件的功能。塑料幅面与沥青的组合由于具有大量缺点而不被使用。其中的一个问题特别在于,在与沥青组合的塑料幅面和基材或基底之间必须存在良好的粘附结合,这当然包括所有中间层的粘附。特别地,由于所涉及的材料,塑料薄膜和沥青之间的粘附性和相容性是非常难以解决的问题。
所述体系还具有的巨大缺点在于,为了完全熔融沥青必须产生大的热功率,这通常需要使用明火。这一方面是昂贵的,另一方面所述明火的难以控制的高的热功率可能造成阴燃(Schwelbrand)。此外,在使用塑料幅面的情况下,所述体系规定必须在紧接着熔融沥青之后施加塑料幅面,这使得塑料幅面的预先定位是不可能的。此外,在熔融沥青之后在施加密封材料之前不可以踩踏基底。
发明内容
本发明的目的因此在于提供一种密封设备,所述密封设备不具有现有技术的缺点,可以特别简单和合理地制造和施加,并且造成密封设备和基材或基底之间的良好的粘附结合。还应当保证高的不透水性。
出人意料地发现,使用密封设备可以解决所述问题。这种密封设备允许以迅速和成本有效的方法和方式密封基材或基底,特别是混凝土结构。
进一步发现,使用优选的实施方案可以简单地克服现有技术的主要问题,即粘附剂沥青的均匀和受控的施加,因此可以在密封件的制造时简便地提高品质保证。
另一个巨大优点在于,在工业过程中必要的粘附剂可以受控地分布和固定至阻隔层上,并且阻隔层与粘附剂(即粘附层)可以预先制好地在建筑工地上使用。特别有利的是,可以避免使用浇注式沥青(Gussbitumen)。
此外,即使在没有明火的情况下所述密封设备仍然可以施加在基底上,这特别是安全技术上的优点。
另一个巨大优点在于,由于粘附层的特性,在施加至基底上之前能够可移动地设置密封设备。当设置在合适位置时,可以随后通过加热粘附层从而使密封设备与基底牢固结合。
本发明的其他方面为其他独立权利要求的主题。本发明的特别优选的实施方案为从属权利要求的主题。
具体实施方式
本发明在第一方面涉及密封设备1,所述密封设备1包括
·阻隔层2,所述阻隔层2包含热塑性聚合物P1,
·以及粘附层3,所述粘附层3包含
o聚合物P2,其中聚合物P2为聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)或乙烯和丙烯的共聚物,以及
o基于聚烯烃的聚合物P3,其中聚合物P3具有至少一个官能团,所述官能团选自羧酸、OH-基团、酸酐、乙酸酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,以及
o偶氮二甲酰胺A。
阻隔层2优选与粘附层3直接结合。术语“直接结合”理解为在两种材料之间不存在其它层或物质并且两种材料直接彼此结合或者紧靠粘附。在两种材料之间的过渡处两种材料可以相互混入。粘附层3可以整个表面地或不连续地(特别是整个表面)与阻隔层2结合。
图1显示了所述密封设备1的结构,所述密封设备1包括阻隔层2以及粘附层3,其中阻隔层2与粘附层3直接结合。
如果阻隔层2与粘附层3直接结合,则是有利的,因为由此可以例如共挤出阻隔层和粘附层并且还保证两个层的良好结合。
如果阻隔层2与粘附层3直接结合,则特别优选的是,阻隔层和粘附层包含与另一个层的聚合物相容,特别是可均匀混合的聚合物。
特别有利的是,阻隔层2的热塑性聚合物P1为聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)或乙烯和丙烯的共聚物。
