本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种蒲公英清热保健大米及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然杂粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因杂粮口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,所以难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食,但大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。本发明经过长期的实践调配,研究出美味、营养的复合米,将多种粗粮、蔬菜及有益中草药成分与大米的营养相结合,提高了米制品特殊的营养价值,从而能够满足人们对于营养、美味且有养生保健功效的主食的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种蒲公英清热保健大米及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:蒲公英清热保健大米由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米300-310、百合32-34、荞麦仁65-66、马兰头24-25、葛粉18-20、杨梅30-32、罗勒7-8、葡萄14-15、蚌肉11-12、当归1-2、冬瓜皮2-3、保健添加剂7-8、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:黑小麦粉34-35、胡萝卜粉12-13、苦荞粉20-22、豌豆粉8-9、鸡内金1-2、辣椒叶4-5、梨皮7-8、莱菔子2-3、菠萝叶3-4、蜂胶粉1-2、山楂果浆9-10、水适量。
本发明的蒲公英清热保健大米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)当归、冬瓜皮加适量水煎煮2-3次,每次40-50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20-30分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)荞麦仁炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸30-40分钟,得营养粉;
(3)杨梅去核,葡萄去皮,马兰头、罗勒、蚌肉洗净,加适量水打磨成混合浆液;
(4)粳米、百合磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(2)营养粉搅拌混合均匀,再与步骤(3)的混合浆液及其他剩余成分加适量水糊化制粒,干燥即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将鸡内金、辣椒叶、梨皮、莱菔子、菠萝叶、蜂胶粉、山楂果浆加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀后用小火翻炒至无水分蒸发既得。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制作工艺简单,制得大米口感好、口味清香,营养丰富,适合大多数人食用,长期食用,有清热去火、轻身养颜的作用。
具体实施方式
蒲公英清热保健大米,由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:
粳米300、百合32、荞麦仁66、马兰头25、葛粉20、杨梅32、罗勒8、葡萄15、蚌肉12、当归1、冬瓜皮3、保健添加剂8、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:黑小麦粉35、胡萝卜粉12、苦荞粉22、豌豆粉8、鸡内金1、辣椒叶5、梨皮8、莱菔子2、菠萝叶4、蜂胶粉1、山楂果浆9、水适量。
本发明的蒲公英清热保健大米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)当归、冬瓜皮加适量水煎煮2次,每次40分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20分钟,得到中药浓缩液;

1.一种蒲公英清热保健大米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米300-310、百合32-34、荞麦仁65-66、马兰头24-25、葛粉18-20、杨梅30-32、罗勒7-8、葡萄14-15、蚌肉11-12、当归1-2、冬瓜皮2-3、保健添加剂7-8、水适量;其中保健添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:黑小麦粉34-35、胡萝卜粉12-13、苦荞粉20-22、豌豆粉8-9、鸡内金1-2、辣椒叶4-5、梨皮7-8、莱菔子2-3、菠萝叶3-4、蜂胶粉1-2、山楂果浆9-10、水适量;制备方法为:将鸡内金、辣椒叶、梨皮、莱菔子、菠萝叶、蜂胶粉、山楂果浆加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀后用小火翻炒至无水分蒸发既得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的蒲公英清热保健大米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)当归、冬瓜皮加适量水煎煮2-3次,每次40-50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20-30分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)荞麦仁炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸30-40分钟,得营养粉;
(3)杨梅去核,葡萄去皮,马兰头、罗勒、蚌肉洗净,加适量水打磨成混合浆液;
