Abstract

在一种用于剪切带状材料的装置中,连续材料用输送机送往切割站,并在该处由切割单元切成带子,切割单元有许多具有平行于带材表面的切割刃的内刀片和相对应的外刀片,外刀片具有相对于内刀片的切割刃倾斜的切割刀;每个内刀片与输送机一起行走,合拍地与相对应的外刀片经过切割站,逐渐移动并穿过输送机,进入一部分抽出的切割位置,以便逐步地与相对应的外刀片的倾斜的切割刃接合,从而剪切带材。该装置不会将带材弄脏并可精确地切割带材。

Description

剪切带状材料的装置
本发明涉及一种剪切带状材料的装置。
此处及以后,“剪切”一词的意义规定为用两个彼此以各个点依次接触的刀片完成的切割,其接触可根据两个刀片的平面是彼此倾斜还是平行而用两种不同的方式实现。
当两个刀片位于彼此倾斜的平面中时,剪切通常用两个刀片的基本上是共平面的切割刃的“擦过”来完成,刀片移动时基本上与它们的平面交叉。另一方面,当两个刀片位于彼此平行的平面中时,剪切通常用“穿入”来完成,一个刀片的切割刃相对于另一刀片的切割刃倾斜置放,且两个刀片在平面内彼此相对地移动。
上面两种剪切方法通常都很好地用于烟草工业中,特别是用于卷烟制造中。在下面的描述中,只是作为例子来专门介绍在过滤嘴装配机中除了别的以外还应用剪切的卷烟制造,该剪切用于从一连续的带材上切下过滤嘴卷烟的联接带。
众所周知,联接带都是用在授于本申请人的美国专利n.4,943,341中描写的装置从一连续的带材上用擦过式剪切法切下的,其中的带材输送辊有许多倾斜的刀片,每个刀片的切割刃被另一辊子上的相应刀片的切割刃在各个点上依次擦过,从而将带材切成许多小段。
在上述专利中描述的擦过式剪切虽然通常有高的精度,但是它要求刀片有比较精确的安装,不能适应温度的变化,并且刀片的切割刃要受到较严重的磨损。
为了企图克服上述缺点,英国专利申请n.2,220,878阐述了一种穿入式剪切装置,它包括一用于将连续的带材送往切割站的输送辊,而输送辊则又包括一连串在圆周上的抽吸扇形块,这些扇形块被沿辊子的相应母线延伸的沟槽隔开。每一个沟槽都有一个切割刃并且在切割站的区域内与一外刀片的倾斜的切割端逐渐接合,该外刀片基本上沿径向设置在切割辊上,切割辊与输送辊平行并按与输送辊相反的方向合拍地旋转。
上述穿入式剪切装置有一些缺点,这些缺点在带材(如在本文所涉及的特殊应用中的带材)有一个外部涂胶并朝向外刀片的表面的情况下特别麻烦。在这种情况下,当每个外刀片穿入相应的沟槽时,刀片将一部分带材随同刀片一起拉入沟槽中,同时不可避免地被胶弄脏,这样,虽然装有与外刀片接触的清洁装置,使切割站得到清扫,但是为了达到洁净的目的,可能会导致过滤嘴装配机的经常停车。此外,由外刀片引起的带材的变形,以及由之而使部分带材穿入沟槽中,将可能导致带材的不精确地切割。
本发明的目的在于提供一种企图克服上述缺点的用穿入式剪切切割连续带材的装置,该装置的外刀片不会将部分带材拉入沟槽中,从而使带材不会被弄脏。另外,本发明的装置可精确地切割带材。
根据本发明,提供了一种用于剪切带状材料的装置,该装置包括一第一输送机,用于输送一连续的带材,使其通过切割站;一切割单元,用于在切割站与带材接合并将其切成许多小段;以及一第二输送机,用于在一传送站上依次接受上述小段;切割单元包括一连串与第一输送机一起移动的第一切割装置,和一连串与第一切割装置合拍移经切割站的第二切割装置,此第二切割装置与相对应的第一切割装置逐步接合,将带材切成许多小段;该装置的特征在于,第一切割装置能相对于第一输送机移动;备有驱动装置,使每一个第一切割装置相对于第一输送机移动,并且至少在行经切割站时要朝向相对应的第二切割装置。
根据上述装置的一个优选实施例,第一切割装置穿过并装在第一输送机上,并相对于第一输送机由上述驱动装置移动,在一部分抽出的功割位置上向前和后退,在该处,每个第一切割装置部分地从第一输送机向外突出,并伸向第二切割装置。
下面将参考附图以举例的方式描述本发明的非限制性实施例,这些附图是:
图1表示依据本发明的切割装置的一个优选实施例的示意剖视图;
图2表示图1的大比例局部图;
图3表示一个图2中的在与其图面垂直的平面上的局部的剖视图。
