Description

回转阀
本发明一般涉及回转阀的改进,这种阀有一个封闭件,在其两端的阀杆部分紧密地置于阀体的孔中,使它能在开与关的位置之间转动。本发明的新颖方面之一是,本发明涉及的是一种蝶阀,然而,可以预期,根据本发明更广泛的方面,本发明也可用于其他类型的阀,例如旋塞阀或球阀。
本发明的阀在控制腐蚀性强的管道流体方面特别有用,这些流体会损坏阀杆或阀的其他零件,除非这些零件被防护起来。因此,这种用途的蝶阀的阀座通常都由聚四氟乙烯或其他耐腐蚀材料做成,它装在与流道连通的阀体的管状金属构件中,这样,蝶板的圆周与阀座贴合时就可以把阀关闭。在某些情况下,蝶板本身可用聚四氟乙烯等材料涂覆,虽然人们更关心保护金属阀杆部分和阀体金属部分中紧紧包容阀杆的孔,以及密封和轴承组件,这些组件一般是装在放置一个阀杆部分的一个阀体孔的沉孔中,此阀杆部分的外端与作动器相连。

按照本发明图示说明的具体实施例,利用所述形式的回转阀可以实现这些和其他一些目的,所述形式的回转阀在封闭件和阀体之间有密封组件,它包围每一个阀杆部分,密封组件包括一个基本上为U形并用耐腐材料制成的外环、外环带有二片挠性的折边,它们由环的闭合端径向向内延伸,以便放置在阀体和封闭件的相邻的相对表面间,外环的二个折边中间配置一个内环,用于弹性地推动折边的外表面靠向所述的相对表面。这样,管道流体的压力作用在每一外环的闭合端,而不是敞开端,因此不但保护了阀杆及阀体的有关部件,而且保护了内环,内环推动折边弯向阀体及封闭件的相对表面,使密封件与阀体及封闭件达到自紧密封。因此,第二个环可以是常规结构,如螺旋弹簧或者是橡胶或其他弹性材料制成的O形圈,否则它们也可能被管道流体损坏。
在各附图中用相同的标号表示相同的零件。