如果阻隔层2具有上述优选的聚合物P1,则当粘附层3的聚合物P2为聚乙烯(PE)时,所述聚合物P1优选为聚乙烯(PE)。相应地,如果粘附层3的聚合物P2为聚丙烯(PP),则阻隔层2优选具有聚合物P1,所述聚合物P1为聚丙烯(PP)。
还优选地,阻隔层2具有大于40重量%的上文作为优选聚合物P1所述的聚合物P1,以阻隔层2的总重量计。
特别优选地,阻隔层2具有70-100重量%、特别是90-100重量%、特别是95-100重量%的聚合物P1,所述聚合物P1选自聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)和乙烯和丙烯的共聚物,以阻隔层2中包含的聚合物的总重量计。
为了尽可能适合作为阻隔层2,阻隔层2应当尽可能不透水并且即使在水(或水分)的长期影响下也不分解或机械损坏。
阻隔层2包含热塑性聚合物P1。优选地,热塑性聚合物P1为热塑性聚烯烃和/或聚氯乙烯(PVC)。
特别优选地,热塑性聚合物P1为选自如下的聚合物:高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚酰胺(PA)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、氯磺化的聚乙烯和基于聚烯烃的热塑性弹性体(TPO)。
最优选地,热塑性聚合物P1为选自如下的聚合物:聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)和乙烯和丙烯的共聚物。
特别地,例如现有技术中出于密封目的已经用在地上建筑和地下建筑中的那些的膜适合作为阻隔层。为了在将密封设备施加至基底上时尽可能少地由于加热而造成损坏或变化,特别有利的是,阻隔层由软化点超过70℃,优选在80℃和110℃之间的材料制得。阻隔层应当有利地具有至少低程度的弹性,从而可以克服例如密封设备和基材或基底之间的由于温度造成的膨胀差异或由于基底中的开裂造成的应力,而不会使阻隔层损坏或开裂和可能损害阻隔层的密封功能。
优选地,阻隔层2具有0.1-10mm、特别是1-5mm的厚度。
优选地,阻隔层2在面向粘附层3的一侧上具有发泡部分2a。这例如显示在图2中。这是有利的,因为需要较少的能量输入来加热粘附层。此外还可以使用热源进行加热,热源的热输入不太容易控制。
还有利的是,阻隔层的发泡部分2a的厚度为阻隔层2的总厚度的20–80%、特别是45–65%。
优选地,阻隔层的发泡部分2a具有200–700kg/m3,特别是300–500kg/m3的密度。
粘附层3包含聚合物P2,其中聚合物P2为聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)或乙烯和丙烯的共聚物。
粘附层3包含基于聚烯烃的聚合物P3,其中聚合物P3具有至少一个官能团,所述官能团选自羧酸、OH-基团、酸酐、乙酸酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯。
优选地,聚合物P3为选自如下的聚合物:
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,特别是马来酸酐官能化的LDPE或马来酸酐官能化的HDPE(PE-MAH);
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯(PP-MAH);
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物;

