本发明公开了一种防水膜,包括通过防水粘连剂粘黏的防水层和保护层,所述防水层是由以下组分的成份构成,聚氨酯50‑60份,增韧剂10‑15份,聚乙烯树脂8‑10份,纳米蒙脱士20‑25份,玻璃纤维2‑6份,增韧母料25‑30份,相容剂2‑5份,环氧树脂2‑6份,碳酸钙2‑6份,纳米二氧化钛溶胶3‑7份,埃洛石纳米管1‑5份。还提供了一种防水膜的制造方法。该防水膜,在保证防水效果的前提下,增加了膜的强度和韧性,避免在拉扯和铺设的过程中发生撕裂的情况,防水效果稳定。

一种防水膜及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于防水膜技术领域,具体涉及一种防水膜及其制造方法。
背景技术
片状防水膜层压制品因应用于混凝土和其它基材中而众所周知。这些层压制品通常包含载体片材和压敏胶粘剂层。在许多应用中,防水片状材料被施加于已形成的混凝土基材中,例如建筑地基。在此类情况下,抵靠着固化的混凝土表面来施加膜的胶粘剂层。在另一项技术中,将防水膜粘附至混凝土模板或隔热层,其中载体片材抵靠隔热层并且胶粘剂部分面向其中灌注有混凝土的腔。膜的胶粘剂部分将粘附至新鲜灌注的混凝土,从而在去除隔热层之后,在固化的混凝土表面上提供充分粘附的防水膜。该项技术有时被称为“盲侧”防水。类似的方法可用于水平表面上,其中膜被施加于压实的土壤或砂砾或混凝土板上,其中胶粘剂部分面朝上,然后抵靠该膜浇注混凝土。
而该防水膜在实际施工中由于防水膜韧性和强度不足,容易出现破裂穿刺的情况,从而造成废料,影响施工进度,防水稳定性不足,所以需要更新设计解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水膜及其制造方法投入使用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防水膜,包括通过防水粘连剂粘黏的防水层和保护层,所述防水层是由以下组分的成份构成,
聚氨酯50-60份,增韧剂10-15份,聚乙烯树脂8-10份,纳米蒙脱士20-25份,玻璃纤维2-6份,增韧母料25-30份,相容剂2-5份,环氧树脂2-6份,碳酸钙2-6份,纳米二氧化钛溶胶3-7份,埃洛石纳米管1-5份。
优选的,所述聚氨酯中混有1-3份的铝箔。
优选的,所述增韧母料为EVA或高胶粉。
优选的,所述防水层的两侧面均铺设有保护层。
优选的,所述保护层为PP仿粘无纺布层,且增韧剂为PMMA塑料薄膜增韧剂。
本案还提供了一种防水膜的制造方法包括以下步骤,
S1、取适量组分的聚氨酯投入加热罐中持续加热20-30分钟;
S2、将S1步骤中熔融的聚氨酯投入混料机,在投入纳米蒙脱士、聚乙烯树脂、环氧树脂、纳米二氧化钛溶胶以及埃洛石纳米管和相容剂,混料15-20分钟;
S3、将增韧剂、增韧母料和碳酸钙投入超声波振荡瓶中,振荡5-10分钟,取出后投入混料机,混料15-20分钟;
S4、将S2和S3步骤中得到的混合物投入加热釜内加热同时搅拌混合,不少于10分钟;
S5、将S4步骤中的混合物倒入挤出设备中,挤出成型;
S6、通过冷却后,在S5步骤中制得的防水膜两面均匀涂刷防水粘连剂粘,粘连保护层。
优选的,所述S1步骤中的加热温度不低于60摄氏度。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该防水膜及其制造方法,通过纳米蒙脱士极强的吸附力的特性,配合相容剂将玻璃纤维、环氧树脂、聚乙烯树脂、纳米二氧化钛溶胶与聚氨酯进行混合后紧密吸附到一起,大大增强了防水膜的强度,而增韧母料和增韧剂配合碳酸钙,加强了产品的韧性,避免在铺设拉扯的过程中受到摩擦产生破裂穿刺的情况,保证施工进度和防水的稳定性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1所示的一种防水膜,包括通过防水粘连剂3粘黏的防水层1和保护层2,所述防水层1是由以下组分的成份构成,
