技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种湿法脱硫后烟气的高效湿式电除尘净化装置与方法,属于大气污 染控制技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 目前,燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫主要采用湿法脱硫技术。在湿法脱硫系统运行中,不可避 免产生了 S03酸雾、浆液滴气溶胶,或氨盐类气溶胶等PM2.5,对人体健康和环境造成严重的 危害;后续设备的防腐成本随之提高。
[0003] 早期的湿法脱硫系统,如石灰石-石膏法工艺系统中一般都装有烟气换热器 (GGH),以加热脱硫后净烟气,提高烟气抬升高度,有利于烟气扩散,有效避免了 “石膏雨”现 象。但实际运行过程中,GGH容易产生堵塞、腐蚀问题,严重影响系统的安全运行。目前,超过 70%的WFGD系统取消GGH。但取消GGH后,在烟囱周围产生明显的“石膏雨”,对周边环境产生 严重污染。
[0004] 燃煤电厂排放的一次PM2.5超细颗粒物分为直接固态(或液态)形式排出的PM2.5超 细颗粒物,和在烟气温度状态下以气态或蒸汽形式排出,在烟羽的稀释和冷却过程中凝结 成固态(或液态)的凝结型PM2.5超细颗粒物。这些凝结型颗粒物(如S〇3酸雾、HC1、NH3、水汽) 大多是灰霾的前体物,对电厂周边环境的影响不可忽略。
[0005]目前,传统的湿式电除尘器技术能够有效捕集微细颗粒物(PM2.5粉尘、S〇3酸雾、气 溶胶)、重金属(Hg、As、Se、Pb、Cr);对PM2.5颗粒的捕集效率在98%以上,烟尘排放可达l〇mg/ m3甚至5mg/m3以下;能有效解决湿法脱硫系统带来的管道设备腐蚀以及“石膏雨”等景观污 染问题。然而,传统湿式电除尘器对亚微米(<lwn)粒径范围内颗粒的捕集效率较低,对凝 结型颗粒物(灰霾前体物)的去除能力有限。因此,为进一步深度净化湿法脱硫后烟气,需增 强湿式电除尘器对超细颗粒物及凝结型颗粒物的去除性能。
发明内容
[0006]本发明的目的在于提供一种湿法脱硫后烟气的高效湿式电除尘净化装置,该装置 集水汽凝结相变与湿式电除尘于一体,结构紧凑,能达到燃煤锅炉湿法脱硫后烟气的深度 净化效果。
[0007] 本发明的另一目的在于提供一种用所述高效湿式电除尘净化装置净化湿法脱硫 后烟气的方法,该方法增强了湿式电除尘器对超细颗粒物及凝结型颗粒物的去除性能,可 深度净化湿法脱硫后的烟气。

[0009] 一种湿法脱硫后烟气的高效湿式电除尘净化装置,该装置包括自下向上依次设置 在壳体中的气体进口、换热管、数个增湿喷嘴、阴极固定框架、数个集尘管、数个清洗喷嘴和 气体出口,其中,数个集尘管上、下两端分别与上花板和下花板密封连接,组成集尘管束;数 条放电极线分别内置于集尘管,由阴极固定框架固定;所述阴极固定框架与壳体外的高压 电源连接。
[0010] 在本发明的净化装置中,所述换热管可以为普通圆管,而为了增大换热管的外表 面积,提高换热效率,也可以选择翅片管;更进一步,为了优化气流分布,所述换热管在壳体 内呈层状设置。换热管内以空气或水作为传热媒介。

[0020] (3)控制集尘管内烟气流速在0.5〜3m/s,停留时间在2〜12s;
[0021] ⑷烟气经过集尘管内发生水汽凝结相变,同时在电场力作用下,微粒被收集到集 尘管内表面,由集尘管内表面形成的水膜清洗去除。
[0022] 具体来讲,经燃煤锅炉湿法脱硫后的烟气由进气口进入装置后,经过换热管换热 降温,接近饱和水汽状态;经过增湿喷嘴进一步喷淋增湿、降温后,达到饱和或过饱和水汽 状态;烟气通过集尘管时,集尘管外壁间以空气或水作为传热媒介冷却降温,烟气发生水汽 凝结相变,绝大部分凝结型颗粒物(如S〇3酸雾、HC1、NH3、水汽)形成可溶性液态(或固态)微 粒;在相变过程中,过饱和水汽以PM2.5为凝结核发生相变凝结,使PM2.5粒径增大,质量增加; 在凝结相变的同时,这些微粒在电场力作用下被收集到集尘管内表面,烟气达到深度净化 的效果。

[0024] 1)本发明充分利用水汽凝结相变与高压电场的协同作用,有效增强湿式电除尘对 超细颗粒物及凝结型颗粒物(如S〇3酸雾、HC1、順3、水汽)的深度净化性能。通过水汽凝结相 变,绝大部分凝结型颗粒物(如S〇3酸雾、HC1、NH3、水汽)形成可溶性液态(或固态)微粒;pm2.5 尤其是亚微米颗粒的粒径增大,荷电能力增强,在电场力的作用下,捕集效率提高。
[0025] 2)湿法脱硫后出口烟气温度通常在45°C〜60°C,含湿量高达90%〜95%,使烟气 达到饱和状态,烟气冷却1〜2°C即可达到。通过换热管换热、增湿喷嘴增湿、冷却,集尘管束 间接换热,可以实现烟气的过饱和状态。
[0026] 3)换热管采用层状布置后,可以起到优化气流分布的作用;所采用的增湿喷嘴连 续喷淋,可以起到清理换热管外表面的作用,防止积灰、结垢,有利于保持换热性能的稳定。 [0027] 4)与传统湿式电除尘技术相比,本发明集水汽凝结相变与湿式电除尘于一体,结 构紧凑,能达到燃煤锅炉湿法脱硫后烟气的深度净化效果。

[0038] 集尘管5的材质为不锈钢或导电玻璃钢,其横截面为圆形(如图2所示)或正多边 形,如正方形(如图3所示)、正六边形(如图4所示)。其中,圆形横截面的内径或正多边形的 内切圆直径为200mm〜800mm为宜。为了增大集尘管的外表面积,提高换热效率,所述集尘管 的外壁设有翅片。数个集尘管5组成的集尘管束可以为单级的,也可以是由多级串联组成 的,如图5所示。集尘管外壁间的传热媒介可以为空气或水。

[0042] 1)燃煤锅炉湿法脱硫后烟气由气体进口 1进入装置后,经过换热管2换热降温后, 接近饱和水汽状态;经过增湿喷嘴3进一步喷淋增湿、降温后,达到饱和或过饱和水汽状态; 烟气通过集尘管5时,经集尘管5外壁间的传热媒介冷却降温,发生水汽凝结相变,绝大部分 凝结型颗粒物(如S〇3酸雾、HC1、NH3、水汽)形成可溶性液态(或固态)微粒;在相变过程中,过 饱和水汽以PM2.5为凝结核发生相变凝结,使PM2.5粒径增大,质量增加;在凝结相变的同时, 这些微粒在电场力作用下被收集到集尘管5内表面,烟气达到深度净化的效果。在该过程 中,控制集尘管5内烟气流速在0.5〜3m/s,停留时间在2〜12s。
