Abstract

本发明公开了一种远近光LED车灯,包括反光杯和散热器,散热器的前端端面安装有远光LED灯板,侧壁安装有近光LED灯板,远光LED灯板发出的光线照射距离较远,近光LED灯板发出的光线不能直接射出,而是通过反光杯的反射射出,照射到地面上的距离较近,能够实现远近灯光的切换,满足车辆照明的需求,塑胶件侧壁设置有开口槽,散热器设置有条形槽,开口槽和条形槽之间安装有螺丝,松开螺丝后,可以前后调整散热器的位置,从而调整聚光效果,实现调整焦距的功能,操作简单,安装方便,节约成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明灯,特别是一种车辆灯。
背景技术
LED具有节能、使用寿命长等优点,被广泛用于车辆照明,目前的LED车灯只有强弱光之分,没有远近灯之分,不能满足车辆在不同路况下的照明需求。
另外,目前的LED车灯没有调焦距的功能,不能达到最好的聚光效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有远光和近光功能,能够调整焦距的远近光LED车灯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种远近光LED车灯,包括反光杯和安装在所述反光杯内的散热器,所述散热器设置有驱动电源容置腔,所述驱动电源容置腔内安装有驱动电源,所述散热器的前端端面安装有与所述驱动电源电连接的远光LED灯板,侧壁安装有与所述驱动电源电连接的近光LED灯板。
所述反光杯的尾部安装有塑胶件,所述散热器安装在所述塑胶件内。
所述塑胶件的侧壁设置有开口槽,所述散热器的侧壁设置有两条凸筋,所述两条凸筋的顶部向内侧延伸,使所述两条凸筋之间形成一条缩口的条形槽,所述开口槽和条形槽之间安装有螺丝。
所述条形槽安装有与所述螺丝螺纹连接的螺母。
所述凸筋的顶部为平面,所述近光LED灯板固定在所述凸筋上。
所述散热器的前端螺纹连接有灯壳,所述灯壳内安装有与所述远光LED灯板相适应的远光反射杯。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的散热器上安装有远光LED灯板和近光LED灯板,远光LED灯板发出的光线照射距离较远,近光LED灯板发出的光线不能直接射出,而是通过反光杯的反射射出,照射到地面上的距离较近,能够实现远近灯光的切换,满足车辆照明的需求。
本发明的塑胶件侧壁设置有开口槽,散热器设置有条形槽,开口槽和条形槽之间安装有螺丝,松开螺丝后,可以前后调整散热器的位置,从而调整聚光效果,实现调整焦距的功能,操作简单,安装方便,节约成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图6,一种远近光LED车灯,包括锥形的反光杯1,所述反光杯1的尾部安装有塑胶件3,所述塑胶件3内安装有散热器2,散热器2为圆柱形,所述散热器2的中心设置有轴向的驱动电源容置腔7,所述驱动电源容置腔7内安装有驱动电源,所述散热器2的前端端面安装有与所述驱动电源电连接的远光LED灯板9,侧壁安装有与所述驱动电源电连接的近光LED灯板8,所述散热器2的前端螺纹连接有灯壳10,所述灯壳10内安装有与所述远光LED灯板9相适应的远光反射杯13。
所述近光LED灯板8可以通过螺丝固定在所述散热器2的侧壁,也可以通过导热胶粘在散热器2的侧壁,灯壳10的内壁设置有限位台阶,装配后,远光反射杯13的前端抵在限位台阶内侧,后端抵在远光LED灯板9上,远光LED灯板9被夹持在散热器2的端面和远光反射杯13之间,散热器的后端设置有螺纹杆15,可以螺纹连接太阳花散热器14、灯头等,直接安装在现有的车灯灯座上。
所述远光LED灯板9发出的光线一部分直接射出,另一部分通过远光反射杯13反射后射出,照射的距离较远。近光LED灯板8发出的光线不能直接射出,而是通过反光杯1的反射射出,照射到地面上的距离较近,控制远光LED灯板9或近光LED灯板8点亮,就可以实现远近灯光的切换,满足车辆照明的需求。
所述塑胶件3的侧壁设置有开口槽11,所述散热器2的侧壁设置有两条凸筋6,所述两条凸筋6的顶部向内侧延伸,使所述两条凸筋6之间形成一条缩口的条形槽12,所述开口槽11和条形槽12之间安装有螺丝4,所述条形槽12安装有与所述螺丝4螺纹连接的螺母5,松开螺丝后,可以前后调整散热器的位置,从而调整聚光效果,实现调整焦距的功能,调整到最佳的聚光位置后,锁紧螺丝4即可,调整焦距简单、方便。
所述凸筋6的顶部为平面,所述近光LED灯板8固定在所述凸筋6上,近光LED灯板8和远光LED灯板9直接与散热器贴合,可以提高散热的效率,延长产品的使用寿命。

Claims (5)

1.一种远近光LED车灯,包括反光杯(1)和安装在所述反光杯(1)内的散热器(2),其特征在于所述散热器(2)设置有驱动电源容置腔(7),所述驱动电源容置腔(7)内安装有驱动电源,所述散热器(2)的前端端面安装有与所述驱动电源电连接的远光LED灯板(9),侧壁安装有与所述驱动电源电连接的近光LED灯板(8),后端设置有螺纹杆(15);塑胶件(3)的侧壁设置有开口槽(11),所述散热器(2)的侧壁设置有两条凸筋(6),所述两条凸筋(6)的顶部向内侧延伸,使所述两条凸筋(6)之间形成一条缩口的条形槽(12),所述开口槽(11)和条形槽(12)之间安装有螺丝(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远近光LED车灯,其特征在于所述反光杯(1)的尾部安装有塑胶件(3),所述散热器(2)安装在所述塑胶件(3)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的远近光LED车灯,其特征在于所述条形槽(12)安装有与所述螺丝(4)螺纹连接的螺母(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的远近光LED车灯,其特征在于所述凸筋(6)的顶部为平面,所述近光LED灯板(8)固定在所述凸筋(6)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的远近光LED车灯,其特征在于所述散热器(2)的前端螺纹连接有灯壳(10),所述灯壳(10)内安装有与所述远光LED灯板(9)相适应的远光反射杯(13)。
