Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种电动车车壳组配结构,由车外壳与车底壳相叠套设构成电动车的外部车壳,并于车外壳与车底壳相对应处配设连结件。采用这种结构后,使用者可自行快速拆卸或组配电动车外壳。另外,对于产品的销售而言,可提供消费者多种造型、色彩相异的车壳,供使用者自行更换,满足消费者的多变需求。

电动车车壳组配结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电动车车壳组配结构,特别是涉及一种电动轮椅车、电动代步车等车壳快速组配、更换结构。
背景技术
电动轮椅车、电动代步车等电动车辆,对于行动较不方便的老人或病人而言,是相当重要的代步交通工具,不仅可作为日常的生活代步,甚至可作为上街购物的交通工具。
目前已知的电动车10车壳设计中,车壳与车架的组配最常见的方式,就是将车壳11设计成一体的罩壳型态(参看图1),可直接将车壳11罩设于车架上,并通过多个螺丝、螺帽使车壳与车架结合固定在一起。为了避免使用者任意自行拆卸车壳而危及安全以及美观的原因,该车壳与车架的各锁设处,通常会设计成隐藏形态或特殊的螺丝型态(配合特殊工具拆卸)。
正是由于上述原因,这种电动车车壳进行更换作业时,必须委托专业人士(厂商、经销商)方得以进行,一般使用者无法自行快速更换或拆卸,对使用者而言,维修成本相当高。
值得注意的是,电动车长时间在室外行驶、使用的状况之下,车身难免污损或刮伤。以现有的电动车车壳结构设计而言,无法直接以水或清洁剂等直接冲洗。因为车壳内部就是电气元件或部件(如:控制器、电池、线路等)。若以含清洁剂的水冲洗,相当容易造成电气元件或部件的损坏而影响行车。因此仅能通过擦拭方式清洁,不仅耗时费力且相当不便。
另一方面,电动车已有日趋生活化的趋势,而在诸多事物均求新求变的今日,终日一成不变的电动车车壳型态,不仅了无生趣,更是不符合现代使用者的实际需求(通常使用者的车壳颜色、造型均于购买当时即确定)。经过以上的说明,可知传统电动车的车壳计,并未臻理想,而有进一步大幅改进的必要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进的电动车车壳组配结构,它在不大幅变更车体、不影响行车安全、不大幅增加成本等因素的前提之下,将电动车的车壳设计成可由使用者自行快速且简单地组配、更换,更能符合使用者的实际需求。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所述的电动车车壳组配结构,以车外壳与车底壳相叠套设构成电动车的外部车壳,并于车外壳与车底壳相对应处配设连结件;让使用者得以自行快速拆卸或组配电动车外壳。
本实用新型电动车车壳组配结构,可提供消费者多种造型、色彩相异的车壳,供使用者自行更换,是具有极高销售价值的设计。

具体实施方式
首先参看图2、3所示,本实用新型电动车车壳组配结构,其主要通过将车外壳30直接盖套设于电动车的车底壳20上所构成。其中:
该车底壳20配置固设于电动车上,作为电动车内部遮蔽的壳体;于车底壳20的外部配设有预定的连结件21。
该车外壳30是能与车底壳20相叠套设的壳体,于车外壳30其与车底壳20相对应处,亦配设有连结件31;据此,车外壳30得以直接盖套设于车底壳20外部,且令该各连结件连结,即能快速完成车外壳30的配设;亦能通过该连结件的设计快速拆卸车外壳30。
值得注意的是,前述位于车底壳20及车外壳30的连结件21、31,其结构设计主要是为使车底壳20与车外壳30快速结合及拆卸。该连结件21、31可为魔鬼毡211、311结构所构成(如图2、3所示),该魔鬼毡211、311可快速稳固粘结及简易拆卸的结构,使车外壳30得以遂行与车底壳20结合及拆卸作业。
另外,参看图4、5所示,该连结件21、31亦可通过具有磁吸特性的磁石212、312构成,用该磁石212、312可快速稳固磁吸结合及简易拆卸。此外,除了前述磁石、魔鬼毡等较为长效的结合固定结构以外;一般的胶带、双面胶带213(如图6所示,直接通过双面胶带两面粘合车外壳与车底壳)亦是可行的方式。再者,如图7、8所示,可直接于车外壳上成型卡钩314结构,而于车底壳上套设钩孔件214(可为具有弹性的橡胶所构成),该卡钩314端部通过钩孔件214的钩孔而卡合,使车外壳30得以遂行与车底壳20结合及拆卸作业;并由此符合本实用新型车壳简易快速拆卸及组配结合的目的。
经过以上的说明可知,本实用新型的电动车车壳设计,有别于现有的一体车壳及锁固设计,改以车底壳20与车外壳30通过连结件21、31快速结合的结构设计所构成。它可达到如下所述的效果::
其一,当电动车经过一段时间的使用后,若位于车体外部的车外壳30有所沾污时,使用者可自行直接将车外壳30快速拆卸,并直接清洗,待完成清洁作业后,使用者即可自行快速将车外壳30组装回电动车,完全不会有清洁剂损坏车体构件的困扰。
其二,本实用新型电动车车壳设计,可提供使用者自行快速更换车壳。因此,对于产品销售而言,可提供消费者多种造型、色彩相异的车壳,供使用者自行更换,是具有极高行销价值的设计。
其三,当电动车的车壳有所损坏时,使用者不需耗费高金额请专业人员拆换,而得以自行购置并快速拆换,因此对于消费者而言本实用新型的结构设计,可大幅降低维护成本。

Claims (5)

1.一种电动车车壳组配结构,包括车外壳、车底壳,其特征在于:于车底壳的外部配设有预定的连结件;该车外壳是与车底壳相叠套设的壳体,于车外壳其与车底壳相对应处,亦配设有连结件。
2.依据权利要求1所述的电动车车壳组配结构,其特征在于:该位于车底壳及车外壳的连结件,可通过魔鬼毡构成。
3.依据权利要求1所述的电动车车壳组配结构,其特征在于:该位于车底壳及车外壳的连结件,可通过具有磁性特性的磁石构成。
4.依据权利要求1所述的电动车车壳组配结构,其特征在于:该位于车底壳及车外壳的连结件,可通过双面胶带构成。
5.依据权利要求1所述的电动车车壳组配结构,其特征在于:可于车外壳上成型卡钩结构,而于车底壳上套设钩孔件,该卡钩端部通过钩孔件的钩孔而卡合。
