Abstract
一种全LED前照灯,属于照明装置制造技术领域,采用壳体、近光灯组、远光灯组和转向灯组构成,近光灯组、远光灯组和转向灯组装在壳体内,近光灯组由散热器、位置灯线路板、光导板、近光光源、支架和透镜构成,光导板上下分别安装有反射镜,光导板后端连接散热器,位置灯线路板在光导板与散热器之间,支架为在光导板内,近光光源安装在支架上,支架的前端有透镜。工作时,近光光源的光投射在反射镜上,再反射到透镜,位置灯线路板的光线照射到光导板上,形成散射光,热量通过散热器进行排放。本实用新型很好地解决了散热问题,结构设计符合汽车的安装要求,照明效果好,节省电能。

本实用新型属于照明装置制造技术领域,涉及一种汽车用的照明灯。
背景技术
目前光源逐步采用LED替代普通光源,近光灯使用的频率高、时间长,在使用过程中散热问题一直没有很好解决,LED光源的设计结构也存在问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于汽车的全LED前照灯。
本实用新型解决技术问题的方案是采用壳体、近光灯组、远光灯组和转向灯组构成全LED前照灯,近光灯组、远光灯组和转向灯组装在壳体内,近光灯组安装在壳体内的右侧,远光灯组安装在壳体内的左侧上部,转向灯组安装在壳体内的左侧下部,近光灯组由散热器、位置灯线路板、光导板、近光光源、支架和透镜构成,光导板的截面为H形,由一个横板和两个侧板组成,横板的上下分别安装有反射镜,光导板后端连接散热器,位置灯线路板为H形板,与光导板的截面对应,并且安装在光导板与散热器之间,支架为上下两个,分别在光导板横板和侧板围成的上下凹槽内,支架的后部固定在散热器上,两个近光光源分别安装在上下支架上,与上下两个反射镜分别对应,上下支架的前端分别安装有一个透镜,散热器安装在壳体上。其中近光光源和位置灯线路板上的光源均为LED光源,光导板为透明体,可以是塑料。工作时,近光光源的光投射在反射镜上,再反射到透镜,位置灯线路板的光线照射到光导板上,形成散射光,热量通过散热器进行排放。
本实用新型很好地解决了散热问题,结构设计符合汽车的安装要求,照明效果好,节省电能。

具体实施方式
本实用新型由壳体1、近光灯组2、远光灯组3和转向灯组4构成,近光灯组2、远光灯组3和转向灯组4装在壳体1内,近光灯组2安装在壳体1内的右侧,远光灯组3安装在壳体1内的左侧上部,转向灯组4安装在壳体1内的左侧下部,近光灯组2由散热器5、位置灯线路板6、光导板7、近光光源9、支架10和透镜11构成,光导板7的截面为H形,由一个横板13和两个侧板12组成,横板13的上下分别安装有一个反射镜8,光导板7后端连接散热器5,位置灯线路板6为H形板,与光导板7的截面对应,并且安装在光导板7与散热器5之间,支架10为上下两个,分别在光导板7的横板13和侧板12围成的上下凹槽内,支架10的后部固定在散热器5上,两个近光光源9分别安装在上下支架10上,与上下两个反射镜8分别对应,上下支架10的前端分别安装有一个透镜11,散热器5安装在壳体1上。

1.一种全LED前照灯,其特征在于:它由壳体、近光灯组、远光灯组和转向灯组构成,近光灯组、远光灯组和转向灯组装在壳体内,近光灯组安装在壳体内的右侧,远光灯组安装在壳体内的左侧上部,转向灯组安装在壳体内的左侧下部,近光灯组由散热器、位置灯线路板、光导板、近光光源、支架和透镜构成,光导板的截面为H形,由一个横板和两个侧板组成,横板的上下分别安装有反射镜,光导板后端连接散热器,位置灯线路板为H形板,与光导板的截面对应,并且安装在光导板与散热器之间,支架为上下两个,分别在光导板横板和侧板围成的上下凹槽内,支架的后部固定在散热器上,两个近光光源分别安装在上下支架上,与上下两个反射镜分别对应,上下支架的前端分别安装有一个透镜,散热器安装在壳体上。