聚氨酯50-60份,增韧剂10-15份,聚乙烯树脂8-10份,纳米蒙脱士20-25份,玻璃纤维2-6份,增韧母料25-30份,相容剂2-5份,环氧树脂2-6份,碳酸钙2-6份,纳米二氧化钛溶胶3-7份,埃洛石纳米管1-5份。通过纳米蒙脱士极强的吸附力的特性,配合相容剂将玻璃纤维、环氧树脂、聚乙烯树脂、纳米二氧化钛溶胶与聚氨酯进行混合后紧密吸附到一起,大大增强了防水膜的强度,而增韧母料和增韧剂配合碳酸钙,加强了产品的韧性,避免在铺设拉扯的过程中受到摩擦产生破裂穿刺的情况,保证施工进度,和防水的稳定性。
所述聚氨酯中混有1-3份的铝箔,保证聚氨酯的柔软性,从而保证成品防水膜的折叠抗压性能。
所述增韧母料为EVA或高胶粉,保证增韧效果。
所述防水层的两侧面均铺设有保护层,增强防水膜侧面的耐磨性。
所述保护层为PP仿粘无纺布层,且增韧剂为PMMA塑料薄膜增韧剂。
本案还提供了一种防水膜的制造方法,包括以下步骤,
S1、取适量组分的聚氨酯投入加热罐中持续加热20-30分钟;
S2、将S1步骤中熔融的聚氨酯投入混料机,在投入纳米蒙脱士、聚乙烯树脂、环氧树脂、纳米二氧化钛溶胶以及埃洛石纳米管和相容剂,混料15-20分钟;
S3、将增韧剂、增韧母料和碳酸钙投入超声波振荡瓶中,振荡5-10分钟,取出后投入混料机,混料15-20分钟;
S4、将S2和S3步骤中得到的混合物投入加热釜内加热同时搅拌混合,不少于10分钟;
S5、将S4步骤中的混合物倒入挤出设备中,挤出成型;
S6、通过冷却后,在S5步骤中制得的防水膜两面均匀涂刷防水粘连剂粘,粘连保护层。
所述S1步骤中的加热温度不低于60摄氏度

1.一种防水膜,其特征在于:包括通过防水粘连剂粘黏的防水层和保护层,所述防水层是由以下组分的成份构成,
聚氨酯50-60份,增韧剂10-15份,聚乙烯树脂8-10份,纳米蒙脱士20-25份,玻璃纤维2-6份,增韧母料25-30份,相容剂2-5份,环氧树脂2-6份,碳酸钙2-6份,纳米二氧化钛溶胶3-7份,埃洛石纳米管1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水膜,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯中混有1-3份的铝箔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水膜,其特征在于:所述增韧母料为EVA或高胶粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水膜,其特征在于:所述防水层的两侧面均铺设有保护层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防水膜,其特征在于:所述保护层为PP仿粘无纺布层,且增韧剂为PMMA塑料薄膜增韧剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水膜的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
S1、取适量组分的聚氨酯投入加热罐中持续加热20-30分钟;
S2、将S1步骤中熔融的聚氨酯投入混料机,在投入纳米蒙脱士、聚乙烯树脂、环氧树脂、纳米二氧化钛溶胶以及埃洛石纳米管和相容剂,混料15-20分钟;
S3、将增韧剂、增韧母料和碳酸钙投入超声波振荡瓶中,振荡5-10分钟,取出后投入混料机,混料15-20分钟;
S4、将S2和S3步骤中得到的混合物投入加热釜内加热同时搅拌混合,不少于10分钟;
S5、将S4步骤中的混合物倒入挤出设备中,挤出成型;
S6、通过冷却后,在S5步骤中制得的防水膜两面均匀涂刷防水粘连剂粘,粘连保护层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防水膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述S1步骤中的加热温度不低于60摄氏度。