特别优选地,聚合物P3为选自如下的聚合物:
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,特别是马来酸酐官能化的LDPE或马来酸酐官能化的HDPE(PE-MAH);
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯(PP-MAH);
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物(PE/PP-MAH);

·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物。
特别是当聚合物P3为如下时,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯,或
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物,
聚合物P3的份额优选为1–18重量%、特别是2.5–15重量%、优选5–12重量%、最优选8–12重量%,以(聚合物P2+聚合物P3+偶氮二甲酰胺A)的总和的总重量计。这特别有助于在混凝土上的良好粘附性。
特别是当聚合物P3为如下时,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯,或
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物,
优选地,(偶氮二甲酰胺A):(聚合物P3)的比例=0.1–1.2,特别是0.3–0.8,优选0.4–0.6。
这特别有助于在混凝土上的良好粘附性。
还有利的是,以(聚合物P2+聚合物P3+偶氮二甲酰胺A)的总和的总重量计,聚合物P3的份额为5–12重量%,特别是8–12重量%,
并且以(聚合物P2+聚合物P3+偶氮二甲酰胺A)的总和的总重量计,偶氮二甲酰胺A的份额为3–7重量%,特别是4–6重量%。
特别有利的是,聚合物P3为
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯,或
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物。
这特别有助于在混凝土上的良好粘附性。
可以有利的是,以(聚合物P2+聚合物P3+偶氮二甲酰胺A)的总和的总重量计,聚合物P3的份额为2.5–15重量%、特别是8–12重量%,
并且以(聚合物P2+聚合物P3+偶氮二甲酰胺A)的总和的总重量计,偶氮二甲酰胺A的份额为0.5–5重量%、特别是1–3重量%。
出人意料地发现,由此实现了在用基于环氧树脂的底漆预处理过的混凝土表面上的特别良好的粘附性。
当聚合物P3为如下时,特别如此:
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯,或
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物。
所述基于环氧树脂的底漆具有在室温下可流动的稠度并且通常通过刮涂、喷涂或浇铸施加在基底上。应注意,术语“可流动”不仅表示液体材料,而且还表示更高粘度的蜂蜜状至糊状材料,其形状在地球引力的影响下会调整。
其特别为双组份环氧树脂组合物,特别是其一个(即第一)组分包含环氧树脂、特别是基于双酚A-二缩水甘油醚的环氧树脂,而另一个(即第二)组分包含固化剂、特别是多胺或多硫醇的那些双组份环氧树脂组合物。还有利地,所述环氧树脂组合物为稀液状的,特别是具有低于10000mPas、优选在10和1000mPas之间的粘度。特别优选适合作为双组份环氧树脂组合物的是稀液状的双组份环氧树脂组合物,例如通过商标名或Sika由Sika Deutschland GmbH或Sika Schweiz AG销售的那些。
还有利的是,以粘附层的总重量计,粘附层3具有<1重量%、特别是0–0.5重量%、优选0–0.1重量%的环氧树脂,最优选不具有环氧树脂。在本文献中,术语“环氧树脂”理解为固体环氧树脂和液体环氧树脂。
这特别有助于特别是在混凝土上,尤其是在用环氧树脂底漆预处理过的混凝土上的更好的粘附性。
特别有利的是,聚合物P2和聚合物P3彼此相容,特别是可彼此均匀混合。
如果聚合物P2为聚乙烯(PE),则有利的是,聚合物P3为基于聚乙烯的聚合物P3,其中聚合物P3具有至少一个官能团,所述官能团选自羧酸、OH-基团、酸酐、乙酸酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯。特别优选地,在该情况下聚合物P3为马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,特别是马来酸酐官能化的LDPE或马来酸酐官能化的HDPE(PE-MAH)。

为了降低偶氮二甲酰胺(也被称为偶氮双甲酰胺或二氮烯二羧酸二酰胺)的活化温度,可能例如有利的是,通常以10–50重量%的量向偶氮二甲酰胺中加入催化剂例如氧化锌或脲,以偶氮二甲酰胺A的总重量计。
优选地,粘附层3在23℃下无粘性。在整个本文献中,与粘附层3相关的术语“无粘性”被理解为即时粘附(Soforthaftung)意义上的表面粘性或这样的“粘力”,所述“粘力”在23℃下足够低使得当用拇指以约5kg的压力在粘附层表面上按压1秒时拇指不会保持粘到粘附层的表面上,或者粘附层不会被提起。因此密封设备可以容易地储存、运输和加工。
特别优选地,粘附层3包含
70-98重量%、特别是80-90重量%的聚合物P2,
1-20重量%、特别是5-15重量%的聚合物P3,所述聚合物P3优选为
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯,或
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物,
1-10重量%、特别是3-7重量%的偶氮二甲酰胺A。
优选地,粘附层3有大于50重量%、特别是大于70重量%、特别是大于80重量%、优选大于90重量%、最优选大于98重量%由上述组分P2、P3和A组成。
还优选的是,粘附层3具有0.05–0.5mm、0.1–0.3mm的厚度。
优选地,阻隔层2可以在两侧具有粘附层3,例如在图3中所示。在此,阻隔层可以具有一个或两个发泡部分,如图3中作为2a和2b显示的那样,或者不具有发泡部分。

