本发明涉及一种纺织材料,具体涉及一种可广泛应用于服装面料的涡流纺棉/涤纶复合纺细纱。所述涡流纺棉/涤纶细纱成纱方式包括梳棉、条并和细纱生产工序。本发明的优点是,通过涡流纺的方法生产的棉/涤纶复合细纱具有生产效率高、成纱质量高、服用性能好的特征。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织材料,具体涉及一种可广泛应用于服装面料的涡流纺棉/涤纶复合细纱。 
背景技术
传统纺纱技术如环锭纺纱等成纱速度较低,成纱纤维要求较高而制约了生产速度和效率。涡流纺具备生产效率高、工序少、成本低、噪音小和能耗低等特征。棉纤维作为一种应用最广泛的天然纤维,具有吸汗透气、柔软、防敏感、容易清洗、不易起毛球等特点,是家用服用不可或缺的纺织材料。涤纶作为应用最为广泛的化纤之一,居有优良的吸湿快干等特征。棉/涤纶纱结合了棉良好的透气透湿和柔软手感与涤纶的高强快干等特征而受到人们的欢迎,主要用于服装尤其贴身衣物等面料。 
发明内容
本发明克服了传统纺纱技术的不足,提供一种涡流纺棉/涤纶细纱成纱方式。 
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述涡流纺棉/涤纶细纱成纱方式包括梳棉条并和细纱生产工序。 
本发明的优点是,通过涡流纺的方法生产的棉/涤纶细纱成纱方式具有生产效率高、成纱质量高的特征。 
具体实施方式
现具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。 
实施例1 
上述涡流纺棉/涤纶细纱的成纱方法按以下步骤进行: 
条并:采用棉纤维通过抓棉机抓取到清梳联机TC5-1梳棉机制造出定量为27.5g/5m棉纤维生条,采用1.4Dtex/38mm的涤纶纤维通过抓棉机抓取到清梳联机TC5-1梳棉机制造出定量为27.5g/5m涤纶纤维生条,用65%的棉生条与35%的涤纶生条比例在并条机TD03-600将生条并出定量为成分为65/35,定重为21g/5m的棉/涤纶熟条。 
涡流纺纱:用21g/5m的熟条喂入涡流纺纱机用360m/min的车速纺出40s的涡流纺棉/涤纶复合细纱。 
实施例2 
上述涡流纺棉/涤纶细纱的成纱方法按以下步骤进行: 
条并:采用棉纤维通过抓棉机抓取到清梳联机TC5-1梳棉机制造出定量为27.5g/5m棉纤维生条,采用1.4Dtex/38mm的涤纶纤维通过抓棉机抓取到清梳联机TC5-1梳棉机制造出定量为27.5g/5m涤纶纤维生条,用90%的棉生条与10%的涤纶生条比例在并条机TD03-600将生条并出定量为成分为90/10,定重为21g/5m的棉/涤纶熟条。 
涡流纺纱:用21g/5m的熟条喂入涡流纺纱机用360m/min的车速纺出50s的涡流纺棉/涤纶复合细纱。 
实施例3 
上述涡流纺棉/涤纶细纱的成纱方法按以下步骤进行: 
条并:采用棉纤维通过抓棉机抓取到清梳联机TC5-1梳棉机制造出定量为27.5g/5m棉纤维生条,采用1.4Dtex/38mm的涤纶纤维通过抓棉机抓取到清梳联机TC5-1梳棉机制造出定量为27.5g/5m涤纶纤维生条,用80%的棉生条与20%的涤纶生条比例在并条机TD03-600将生条并出定量为成分为80/20,定重为21g/5m的棉/涤纶熟条。 
涡流纺纱:用26g/5m的熟条喂入涡流纺纱机用390m/min的车速纺出60s的涡流纺棉/涤纶复合细纱。

1.一种新型棉/涤纶复合细纱生产方法,其特征在于所述棉/涤纶复合细纱采用条并和涡流纺纱机进行成纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型棉细纱,其特征在于:所述棉纤维规格为长绒棉;所述涤纶纤维规格为细度:1.0-1.6D,长度28-45mm。