图1中的序号1表示一过滤嘴装配机,此装配机包括一用于切割一连串的带子3并将其送往一已知的输送辊4的装置2,在输送辊4上,包括两个用一成对的过滤嘴分开的卷烟部分的组件5,用众所周知的方式由气力保持在各自的座位6的内部,座位6与辊子4的母线平行。辊子4沿横向输送组件5,使其经过输送站7,在输送站7上,用装置2将带子3贴在各组件5的外圆周上。
装置2包括一输送部分8,该输送部分8又包括一输送辊9,用于接收用薄材制成的带材10,并用于输送带材10,使其通过切割站11;带材10的涂胶表面10a是与辊子9接触的表面的反面;在切割站11上,带材10由形成装置2的一部分的切割单元12切成带子3。
辊子9由众所周知的装置(未示出)(在图1中)绕一与图1的图面垂直的基本上是水平的轴线13顺时针回转,它有一个与输送站7的输送辊4相切的圆柱形外表面。辊子9是一个筒式辊,由一连串的抽吸扇形段或扇形块15限定,这些扇形块绕轴线13均布并各自与相邻的扇形块15用一沿径向切割的轴向狭缝16分开。各扇形块15彼此用端板15a(图3)相联,并且每个扇形块有许多轴向贯通的抽吸槽17,每个槽都在一侧与一已知的抽吸装置(未示出)连通,而在另一侧则与许多孔18连通,这些孔沿径向延伸,穿过扇形块15,并穿过表面14与外界连通。
切割单元12包括在相应的驱动轴21和22上的两个辊子19和20,轴21和22绕与轴线13平行的相应轴线23和24回转,轴21的转向与辊子9的相反,轴22的转向与辊子9的相同。
辊子19有许多基本上是径向的附属部分25,其数目与狭缝16的数目相同并绕轴线23均布,每个附属部分上用一相应的螺钉26装有相应的刀片27(以后均称为“外刀片”),刀片27位于与轴线23平行的平面内并在其自由端有切割刃28。每个切割刃28都相对于轴线23倾斜并具有刀尖29,刀尖朝向辊子9的表面14,并沿着在切割站11上与表面14干涉的圆形路径行走。
辊子20是一个装在辊子9内部的圆柱形辊子,它有许多基本上是径向的刀片30(以后均称为“内刀片”),刀片30绕轴线24均布并用相应的紧固装置31装在辊子20的圆周上。内刀片30的数目与狭缝16的相等,并且每个刀片以径向滑动、横向松动的方式与相应的狭缝16接合。
如图2所详示,每个内刀片30有一自由的端部32,而端部32又在朝着辊子20的回转方向的上游侧有一轴向沟槽33。在朝向辊子19的一侧,端部32还由一表面34限定,此表面34相对于与表面14相切的平面顺着下游向内倾斜,并与内刀片30一同移动。沟槽33由第一表面35和第二表面36限定,第一表面35与相应的内刀片30交叉,第二表面36从表面35向外延伸,并相对于相应的内刀片30的中间径向平面倾斜,沿着一与轴线13平行并构成内刀片30的切割刃37的边缘与表面34相交。
辊子20的轴线24相对于轴线13成偏心,并位于其顶点在轴线13上而且对着在站11和7之间延伸的弧的扇形块之内;辊子20的直径要做成使辊子20的外表面38基本上与辊子9的圆柱形内表面39在上述扇形块之内相切。此外,内刀片30从表面38向外突出一个长度,此长度大于表面38和14之间的距离,但至多等于这个距离加上表面38和39的直径之差,这样,当辊子9与20绕其相应的轴线13和14以相同的速度回转时,内刀片30穿过辊子9移动,并在一伸出位置向前和后退,该位置假设至少是在上述扇形块上,在该处,每个内刀片30的切割刃37从表面14向外突出。
在实际使用中,以辊子9和20为一方,以辊子19为另一方,它们彼此合拍地绕相应的轴线13、24和23以同样的速度按相反的方向回转,从而使各外刀片27在切割站11处沿横向与相应的内刀片30接触。带材10用已知的方式送到表面14上,由于轴线24相对于轴线13偏心,向切割站11靠近的内刀片30在达到站11之前就开始从表面14向外突出,从而使带材10离开表面14。与此同时,对应的外刀片27的倾斜的切割刃28与内刀片30的切割刃37的各个点依次接触,并逐步进入沟槽33内,从而在横向剪切带材10。如此形成的连接带3继续送至站7,在该处,它们用其涂胶的表面10a贴在相应的组件5的外圆周上。