由纤维构成的物体可以以本领域技术人员已知的不同方法制得。特别使用作为纺织物、铺织物或针织物的物体。特别优选作为纤维材料的是毡或无纺布。
优选地,载体层被引入阻隔层中,还有利的是,载体层9具有至少部分地被阻隔层2的材料渗透的空腔。这有助于阻隔层和载体层的良好结合。
还可以有利的是,阻隔层2具有被覆层10,所述被覆层10优选施加在背离粘附层3的一侧上。如果被覆层包含UV-稳定剂,则被覆层可以保护密封装置例如免于由太阳光造成的老化。如果被覆层包含颜料,则可以通过损坏位置处的被覆层的缺失发现密封设备的背离粘附层的一侧上例如由于运输或铺设而造成的损坏。
其阻隔层具有引入的载体层9以及被覆层10的密封设备例如显示在图4中。
还有利的是,密封设备1为柔性薄膜,特别是柔性幅面。其可以容易地卷绕并因此容易地储存或运输。如此,密封设备简单地到达建筑工地并且可以在建筑工地退绕并且切割成所需的尺寸。这是非常省钱和省时的工作步骤。
本发明的另一个方面涉及用于密封基材S14的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤
i)在基材S14上施加如上所述的密封设备1,其中粘附层3朝向基材S14;
ii)将密封设备1的粘附层3加热,优选加热至80-600℃的温度。
基材S14优选为地上建筑或地下建筑的希望对水分和水密封的构成物。基材S14还可以是土地、建筑物、绝缘材料或模板。基材S14可以水平或不水平。
特别地,基材S1的材料为木材、金属、金属合金、矿物粘附剂例如混凝土或石膏、塑料或隔热材料例如发泡聚氨酯、矿物棉或发泡玻璃(泡沫玻璃)。特别优选地,所述材料为木材、金属、金属合金或混凝土,特别是混凝土。最优选地,所述材料为混凝土,特别是混凝土。
在步骤i)中可以例如通过退绕密封设备或在整个表面上铺设密封设备从而进行密封设备1在基材S14上的施加。如果粘附层3为在23℃下无粘性的粘附层,则密封设备可以在步骤ii)中的加热之前合适地在基材S1上(再)定位。
加热可以以任何方法和方式进行。加热可以通过外部热源或内部热源(例如放热化学反应)实现。优选地,步骤ii)中的加热通过热空气、火焰、超声波、感应焊接或电阻加热元件进行。
粘附层3可以被直接加热,例如通过特别是通过热空气或火焰加热粘附层的表面。也有可能通过电阻加热元件,例如用设置在粘附层中的电阻加热元件(例如金属网)进行直接加热。
额外地或替代地,粘附层3也可以被间接加热,例如通过特别是通过热空气或火焰加热基材S1。然而,这需要基材S1能够承受所述热输入而无损坏。然而所述热输入通常需要较高的热输入。
如果通过火焰加热,则有利的是,粘附层3的表面每种情况下在0.1–30秒、特别是5–20秒、优选10–15秒内加热至400℃-600℃、特别是450℃-550℃、特别是480℃-520℃的温度。
步骤ii)中的加热可以在时间上在步骤i)之前和/或期间和/或之后进行。如果步骤ii)中的加热在时间上在步骤i)之前进行,则这通常在步骤i)中施用之前的短时间内,特别是在30秒内、特别是在10秒内进行步骤ii)中的加热。
图5显示了具有部分施加的密封设备1的基材S14的示意性横截面。显示的是在步骤ii)中的加热的过程中或之后的情况。一方面显示了通过热源6进行间接加热,其中通过通常通过热空气或火焰加热基材S1进行加热。箭头应当表示从热源排出热的方向。另一方面,在图5中也显示了通过热源直接加热,所述直接加热通常通过热空气或火焰进行。在图5中显示的情况下,施加密封设备1的步骤i)以及加热粘附层3的步骤ii)基本上同时进行。加热之后的粘附层3a与基材S1具有牢固的结合。由于密封设备的卷绕形状,可以在首先于基材S1上定位之后使密封设备退绕并且进行步骤i)和ii)。

基材S1‘4优选为上文作为合适和优选的基材S1所述的那些。所述方法特别适合于密封基材S1‘并且额外地使其与基材S2‘5结合。
基材S2‘5优选由上文作为合适和优选的用于基材S1的材料所述的那些材料组成。
上文描述了有利的施加和加热过程。
本发明的另一个方面涉及用于密封基材S1“4的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤
i“)在基材S1“4上施加如上所述的密封设备1,其中粘附层3朝向基材S1“4;
ii“)将密封设备1的粘附层3加热,优选加热至80-600℃的温度;

