Abstract
本发明公开了一种解酒饮料冲剂及其制备方法。它是由西柚、新鲜葛根、菊花、青萝卜、蜂蜜组成,经挑选、去杂、磨浆、提取、加蜂蜜混合,经喷雾干燥等工艺制成饮料冲剂。该方法步骤简单、成本低、配方新颖,制备的解酒冲剂具有提神醒脑、护胃保肝、口感舒适、吸收快、效果好的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于食品保健领域,特别涉及一种解酒饮料冲剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在中国,酒是文化、是风俗、是礼仪,无酒不成席。
过度的饮酒会对人体造成巨大的危害,喝酒直接伤肝,肝脏受损会导致视力退化和身体解毒能力下降,造成免疫力下降从而引发多种疾病;喝酒伤胃易引起消化不良;喝酒会伤害心脏,容易引起高血压,心血管病;经常喝酒的人会对酒产生依赖性,脾气变得暴躁;长期大量饮酒,会造成慢性酒精中毒,出现智力减退,也会造成慢性胃炎,心、肝、肾的变性。因此我们除了自我约束饮酒量,也要采取必要的措施来降低酒精对人体的危害。
现在市场上解酒药物多以西药为主,西药价格较高,药性强烈,对人体肝、胃、肾、心脏造成负担,产生一定程度的损伤,影响新陈代谢。俗话说是药三分毒,只有用食品制成的保健药物,既不会产生任何副作用而且还能对因过度饮酒受损的肝脏起到营养修复的作用,安全可靠,因此,食物解酒的方法越来越受到人们的关注。
现在市场上的解酒饮料较多,多数都含有色素、矫味剂和填充剂等添加剂,这类物质对人体也会造成不良影响,因此市场急需一种安全无害,无任何副作用,且能滋补肝脏的新型保健药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种解酒饮料冲剂及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种解酒饮料冲剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份的原料组成:
新鲜葛根60-100份,西柚50-80份,青萝卜50-90份,菊花提取液30-60份,蜂蜜10-20份,纯净水30-50份。
所述一种解酒饮料冲剂及其制备方法,其特征在于下列制备方法:
1)取新鲜葛根,清洗干净,磨浆,得葛根浆汁a备用;
2)取干燥菊花,除去根茎,磨粉,热水浸提,趁热过滤,得菊花提取液;
3)取西柚去皮,压榨取汁,得压榨汁b备用;
4)挑选饱满青萝卜,清洗,去皮打浆,得萝卜汁c备用;
5)均匀混合a,b,c三种浆液,加入菊花提取液,调入蜂蜜,加适量的水,喷雾干燥即得解酒饮料冲剂粉末。
6)上述粉末经UHT灭菌、包装,获得产品。
本发明方法的优点是原料绿色环保,天然无污染,加入蜂蜜既能调味也能养胃;西柚和葛根含有丰富的黄酮,有促进肝脏解毒的功能;菊花能清热解毒,祛毒散火;青萝卜能够保护肝脏,促进消化。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1:
取5kg新鲜葛根,清洗磨浆,4kg西柚去皮压汁,4kg青萝卜去皮榨汁,三种汁液混合,拌入菊花提取液3kg,缓慢加蜂蜜0.5kg,所得浆汁喷雾干燥,进口温度135℃,出口温度70℃,得红色干粉。将干粉灭菌、包装成袋,即得产品。
实施例2:
取10kg新鲜葛根,清洗磨浆, 7kg西柚去皮压汁,8kg青萝卜去皮榨汁,三种汁液混合,拌入菊花提取液4kg,缓慢加蜂蜜1.5kg,所得浆汁喷雾干燥,进口温度135℃,出口温度70℃,得红色干粉。将干粉灭菌、包装成袋,即得产品。
实施例3:
取10kg新鲜葛根,清洗磨浆,8kg西柚去皮压汁,5kg青萝卜去皮榨汁,三种汁液混合,拌入菊花提取液5kg,缓慢加蜂蜜1.0kg,所得浆汁喷雾干燥,进口温度135℃,出口温度70℃,得红色干粉。将干粉灭菌、包装成袋,即得产品。

1.一种解酒饮料冲剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份的原料组成:
新鲜葛根60-100份,西柚50-80份,青萝卜50-90份,菊花提取液30-60份,蜂蜜10-20份,纯净水30-50份。
2.如权利要求1所述一种解酒饮料冲剂及其制备方法,其特征在于下列制备方法:
1)取新鲜葛根,清洗干净,磨浆,得葛根浆汁a备用;
2)取干燥菊花,除去根茎,磨粉,热水浸提,趁热过滤,得菊花提取液;
3)取西柚去皮,压榨取汁,得压榨汁b备用;
4)挑选饱满青萝卜,清洗,去皮打浆,得萝卜汁c备用;
5)均匀混合a,b,c三种浆液,加入菊花提取液,调入蜂蜜,加适量的水,喷雾干燥即得解酒饮料冲剂粉末;
6)上述粉末经UHT灭菌、包装,获得产品。