应当指出,与上面所述的内容有联系的是,通过每个内刀片30逐步地从表面14向外突出,每个内刀片30构成带材10的内支承,用以防止带材10在切割工序中朝狭缝16向内折叠,从而保证有精确的切割,而且同时防止外刀片27(除去切割刃28)与涂胶的表面10a接触,这样,就基本上防止了刀片27在切割工序中被胶弄脏。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于剪切带状材料(10)的装置,该装置包括一第一输送机,用于输送一连续的带材(10),使其通过切割站(11);一切割单元(12),用于在切割站(11)处与带材(10)接合,并将其切成许多小段(3);以及一第二输送机(4),用于在一传送站(7)上依次接受上述小段;所述切割单元(12)包括一连串与第一输送机一起移动的第一切割装置,和一连串与第一切割装置合拍地移经切割站(11)的第二切割装置,此第二切割装置与相对应的第一切割装置逐步接合,将带材(10)切成许多小段(3),该装置的特征在于,第一切割装置能相对于第一输送机移动;备有驱动装置,用于使每一个第一切割装置相对于第一输送机移动,并且至少在行经切割站(11)时要朝向相对应的第二切割装置。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,第一切割装置穿过并装在第一输送机上,并且相对于第一输送机由上述驱动装置移动,在一部分抽出的切割位置上向前和后退,在该处,每个第一切割装置部分地从第一输送机向外突出,并朝向第二切割装置。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,上述第一输送机包括一筒式辊子(9),辊子(9)的圆柱形外表面(14)上有许多径向狭缝(16),并且以给定的角速度绕第一轴线,即其自身的轴线(13)旋转;第一切割装置与上述驱动装置一起装在筒式辊子(9)的内部;每一个第一切割装置用沿径向滑动的方式与相应的上述狭缝(16)接合。
4.一种如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,上述驱动装置包括一内辊子(20),辊子(20)偏心地装在筒式辊子(9)的内部,以便能以所述的角速度绕第二轴线,即其自身的轴线(24)旋转,轴线(24)与第一轴线(13)平行;内辊子(20)有一个小于筒式辊子(9)的内径的直径。
5.一种如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,第二轴线(24)位于一扇形块之内,该扇形块的顶点在第一轴线(13)上,并且该扇形块对着在上述切割站和传送站(11,7)之间延伸的弧;内辊子(20)的直径要做成使内辊子(20)的外表面(38)基本上与筒式辊子(9)的圆柱形内表面(39)在上述扇形块之内相切。
6.一种如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,每个上述第一切割装置包括一个从内辊子(20)径向向外突出的内刀片(30);每个内刀片(30)从内辊子(20)的外表面(38)向外突出一个长度,此长度大于筒式辊子(9)的内表面(39)和外表面(14)之间的距离,而且至多等于这个距离加上筒式辊子(9)的内表面(39)和内辊子(20)的外表面(38)的直径之差。
7.一种如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,每个内刀片(30)有一个与上述第二轴线(24)平行的切割刃(37)。
8.一种如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,每个第二切割装置包括一绕平行于第一轴线(13)和第二轴线(24)的第三轴线(23)移动的外刀片(27);上述第一轴线(13)和第三轴线(23)位于切割站(11)的两侧。
9.一种如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,每个外刀片(27)相对于第三轴线(23)沿径向布置,并有一相对于第三轴线(23)倾斜的切割刃(28)。
