本发明涉及防水卷材及其加工技术领域,公开了一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,包括基材层、自粘胶层、防粘涂层、搭接边层、增强层和隔离膜。一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材的生产方法,包括以下生产步骤:(1)生产匀质的基材层;(2)将玻璃纤维网格压制于基材层纵向两边位置;(3)在基材层和增强层表面制备自粘胶层;(4)在自粘胶层表面喷涂防粘涂层;(5)覆膜收卷制得预铺防水卷材。本发明可以制备出具有较好抗窜水性、较高抗紫外线的高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材及其加工技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材及其生产方法。
背景技术
高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材是一种以HDPE为基材,涂敷热熔压敏胶,涂上防粘层,覆上防粘隔离膜制成的防水材料。它是一种极具发展前景的新型防水材料,具有低温柔性、自愈性、及粘结性能好的特点,可常温施工、施工速度快、符合环保要求。
申请号为CN2014106496000的中国专利公开了一种采用预铺反粘施工的高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材及其生产方法,所述高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材包括高分子主防水层、自粘胶层、防粘层和PET膜搭接边层;该发明生产的卷材其自粘胶层能与后浇混凝土发生化学反应而固化为一体,实现了主防水层与结构混凝土的满粘,可有效解决地下防水渗漏窜水或因地基沉降引起主防水层失效的问题。但是该发明的防粘层采用白水泥人造砂,砂粒之间存在孔隙,卷材虽与后浇混凝土粘接完成,但始终无法形成实质上的满粘,这些孔隙日后将成为水气窜流的路径,大大影响卷材的抗窜水效果,降低建筑主体的使用寿命,且对自粘胶层没有防护作用,使自粘胶层易老化,粘度降低易剥离。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材及其生产方法,可以使高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材具有较好的抗窜水性和抗紫外线性。
本发明的实施例是这样实现的:
一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,包括基材层、自粘胶层、防粘涂层、搭接边层、增强层和隔离膜。
进一步地,所述防粘涂层浆料包括以下重量份的原料:改性苯丙乳液40~60份,钙粉10~30份,钛白粉5~25份,助剂1~5份。此原料按此比例混合配比出防粘涂层浆料并喷涂成防粘涂层,能够完整成膜的涂覆在热熔压敏胶上,后期与后浇混凝土进行满粘,杜绝了孔隙的产生,实现较好的抗窜水性能;且此防粘涂层对紫外线具有反射及吸收作用,具有较好的抗紫外线效果,避免自粘胶层长期被紫外线照射后老化,粘度降低易与后浇混凝土进行剥离。
进一步地,所述搭接边层为PE膜。
进一步地,所述增强层为玻璃纤维网格。
进一步地,所述基材层为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE);所述自粘胶层为热熔压敏胶;所述隔离膜为PE膜。
一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材的生产方法,包括以下生产步骤:
(1)将HDPE通过挤出机和压光机生产匀质的基材层;
(2)将玻璃纤维网格压制于基材层纵向两边位置;使搭接边的强度增大、减小收缩率,可以有效防止防水卷材施工后搭接处容易翘边造成防水失败的问题。
(3)将热熔压敏胶均匀刮涂在基材层和增强层表面,形成自粘胶层;
(4)将改性苯丙乳液、钙粉、钛白粉和助剂按上述比例搅拌混匀,得到防粘涂层浆料,再将此防粘涂层浆料喷涂在自粘胶层表面,纵向一边留出80~100mm搭接边,再进行烘干,形成防粘涂层;留出的搭接边便于在施工时使防水卷材之间进行搭接。
(5)用搭接边层将搭接边完全覆盖,用隔离膜将烘干的防粘涂层完全覆盖,收卷制得预铺防水卷材。对防粘涂层以及搭接边处的自粘胶层进行保护,在施工时搭接。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中基材层的厚度为0.7~1.5mm。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中玻璃纤维网格或铝合金网格的宽度为90~100mm。设置的玻璃纤维网格或铝合金网格的宽度比搭接边的宽度长,可以有效避免搭接边卷翘。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中自粘胶层的厚度为0.2~0.5mm。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)中防粘涂层的喷涂厚度为0.05~0.10mm,烘干温度为70~80℃,烘干时间为3~8min。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例中,一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,包括基材层1、自粘胶层2、防粘涂层3、搭接边层4、增强层5和隔离膜6;所述防粘涂层3浆料包括以下重量份的原料:改性苯丙乳液40份,钙粉10份,钛白粉25份,助剂5份;所述搭接边层4为PE膜;所述增强层5为玻璃纤维网格;所述基材层1为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE);所述自粘胶层2为热熔压敏胶;所述隔离膜6为PE膜。
将HDPE通过挤出机和压光机生产匀质的基材层1,厚度为0.7mm;将宽度为100mm玻璃纤维网格压制于基材层1纵向两边位置;将热熔压敏胶均匀刮涂在基材层1和增强层5表面,形成厚度为0.3mm自粘胶层2;将改性苯丙乳液、钙粉、钛白粉和助剂按上述比例搅拌混匀,得到防粘涂层3浆料,再将此防粘涂层3浆料喷涂在自粘胶层2表面,喷涂厚度为0.05mm,纵向两边均留出80mm搭接边,再进行烘干,烘干温度为70℃,烘干时间为3min,形成防粘涂层3;用搭接边层4将搭接边完全覆盖,用隔离膜6将烘干的防粘涂层3完全覆盖,用PE膜将防粘涂层3覆盖,收卷制得预铺防水卷材。
实施例2
本实施例中,一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,包括基材层1、自粘胶层2、防粘涂层3、搭接边层4、增强层5和隔离膜6;所述防粘涂层3浆料包括以下重量份的原料:改性苯丙乳液60份,钙粉30份,钛白粉5份,助剂1份;所述搭接边层4为PE膜;所述增强层5为玻璃纤维网格;所述基材层1为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE);所述自粘胶层2为热熔压敏胶;所述隔离膜6为PE膜。
将HDPE通过挤出机和压光机生产匀质的基材层1,厚度为1.1mm;将宽度为100mm玻璃纤维网格压制于基材层1纵向两边位置;将热熔压敏胶均匀刮涂在基材层1和增强层5表面,形成厚度为0.5mm自粘胶层2;将改性苯丙乳液、钙粉、钛白粉和助剂按上述比例搅拌混匀,得到防粘涂层3浆料,再将此防粘涂层3浆料喷涂在自粘胶层2表面,喷涂厚度为0.10mm,纵向两边均留出100mm搭接边,再进行烘干,烘干温度为80℃,烘干时间为8min,形成防粘涂层3;用搭接边层4将搭接边完全覆盖,用隔离膜6将烘干的防粘涂层3完全覆盖,收卷制得预铺防水卷材。
实施例3
本实施例中,一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,包括基材层1、自粘胶层2、防粘涂层3、搭接边层4、增强层5和隔离膜6;所述防粘涂层3浆料包括以下重量份的原料:改性苯丙乳液50份,钙粉20份,钛白粉15份,助剂3份;所述搭接边层4为PET膜;所述增强层5为玻璃纤维网格;所述基材层1为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE);所述自粘胶层2为热熔压敏胶;所述隔离膜6为PET膜。
将HDPE膜通过挤出机和压光机生产匀质的基材层1,厚度为0.7mm;将宽度为80mm玻璃纤维网格压制于基材层1纵向两边位置;将热熔压敏胶均匀刮涂在基材层1和增强层5表面,形成厚度为0.3mm自粘胶层2;将改性苯丙乳液、钙粉、钛白粉和助剂按上述比例搅拌混匀,得到防粘涂层3浆料,再将此防粘涂层3浆料喷涂在自粘胶层2表面,喷涂厚度为0.08mm,纵向两边均留出90mm搭接边,再进行烘干,烘干温度为75℃,烘干时间为5min,形成防粘涂层3;用搭接边层4将搭接边完全覆盖,用隔离膜6将烘干的防粘涂层3完全覆盖,收卷制得预铺防水卷材。
实施例4
本实施例中,一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,包括基材层1、自粘胶层2、防粘涂层3、搭接边层4、增强层5和隔离膜6;所述防粘涂层3浆料包括以下重量份的原料:改性苯丙乳液60份,钙粉30份,钛白粉15份,助剂3份;所述搭接边层4为PE膜;所述增强层5为玻璃纤维网格;所述基材层1为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE);所述自粘胶层2为热熔压敏胶;所述隔离膜6为PE膜。