本发明的另一个方面涉及上文详细描述的密封设备1用于密封基底的用途。
密封设备通常以预制幅面的形式使用。在这种情况下,密封设备优选通过制膜车间中的工业过程进行制造并且优选以密封设备的形式到达建筑工地,然后退绕使用。然而密封设备也可以以宽度通常为1–20cm的条带的形式使用,例如用于密封两个屋顶幅面之间的结合位置。密封设备还可以以平面体的形式存在和使用从而修补密封件(例如屋顶幅面)中的损坏位置。
密封设备1的优选用途因此为用于针对水分密封地上建筑和地下建筑的建筑物(特别是屋顶和地板)的用途。
本发明的另一个方面涉及用于制备上文详细描述的密封设备1的方法,其中阻隔层2和/或粘附层3通过压延和/或挤出和/或共挤出和/或层合制得。
优选地,阻隔层2通过压延和/或共挤出与粘附层3结合。密封设备1还可以以连续材料的形式制得并且例如卷绕在卷轴上。
还可以有利的是,在制备时使阻隔层2部分发泡,从而获得阻隔层的上述发泡部分2a。这通常通过任选包含在阻隔层2中的物理和/或化学发泡剂实现。
本发明在另一个方面涉及成形体,其中通过预先加热粘附层3使成形体与密封设备1的粘附层3牢固结合。成形体通常为地上建筑或地下建筑的构成物。术语“成形体”表示具有三维形状的物体。

实施例:
使用混凝土测试体的实验
粘附层的制备:
在OMC公司的共旋转双螺杆挤出机(温度110℃、螺杆转速200转/分钟)中挤出聚合物P2、聚合物P3和任选地偶氮二甲酰胺的共混物。
测试体的制备:
首先使用两个由上述粘附层形成的层(分别具有0.8mm的厚度)通过在110℃下模压1分钟包封厚度为0.2mm的增强玻璃无纺布,由此制备测试薄膜。
如果所使用的粘附层不包含偶氮二甲酰胺,则通过放置在具有同样温度的聚四氟乙烯板上将测试薄膜加热至200℃的温度。在达到该温度时,将混凝土测试体(12X 70mm,高度25mm;Rocholl,根据ISO 13640的方法1切割)放置在加热的测试薄膜上,额外加重150g的重量并且静置2分钟。然后,从聚四氟乙烯板上取下所获得的测试体并且冷却至室温。
如果所使用的粘附层包含偶氮二甲酰胺,则将试验薄膜放置在聚四氟乙烯板上并且用工业加热吹风机以10cm的间距加热一分钟。然后将混凝土测试体(12X 70mm,高度25mm;Rocholl,根据ISO 13640的方法1切割)放置在活化的测试薄膜上,额外加重150g的重量并且静置2分钟。然后从聚四氟乙烯板上取下所获得的测试体并且冷却至室温。
施用底漆:
在图18和图21的实施例中,预先使用环氧树脂底漆(在图18的实施例中使用Sika Primer 210,在图21的实施例中使用Sikagard186,两者均来自Sika Schweiz AG)根据制造商的说明处理混凝土测试体(12X 70mm,高度25mm;Rocholl,根据ISO 13640的方法1切割)的一侧。然后将经处理的侧面放置在加热的测试薄膜上。
测试体的测量:
在所获得的试验体上通过使用拉伸试验机(Zwick)以100mm/min的恒定横梁速度进行90°剥离试验(在23℃和50%空气湿度下)。
在本文献中,术语“MFI”被理解为在190℃/2.16kg下根据标准ASTM D1238(在基于乙烯的聚合物的情况下)或在230℃/2.16kg下根据标准ISO 1133(在基于丙烯的聚合物的情况下)测得的以g/10min表示的熔体流动指数。
图12显示了由图12中所示量(以重量%表示)的聚合物P3组成的粘附层的90°剥离试验,组合物的剩余部分为聚合物P2-1。