现在讨论上述附图的细节,用标号20表示整个阀,阀包括具有外部金属管状件22的阀体21,管状件的相对两端可与流管连接。管状件由沿直径方向分开的部件22A和22B组成,它们彼此由螺钉22C可拆卸地连接在一起,并且还有一个颈状部分23,它由上半部部件22A径向向上伸出。
阀体21还包括一个由聚四氟乙烯或其他耐腐蚀材料制成的环形阀座24,它放置在管状件22的内圆周围,形成一个通过阀体的耐腐蚀流道25。阀座在每一端都有向外延伸的法兰,法兰被夹在管状件23与流管的管状部分的相对端面中间,从而形成流道25的延续部分。阀座24的外径圆周处有一凹槽26,它容纳一个橡胶或其他弹性材料制成的、直径方向分开的环27,环27放置在此凹槽与管状件23的内径之间,为阀座24提供一个弹性支承,这样改善蝶板的周边与较缺乏弹性的阀座材料之间的密封贴合。
阀20还包括一圆盘状金属蝶板28,如果希望的话,它可涂上聚四氟乙烯或其他耐腐蚀的材料。每一个管状件的对分部件,阀座以及橡胶环27都有对准孔,这些孔又与蝶板上下端外周表面上的孔对准,以便安装上、下阀杆29与30。在本发明所示的实施例中的阀杆部分是二根单独的阀杆,它们紧密地装在蝶板和阀体的各自孔内,这样蝶板可以绕阀杆的轴线在图1和图2所示的关闭位置和打开位置之间旋转,在打开位置蝶板与图示位置大约成90°。然而,很明显,杆部也可以是在蝶板通孔内的单根阀杆的上下两端部。
阀体管状件上半部中的孔是通孔,使阀杆29可以在其中穿过,作动器(没有示出)可安装在颈状部件上端的法兰30′上并与阀杆29的外端31连接,从而使作动器能够转动阀杆。为此目的,蝶板与上部阀杆用键等连接,供阀杆29用的轴承和密封组件32安装在管状件部件22A的孔的外端处的沉孔33中,以便包围阀杆29的邻近上端的部分,并用弹性挡环34将它们夹紧。
为了拆卸阀,只需要把零件22A与22B拆下,并将它们连同阀杆29和30从阀座中拉出即可。很显然,将零件22A和22B重新连接就可以将阀杆和管状件重新安装在阀座和蝶板上。蝶板可用下文描述的方式安装在阀座内或从阀座中取出。
如前所述和如图所示,密封组件SA在阀座的内周表面35和蝶板各端的表面36之间,用于在阀杆周围的表面之间进行密封。更具体地说,在相对的表面35与36之间安装密封组件是为了不使管线流体流入阀孔中,从而不会流到置于孔中的阀杆以及轴承和密封组件上。
如图所示,蝶板的每一个表面36都是在蝶板径向增大部分的端面上形成的,而阀座上的每一个表面35是形成在它的相匹配部分的端面上。两者的表面都是球面,如图2上的半径“R”所示。球面围绕阀座和蝶板上的孔,并且如下面将要描述那样,在蝶板装入阀座时,球面进入贴合。位于蝶板各端表面36中间的蝶板外周边比较窄,以便与形成在阀座内周边的球面(见图3)贴合,与阀座表面的球面连接。阀座球面每一侧的阀座内周基本上是园柱面,使进入介于各球面相对侧面上的凸起边缘37之间的孔径达到最大值。
如图2和5,以及图10B,11B和12B所示,各密封组件SA都是放置在蝶板表面切出的凹槽40中,凹槽的底面是平的。在如图6所示的本发明的另一实施例中,密封组件也放置在蝶板表面的凹槽41中,但阀座相对的表面也是平的。按图9中的本发明的实施例,密封组件可有一部分放置在蝶板和阀座对应表面的凹槽42和43中,每一个凹槽底面都是平的。在图8的实施例中,密封组件放置在阀座上切出的凹槽44中,凹槽的底面以及对应的蝶板表面都是平的。另一方面,在图7中,密封组件的凹槽45也形成在阀座表面上,但在这种情况下,蝶板的相对表面为球面。从下面的说明将会明白,图5及在其他图上所示的结构都是较好的,因为它使蝶板相对于阀座的装拆容易进行。
如前所述,且在图4中作了最好的说明,密封组件SA有一个基本上为U形的聚四氟乙烯或其他耐腐蚀材料的外环50,其折边52从其外封闭端53向内延伸。正如下文将要说明那样,密封组件还包括一个内环51,它放在外环50的二折边52之间,由类似弹簧的材料制成,它推动折边向外弯,当装在位置上时便与蝶板和阀座的表面紧密贴合。为此目的及如图示,内环51可为螺旋弹簧。另一种方案,例如,弹簧51可为橡胶或其他弹性材料做成的O形圈。在任何一种情况下,外环的折边的厚度和按放密封组件的单个或多个凹槽的深度都必需使得,当密封组件安装在它们之间时,折边52的二内侧要彼此互相贴合。如前所述,这样包围内环51,可进一步使它免遭管道流体的腐蚀。
因此,密封环SA是自紧式的,这是由于折边的外侧可屈服地紧密贴合蝶板和阀座的相对表面,从而保持阀座与蝶板之间的密封,防止管道流体通过。所以,这个密封组件的结构完全不同于传统的密封组件,在传统密封组件中,基本上为U形的外环的折边是沿半径方向朝外,而不是朝内延伸的,而且外环的折边可屈服地压向对应表面只为了建立初始的接触,随着流道流体进入外密封环外径周围的开放端,产生一个力,压折边弯向对应表面,达到密封。当然,在后者情况下,内环是不封闭的,这样,当流道流体经过外环封闭端泄漏时,就没有办法保护内环免遭流道流体的腐蚀作用。
现在来讨论图10A-10B,11A-11B,和12A-12B所示的阀的最佳装配方法。阀体的金属管状件彼此分开,并且与橡胶圈27一起从阀座24四周折下。这使得阀座可在直径方向产生变形,如图10A箭头所示,这样,通过阀座的流道在与阀孔中心线倾斜的方向被拉长了。先将密封组件安装在凹槽内,然后将蝶板28侧向移入流道,在孔拉长的方向延伸,从而斜置入阀座孔中。由于蝶板表面与阀座表面的凸起棱边37旁的流道之间存在间隙,这使得蝶板表面上的球面和密封组件装入阀座流道变得较容易。如图10B所示,密封组件外环的折边内侧此刻是彼此隔开的,但是,在把它们侧向放入阀座的流道内时,仍然留在原位。
如图11A和11B所示,当阀座的变形恢复后,其内周向着密封组件的外折边径向向内移动,从而使外折边向内折边移动。然而,在蝶板沿反时针方向旋转之前,如图12A的箭头所示,在蝶板表面和有流道通过的阀座之间仍然有一些空隙,这样可使密封组件和蝶板表面40移动至阀座凸起表面37的球面上,从而使密封组件和蝶板都进入与阀座表面的球面贴合的位置,如图12B所示。当出现这种情况时,密封组件的外折边向内运动,使其内侧与密封组件内折边的相对侧贴合,如图8所示那样,从而把密封组件的内环封闭在外环内。当然,这时,已作好了进一步总装的准备,将阀杆29和30放入蝶板和阀座内的对中孔,再将橡胶圈37放在阀座外凹槽中并将对开的金属管状件22A与22B围绕阀座和橡胶圈四周连接好,再使它们放到装配好的阀杆上相互连接。
很明显,例如把这个过程颠倒过来,就可拆开阀,以便更换或修理阀座组件。

Claims (11)

1.一种回转阀,它包括
有流道通过的阀体;
一个封闭件,在其相对的两端具有阀杆部分,阀杆紧密地放置在阀体的孔内,使封闭件能在打开与关闭流道的位置之间旋转;和
一个密封组件,放置在封闭件与阀体之间,它包围每个阀杆部分,其特征在于:密封组件包括:
一个基本上为U形由耐腐蚀材料制成的外环,它具有挠性的折边,折边从其封闭端沿径向向内延伸,设置在邻近阀体和封闭件的相对表面,和
一个放置在外环二折边之间的内环,用以弹性地迫使折边的外表面压紧上述的相对表面。
