技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用品技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车用高回弹坐垫。
背景技术
随着中国汽车用品后市场的消费持续增高,汽车坐垫也成为有车一族的主要消费品。根据季节选择一套舒适、实用的汽车坐垫尤为重要!
汽车坐垫分为三件套、五件套、八件套、九件套四种。三件套指的是两个前排座椅的坐垫加上后面长排座椅的坐垫。五件套在三件套的基础上加上两个前排座椅的靠背。八件套在五件套的基础上加上后排座椅的靠背。九件套是指前排两件,后排靠背两件,长坐垫一件,2个头枕,两个腰枕。
如今市面上有真皮、尼龙、化纤、人造毛、羊毛等不同材质的车用坐垫,羊毛坐垫是冬季汽车内饰的选择之一。而处于炎热的夏季,不少车主则会选择真皮坐垫。现在市面上也有四季通用的坐垫,并逐渐成为一种大趋势。
汽车坐垫要具有良好的舒适感,较高的回弹性,良好的力学性能,现有技术中的汽车坐垫有待改进。

针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种汽车用高回弹坐垫,具有较好的舒适感,回弹性高,力学性能好。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种汽车用高回弹坐垫,各成分及其重量比为:高活性聚醚30—31份、聚合物多元醇:50—51份、稳定剂:0.8—1.0份、水:2—2.5份、三乙胺:0.3—0.5份、三亚乙基二胺:0.4—0.5份、MDI:24—26份。
优选的,各成分及其重量比为:高活性聚醚30.2—31份、聚合物多元醇:50—50.8份、稳定剂:0.85—1.0份、水:2.1—2.5份、三乙胺:0.35—0.5份、三亚乙基二胺:0.4—0.5份、MDI:24.5—26份。
优选的,各成分及其重量比为:高活性聚醚30.2份、聚合物多元醇:50.8份、稳定剂:0.95份、水:2.4份、三乙胺:0.45份、三亚乙基二胺:0.43份、MDI:24.5份。
优选的,各成分及其重量比为:高活性聚醚30.5份、聚合物多元醇:50.5份、稳定剂:0.85份、水:2.2份、三乙胺:0.4份、三亚乙基二胺:0.45份、MDI:25份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的高回弹坐垫,无毒,环保,柔软、无噪音,刚柔相济,舒适度佳,力学性能良好,拉伸强度:0.1—0.15MPa,伸长率:75—78%,压缩负荷:2400—2500Pa,回弹率:90—95%,使用效果好。

下面对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种汽车用高回弹坐垫,各成分及其重量比为:高活性聚醚31份、聚合物多元醇:50份、稳定剂:1.0份、水:2份、三乙胺:0.5份、三亚乙基二胺:0.4份、MDI:26份。
经检测:拉伸强度:0.1MPa,伸长率:78%,压缩负荷:2400Pa,回弹率:95%。
实施例2:
一种汽车用高回弹坐垫,各成分及其重量比为:高活性聚醚30份、聚合物多元醇:51份、稳定剂:0.8份、水:2.5份、三乙胺:0.3份、三亚乙基二胺:0.5份、MDI:24份。
经检测:拉伸强度:0.15MPa,伸长率:75%,压缩负荷:2500Pa,回弹率:90%。
实施例3:
一种汽车用高回弹坐垫,各成分及其重量比为:高活性聚醚30.5份、聚合物多元醇:50.5份、稳定剂:0.9份、水:2.2份、三乙胺:0.4份、三亚乙基二胺:0.45份、MDI:25份。
经检测:拉伸强度:0.12MPa,伸长率:76%,压缩负荷:2440Pa,回弹率:92%。
实施例4:
一种汽车用高回弹坐垫,各成分及其重量比为:高活性聚醚30.2份、聚合物多元醇:50.8份、稳定剂:0.95份、水:2.4份、三乙胺:0.45份、三亚乙基二胺:0.43份、MDI:24.5份。
经检测:拉伸强度:0.13MPa,伸长率:77%,压缩负荷:2460Pa,回弹率:94%。
实施例5:
一种汽车用高回弹坐垫,各成分及其重量比为:高活性聚醚30.5份、聚合物多元醇:50.5份、稳定剂:0.85份、水:2.2份、三乙胺:0.4份、三亚乙基二胺:0.45份、MDI:25份。
经检测:拉伸强度:0.12MPa,伸长率:76%,压缩负荷:2480Pa,回弹率:92%。

3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用高回弹坐垫,其特征在于:各成分及其重量比为:高活性聚醚30.2份、聚合物多元醇:50.8份、稳定剂:0.95份、水:2.4份、三乙胺:0.45份、三亚乙基二胺:0.43份、MDI:24.5份。