在测量系列“不添加”中,使用由10.5重量%的图14中所示的聚合物P3和89.5重量%的P2-2组成的粘附层。
图15显示了由聚合物P2-2以及图15中所示的量的聚合物P3-5或所示的量的偶氮二甲酰胺(Azo)组成的粘附层的90°剥离试验。
图15的结果在图16中以(Azo:P3-5)的重量%比例的形式显示。

粘附层中的热输入的试验:
以两种不同厚度制备上述粘附层,一个厚度为2mm而另一个厚度为0.3mm。将首先提及的粘附层直接放置在基底(混凝土)上,在其次提及的粘附层的情况下,粘附层通过热压与厚度为1.7mm并且密度为约0.5g/cm3的泡沫层结合,然后将其(使泡沫层面向基底)放置在基底(混凝土)上。然后通过IR-辐射器(KRELUS公司,功率P=4.3kW,辐射场24cm x 56cm)以8cm的间距加热粘附层的背离基底的表面。在粘合层后方具有泡沫层的粘附层以两次快速活化。在所有经活化的粘附层中还可发现相比于未活化状态的颜色变化。

Claims (15)

1.密封设备(1),所述密封设备(1)包括
·阻隔层(2),所述阻隔层(2)包含热塑性聚合物P1,
·以及粘附层(3),所述粘附层(3)包含
o聚合物P2,其中聚合物P2为聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)或乙烯和丙烯的共聚物,以及
o基于聚烯烃的聚合物P3,其中聚合物P3具有至少一个官能团,所述官能团选自羧酸、OH-基团、酸酐、乙酸酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,以及
o偶氮二甲酰胺A。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封设备,其特征在于,聚合物P3为选自如下的聚合物:
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,特别是马来酸酐官能化的LDPE或马来酸酐官能化的HDPE(PE-MAH);
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯(PP-MAH);
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物(PE/PP-MAH);
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物(EVA-MAH);
·乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯-共聚物(EVA);
·甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯官能化的聚乙烯(PE-GMA),和
·乙烯-丙烯酸-共聚物(EAA)。
3.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的密封设备,其特征在于,聚合物P3为
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯,或
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物。
4.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的密封设备,其特征在于,聚合物P3为
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯,或
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物
其中以(聚合物P2+聚合物P3+偶氮二甲酰胺A)的总和的总重量计,聚合物P3的份额为1–18重量%,特别是2.5–15重量%,优选5–12重量%,最优选8–12重量%。
5.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的密封设备,其特征在于,聚合物P3为
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯,或
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物
并且比例(偶氮二甲酰胺A):(聚合物P3)=0.1–1.2,特别是0.3–0.8,优选0.4–0.6。
6.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的密封设备,其特征在于,聚合物P3为
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯,或
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物
并且以(聚合物P2+聚合物P3+偶氮二甲酰胺A)的总和的总重量计,聚合物P3的份额为5–12重量%、特别是8–12重量%,
并且以(聚合物P2+聚合物P3+偶氮二甲酰胺A)的总和的总重量计,偶氮二甲酰胺A的份额为3–7重量%、特别是4–6重量%。
7.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的密封设备,其特征在于,聚合物P3为
·马来酸酐官能化的聚乙烯,
·马来酸酐官能化的聚丙烯,或
·马来酸酐官能化的乙烯和丙烯的共聚物
并且以(聚合物P2+聚合物P3+偶氮二甲酰胺A)的总和的总重量计,聚合物P3的份额为2.5–15重量%、特别是8–12重量%,
并且以(聚合物P2+聚合物P3+偶氮二甲酰胺A)的总和的总重量计,偶氮二甲酰胺A的份额为0.5–5重量%、特别是1–3重量%。
8.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的密封设备,其特征在于,以粘附层的总重量计,粘附层(3)具有<1重量%,特别是0–0.5重量%,优选0–0.1重量%的环氧树脂,最优选不具有环氧树脂。
9.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的密封设备,其特征在于,阻隔层(2)在朝向粘附层(3)的侧面上具有发泡部分(2a)。
10.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的密封设备,其特征在于,粘附层(3)在23℃下无粘性。
11.用于密封基材S1(4)的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤
