Abstract

本发明揭示了一种视觉美化的汽车开关总成,由设于方向盘一侧的手柄本体及其附设的旋钮固定器、旋钮和旋钮饰件构成,其中旋钮固定器设于手柄本体前端轴向旋转,旋钮结合于旋钮固定器上联动旋转,旋钮饰件匹配结合于旋钮的模缝线位置。特别地,该旋钮固定器设有沿手柄本体轴向外突的防脱落凸条,旋钮饰件设有朝向旋钮固定器的一对卡钩,在防脱落凸条落在所述一对卡钩之间状态下所述卡钩卡接定位于旋钮的内侧面。本发明通过在手柄本体的长度方向设计防脱落凸条,可使得旋钮饰件的卡钩得以有效限位,切实防止了旋钮饰件受较大操作力而易于脱落的现象。

Description

一种视觉美化的汽车开关总成
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车开关总成,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种提高表面饰件装配强度,防止受力脱落的汽车开关总成。
背景技术
一般情况下,在夜间行驶或是在雾区等视野狭窄和阴暗的区域行驶时,为了打开和关闭照明电源,或者在左/右转向时打开方向指示灯,在汽车上安装汽车信号开关装置。
这种汽车信号开关装置的手柄本体在方向盘的侧面以长度方向突出的方式安装,像方向盘一样,通过将该手柄本体旋转一定角度打开或关闭汽车灯,或者通过向上或向下推动手柄的方式调节上/下前照灯,打开指示灯等。
如上所述的汽车用信号开关装置,作为一种多功能开关,具有汽车驾驶所必要的所有开关组件和结构,其主要开关功能是由照明开关、超车和变光开关、倾斜开关、转向指示灯开关、雨刷器以及清洗液喷射开关、间歇式雨刷器开关等执行各种功能的启动部件组合而成的,与其内部结构非常复杂的反面,其外观最好是具有简单的结构。
具有如上构成的汽车多功能开关总成具有用于安装各种启动部件的内部空间,在内部空间,包含以移动时能够形成电气点接触的方式采用螺丝连接的各种启动部件,或安装各种启动部件的手柄本体,通过将手柄本体插入旋钮后进行固定,完成装配。
然而,这种现有的汽车多功能开关总成布置在旋钮的前端部分,连接在上述旋钮加工时的模缝线(parting line)部分,改善外观的旋钮饰件的装配强度小,存在经常脱落的问题。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出视觉美化的汽车开关总成,以期提高装配强度。
本发明的目的,其得以实现的技术解决方案是:一种视觉美化的汽车开关总成,由设于方向盘一侧的手柄本体及其附设的旋钮固定器、旋钮和旋钮饰件构成,其中所述旋钮固定器设于手柄本体前端轴向旋转,所述旋钮结合于旋钮固定器上联动旋转,所述旋钮饰件匹配结合于旋钮的模缝线位置,其特征在于:所述旋钮固定器设有沿手柄本体轴向外突的防脱落凸条,所述旋钮饰件设有朝向旋钮固定器的一对卡钩,在防脱落凸条落在所述一对卡钩之间状态下所述卡钩卡接定位于旋钮的内侧面。
进一步地,所述卡钩的前端具有卡接定位于旋钮内侧面的重合距离X,所述防脱落凸条与卡钩具有间隔距离Y,且间隔距离Y小于重合距离X。
应用本发明多功能开关总成方案,其相对现有技术的优点体现为:通过在手柄本体的长度方向设计防脱落凸条,可使得旋钮饰件的卡钩得以有效限位,切实防止了旋钮饰件受较大操作力而易于脱落的现象。

具体实施方式
以下便结合优选实施例附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详述,以使本发明技术方案的优点和特征更易于理解、掌握。然而,本发明并不局限于以下展示的实施实例,而是可以以各种不同的形态具体展现出来。本实施实例只是为了将本发明更加完整地展示出来,以供本发明所属的技术领域内具备一般知识者完整地理解本发明的范畴,而按照本发明申请项的范围所做的定义而已。整篇详细说明中提及的参照符号,均指同一构成要素。
如图1至图4所示,本发明之汽车开关总成之实施实例,包括在方向盘的一侧,以能够上下或是前后旋转移动的方式布置的手柄本体100;在手柄本体100的前端部分布置,可以手柄本体100的长度方向为旋转轴进行旋转,带有在手柄本体100的长度方向突出所给定长度的防脱落凸条210的旋钮固定器200;为了与旋钮固定器200联动旋转,与旋钮固定器200结合在一起的旋钮300;向旋钮固定器200布置的方向突出的两个卡勾410;与旋钮300的外侧面匹配并与之结合的,旋钮保持器200的防脱落凸条210落在两个卡勾410的前端之间,以被卡在旋钮300的内侧面的方式结合的旋钮饰件400。
手柄本体100可在方向盘的一侧,以能够上下或是前后旋转移动的方式布置。可以更详细地描述为,通过将手柄本体100向方向盘旋转的方向(即,汽车的前后方向)旋转,开启或关闭汽车灯,或者向上或向下旋转,调节上/下前照灯,打开方向指示灯等。
具有上述结构的手柄本体100在图中未显示的护罩盖的两侧反向布置,一侧的手柄执行上述功能,另一侧手柄则可用于启动汽车上安装的雨刷器的动作和动作速度以及启动洗涤液喷射装置。
在以下部分,将手柄本体100定义为功能虽然与上述功能有差异,其主要构成相同或具有对应的构成之组件进行说明。
手柄本体100可包含由各种部件组合在一起形成中心轴的手柄组件110和在手柄组件110的下部布置的手柄固定器120,以及罩住手柄组件110和手柄固定器120的手柄罩130。
手柄组件110)布置在手柄罩130)的内部,如上所述,可由照明开关、超车和变光(dimmer)开关、倾斜(tilt)开关、转向指示灯(turn signal)开关、雨刷器以及清洗液喷射开关、间歇式雨刷器开关等执行各种功能的启动部件组合而成。
此外,手柄组件110的前端部分可布置旋钮固定器200。
手柄固定器120布置在手柄组件110的一个端部,通过与防护罩结合,随着驾驶人员操作手柄本体100,可形成手柄本体100)向上下方向以及前后方向旋转的中心点。
手柄罩130以能够包住长度方向连接的手柄组件110和手柄固定器120的方式布置。手柄罩130的外周面可安装包括旋转式启动的旋钮200在内的复数个旋转式旋钮。
在手柄本体100的前端部分,旋钮固定器200采用能够以手柄本体100的长度方向作为旋转轴进行旋转的方式布置。此外,旋钮固定器200可具有在手柄本体100的长度方向突出所给定长度的防脱落凸条210。
防脱落凸条210可在旋钮固定器200的前端部分,在长度方向突出所给定长度的方式形成。
为了使驾驶人员能够通过转动旋钮300选择所要的功能,转旋钮300最好是采样旋转式旋钮。此外,可去掉旋钮300前端部分的模缝线,包含改善外观的旋钮饰件400。可以更详细地描述为,如上所述,旋钮300为布置在相当于手柄本体100的另一端部的前端部分的结构,将旋转手柄300通过成型材料注入上下合模的模具模腔进行制作时,可在固定模和活动模的合模部分不可避免和不可缺少地发生模缝线。此时,在旋钮300上形成的模缝线可影响外观美,因此可考虑在设计旋钮300时,在模缝线部分粘贴上述旋钮饰件400来改善外观。
旋钮300可与旋钮固定器200结合在一起,使之与旋钮固定器200)一起联动旋转。此外,在旋钮300的内侧面可具有支持部位310。 在本实施实例中, 为了方便安装和拆卸,旋钮300最好是先与旋钮饰件400结合在一起,然后再与旋钮固定器200相结合。
这是因为,将旋钮饰件400安装在旋钮300上以后,防脱落凸条210才能够落入后述的旋钮饰件400上的一对卡勾410之间。在将旋钮饰件400安装在旋钮300上之前,若将旋钮300与旋钮固定器200装配在一起,然后再将旋钮饰件400安装在旋钮300上时,防脱落凸条210和一对卡勾410由于各自的卡勾结构,无法装配在一起。
旋钮300的内侧面形成支持部310,可卡住旋钮饰件400上形成的一对卡钩410。
为了消除模缝线并改善外观,旋钮饰件400可布置在旋钮300的前端部分。
旋钮饰件400可包含一对卡勾410。可以更详细地描述为,具有在旋钮固定器200布置的方向突出的一对卡勾410,与旋钮300的外侧面匹配并与之结合,旋钮保持器200的防脱落凸条210落在两个卡勾410的前端之间,以被卡在旋钮300的内侧面的方式结合。
旋钮饰件400的两端可在手柄本体100的长度方向分别卡住手柄本体。而且,旋钮饰件400可在安装在旋钮固定器200之前,以防脱落凸条210落在两个卡勾410的前端之间的方式安装在旋钮300上。
在旋钮饰件400最上端的内侧面,可形成向旋钮固定器200布置的方向突出的一对卡勾410。在本实施实例中,一对卡勾410的前端部分最好是形成在旋钮300内侧面只卡住所给定距离X的钩子状。上述所给定距离X可以设计为0.5mm,但并不局限于此。
此外,防脱落凸条210布置在一对卡勾410之间,以能够防止旋钮饰件400从旋钮300中脱落为宜。此外,防脱落凸条210和一对卡勾410之间的间隔距离Y可设计为0.25mm,但并不局限于此。
其中,为了防止一对卡勾410从支持部位310脱落,最好是将一对卡勾410和布置在一对卡勾410之间的防脱落凸条210之间的间隔距离Y设计为尽可能小的值。
像这样,将“Y”设计为比“X”小的值时,如果先不将旋钮300从旋钮固定器200上拆卸下来,由于防脱落凸条210的防脱落作用,一对卡勾410无论如何都不能从支持部位310各自被卡住的部分脱落下来。
一对卡勾410的前端部分以能卡装在旋钮300的内侧面形成的支持部位310的方式,只能移动所给定距离X。
具有如上所述构成的本发明之汽车多功能开关总成,对其装配方法之值得期待的一实施实例说明如下。
在安装了照明开关、超车(passing)和变光(dimmer)开关、倾斜(tilt)开关、转向指示灯(turn signal)开关、雨刷器以及清洗液喷射开关、间歇式雨刷器开关等执行各种功能的启动部件的手柄组件110上,安装手柄固定器120,然后安装手柄罩130形成手柄本体100。其中,在手柄本体100的前端部分安装上面具有在手柄本体100的长度方向突出所给定距离的防脱落凸条210的旋钮固定器200,旋钮固定器200最好是以手柄本体100的长度方向为旋转轴可旋转的方式组装。
具有一对卡勾410的旋钮饰件400以与旋钮300的外侧面匹配的方式组装,从而完成旋钮300的安装。既有技术
然后,在安装旋钮固定器200的手柄本体100上安装旋钮300,其中防脱落凸条210最好是以落入旋钮300上的一对卡勾410之间的方式安装。
具有如上所述构成之本发明之值得期待的一实施实例,具有能够防止汽车多功能开关总成上的旋钮饰件脱落,提高组装强度的优点。
除优选实施例外,本发明还可以有其它实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种视觉美化的汽车开关总成,由设于方向盘一侧的手柄本体及其附设的旋钮固定器、旋钮和旋钮饰件构成,其中所述旋钮固定器设于手柄本体前端轴向旋转,所述旋钮结合于旋钮固定器上联动旋转,所述旋钮饰件匹配结合于旋钮的模缝线位置,其特征在于:所述旋钮固定器设有沿手柄本体轴向外突的防脱落凸条,所述旋钮饰件设有朝向旋钮固定器的一对卡钩,在防脱落凸条落在所述一对卡钩之间状态下所述卡钩卡接定位于旋钮的内侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述视觉美化的汽车开关总成,其特征在于:所述卡钩的前端具有卡接定位于旋钮内侧面的重合距离X,所述防脱落凸条与卡钩具有间隔距离Y,且间隔距离Y小于重合距离X。