将HDPE通过挤出机和压光机生产匀质的基材层1,厚度为0.9mm;将宽度为80mm玻璃纤维网格压制于基材层1纵向两边位置;将热熔压敏胶均匀刮涂在基材层1和增强层5表面,形成厚度为0.3mm自粘胶层2;将改性苯丙乳液、钙粉、钛白粉和助剂按上述比例搅拌混匀,得到防粘涂层3浆料,再将此防粘涂层3浆料喷涂在自粘胶层2表面,喷涂厚度为0.08mm,纵向两边均留出80mm搭接边,再进行烘干,烘干温度为80℃,烘干时间为6min,形成防粘涂层3;用搭接边层4将搭接边完全覆盖,用隔离膜6将烘干的防粘涂层3完全覆盖,收卷制得预铺防水卷材。
实施例5
本实施例中,一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,包括基材层1、自粘胶层2、防粘涂层3、搭接边层4、增强层5和隔离膜6;所述防粘涂层3浆料包括以下重量份的原料:改性苯丙乳液50份,钙粉20份,钛白粉25份,助剂5份;所述搭接边层4为PE膜;所述增强层5为玻璃纤维网格;所述基材层1为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE);所述自粘胶层2为热熔压敏胶;所述隔离膜6为PE膜。

对比实验:
将本发明实施例1~5所述制得的高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材和市售的覆砂类防水卷材进行对照实验;各取实施例1~5所述制得的高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材和市售的覆砂类防水卷材5块试样,尺寸为120cm×200cm。
实验结果如下表所示:

从上表数据可以看出,实施例1~5的高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材比市售的覆砂类防水卷材的抗窜水性强,不易与后浇混凝土剥离,故通过本发明的制备方法,可以制备出具有较好抗窜水性、较高抗紫外线的高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,包括基材层、自粘胶层、防粘涂层、搭接边层、增强层和隔离膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,所述防粘涂层浆料包括以下重量份的原料:改性苯丙乳液40~60份,钙粉10~30份,钛白粉5~25份,助剂1~5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,所述搭接边层为PE膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,所述增强层为玻璃纤维网格。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,所述基材层为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE);所述自粘胶层为热熔压敏胶;所述隔离膜为PE膜。
6.一种抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下生产步骤:
(1)将HDPE通过挤出机和压光机生产匀质的基材层;
(2)将玻璃纤维网格压制于基材层纵向两边位置;
(3)将有机硅类压敏胶、聚氨酯类压敏胶或热熔压敏胶均匀刮涂在基材层和增强层表面,形成自粘胶层;
(4)将改性苯丙乳液、钙粉、钛白粉和助剂按上述比例搅拌混匀,得到防粘涂层浆料,再将此防粘涂层浆料喷涂在自粘胶层表面,纵向一边留出80~100mm搭接边,再进行烘干,形成防粘涂层;
(5)用搭接边层将搭接边完全覆盖,用隔离膜将烘干的防粘涂层完全覆盖,收卷制得预铺防水卷材。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中基材层的厚度为0.7~1.5mm。
8.根据权利要求6所述的抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中玻璃纤维网格或铝合金网格的宽度为90~100mm。
9.根据权利要求6所述的抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中自粘胶层的厚度为0.2~0.5mm。
10.根据权利要求6所述的抗紫外线高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中防粘涂层的喷涂厚度为0.05~0.10mm,烘干温度为70~80℃,烘干时间为3~8min。
